FitPro
It connects and you can put your whole information on the app and it will connect to the watch
Scammer
This app keeps feeding me false health, and when I’m sitting still I somehow get 10000 steps, it gives me fake heart beats, doesn’t do music or text messages like it says, absolute scammers
Nnnd
Não consigo atualizar OTA e não consigo adicionar o WhatsApp ficar só rodando
Working but the Adds…
The application works. It is bare bones, but the ads in the app are awful.
Spelling errors/ technical difficulties
The tab that says “profil” instead of the word profile needs to be fixed immediately connecting to the phone is a lot harder than what the directions talk about isn’t very water resistant and it’s obviously an overseas scam, even if given through insurance provider. Great for cheap analysis but cheap is what you’re getting.
Poor quality
I was given this as a gift and was excited to have some input about my health and sleep patterns. Unfortunately I am disappointed in this watch as it does not do anything it says it will as far as sleep, hr, and step count accurately. I hope as a product developer you take into consideration that many elderly people may get this product and think it is working properly and using this info as a guide when it is not correct.
I know it is a knock off
However you want to promote something please make sure it does what it suppose to do. Please &Thank you
Muito bom
Achei bom, consegui entrar dboa, mas eu deixaria colocar a foto de fundo novamente, porque vocês tiraram essa opção e eu gostava muito de colocar foto no relógio, mas tirando isso é ótimo:)
Ughhh
How do I connect!! This is so confusing
Steps
Hi the step count is incorrect how can you sync so it corrects my phone and watch show diff
Good
Good
Watch
So if they would fix it where would connected a stay connected to iPhone a not lose all ur data be great it’s annoying just cuz they reason . I’d never buy naorher one good thing was a gift . Unless yall would fix the bugs
It’s ok all in all
It’s does what I need it to do but my only issue is that the time has suddenly switched to army time and I can’t seem to find how to get it back to the way I had it. Also the battery drains extremely fast. To my knowledge it doesn’t display your battery anywhere so you really don’t know how much life is left to it….next you know it’s dead without a warning that it’s even dying
Doesn’t count steps right
I walked from one side of my house to the other and am up to 2600 steps already. I’ve done that walk before and is at most with frequent diversions 500 steps. So I checked while seated and it gave me 35 more steps for existing.
Time
Can’t work out how to show the correct time. Help please.
Son
This is horrible. It doesn’t turn on and it said my heart rate was zero the whole time.
Sucks
This thing is freaking garbage it sucks and it plays music
Important!
So basically a lot of the toggles at the top are inaccessible!
Heart rate inaccurate
The heart rate and blood pressure doesn’t match more trustworthy instruments
Support???
My contacts will not sync from the app to the watch. I have tried going to your website for support but its in another language and wont work other than showing how to use the app with screenshots.
Works Great!!
The QR code is a scam site but other than that once you just got to the App Store and download the app, it works great and no credit card is needed
Amazon return box
🤨 I’m always out for a bargain lol 😝 guess I got one. I ordered the large box, I got one item . It was the Smart band 7 . Took forever to download the app. Then it would not connect to the watch . The paper instructions were no help really . I wish companies sold products that work as that say they do .
Pretty good but
The app is ok but the watch has trouble keeping connected to my watch
It’s alright
It disconnects a lot and you can’t text people off of it. You can only get notifications and that’s if it’s still connected.
Ehhh
The app is good does what I need but the watch faces takes for ever to load on my phone and my brothers
App
I love this app but loggin issues
SCAMMER!!
These people try to steal your money by getting you to create an account with a credit card so they can take your money each month. They say I’ll charge you zero dollars just put a credit card in to verify and then they charge you two dollars so that they will keep charging you every month in secret. This app doesn’t even work. The watch doesn’t work with the app. It won’t connect to the phone and they’re just a bunch of thieves.

Do not work
I received the watch and it does not work.. it will not come on even flyer I downloaded the app
It’s okay
You can skip the sign up but when you try to sign in it says check internet connection even tho my internet is perfectly fine which sucks but instead of the sign up it’s not to bad
Not much
A good watch. While there are categories for watch faces in the app, all the choices are the same, so categories don’t matter. Also, my watch face changes on its own and I am constantly resetting. There’s no night setting so be prepared to burn your eyeballs out if using at night or while sleeping. A red shift would be nice. The vibration in the alarm only goes off once and you can barely feel it. No repeating vibration. It’s like a suggestion. Good to time, weather, etc but very low end. And the charger is magnetic, so pops off if not at the right angle.
Trash
I wish I could rate zero to this useless app, i dont understand why manufacturers would want to work with this app, it's so buggy and annoying and even they want 4€ per month for some awful watch faces, I don't recommend at all.
Not good not bad
I download this app and it was good at first then,I could even do the wallpaper it was not even connecting it very bad it's up to u if u want it or not
It not that good
I was pair and it paired but I touch it now it does work and app needs more work not just 30 then put it in a container that is poorly designed
time
I cannot get it off of military time no matter what I do. When I put it on regular time, it turns right back around after about an hour or two and goes right back to military time
Not connecting
Same issue as earlier review
Trash
I bought this watch for my iPhone and it sucks there’s a serious lag issue it doesn’t do half of what it says it does u can read text tlk to Siri when call on it it’s so low you think you’re hearing a distant voice from someone’s headphones nearby the watch is just trash
Had my watch 2 years
don’t use it all the time but for the price it’s pretty good charging ensure the winder button is in the notch for it plug it in I hadn’t used mine in six months (had new divers type watch ) but plugged it in it took 2days to charge NOT Good but started charging but by bit now up to 100% in does my heart rate (used it because I had diabetic check coming up wanted to test myBP and heart rate ) It flags up my emails ,messages for the price better than a fit bit
So far good
It’s been hard to connect my watch to Bluetooth but I love the watch I got for Christmas and been trying to set it up and won’t work trying and trying this is difficult
Missing a lot
I think this app could be better. I have so many questions! How do i change the time to military time or reversed? Pls add more futures

Won’t let you change dial/watch face
It was going good until recently where I can’t change the dial/watch face anymore. Any time I tried it will log me out and then I had to log in twice to get back in. I will be getting a new watch somewhere else and NEVER USSINF THIS AGAIN!!!! BEWARE!!!
