Невозможно отключить уведомления по графику
В приложении предусмотрена функция отключения уведомлений на определённое время, однако она не реализована: уведомления продолжают приходить если её оставить включённой несмотря на установленный график. Кроме того очень сильно раздражает реклама, прежде чем зайти в само приложение и посмотреть камеры нужно смотреть рекламу
Stopped working
Literally had it for 2 years worked fine all of a sudden device offline never changed anything and there is no one to talk to about this !

Это ужас.хочешь воспроизвести события не отображается история .сиди и тыкай кто приходил.в начале отображалась синими запись.верните назад.если не можете сделать по человечески.
После обновления ничего не работает
Обновление плохое прошло Многие функции не работают Камера перестала двигаться, не работает умное движение Камера смотрит только в одном направлении, как было установлено еще до обновлений. Прошу исправить. До обновления все работало как часы.
Buena adquisición
Hola, adquirí mi cámara de seguridad hace mas de un mes, me ha funcionado muy bien, la calidad de video muy buena tanto con luz, como de noche, la he podido configurar a mis necesidades sin ningún problema. Aún no recibo comentarios de las personas con las que la he compartido, no sé si ellos tengan acceso a todas las opciones de manejo que yo, pero en cuanto las tenga, les haré llegar esos comentarios 😌

С каждым газом все хуже и хуже приложение, куча рекламы. Последнее обновление вообще напхали всего что можно на основной экран вместо того что надо. Теперь обзор камер не удобный зато куча всякой фигни на экране на первом плане.

La pub m’empêche d’ouvrir l’appli très souvent et je ne peux pas la fermer (la pub). Assez agaçant quand même quand je veux regarder en live.
Ruined by adds upon opening
App started off add free. Now upon opening the app lots of adds begin By the time the adds can be stopped any problem that I want to view (live ) would be over This used to be a great app but not anymore Cannot recommend
Playback blue bar too faint
Why is the playback colour light blue bar ? So hard to see.

A câmera estava funcionando perfeitamente, mas parou de funcionar. Ao resetar agora ela não lê o QR Code, e não aparece a rede da câmera para configurar vira Wireless e via cabo de rede.
New update Not Good!
I have always liked this app until the newest update! I have always been able to delete a full day at a time now I have to do it in small amounts takes far too long if I try to select all it gives me an error. Sort it out please.

Everything broken after last update
It worked fine until the last update broke everything. The app won't connect to the camera and freezes all the time. They wanted to make it "pretty" but they completely messed it up. Not recommended at all.

I’m not liking the new update it’s not as user friendly as the old format .now you have to search to find the features that were up front . It’s a little bit aggravating!

猫の様子を見るために購入したカメラだがアプリは最悪です。広告がいきなり爆音で流れてしばらく見ないと×が出てこない、会社や電車の中ではとても使えません。広告がめんどうでカメラごと買い直すことにしました。

Why has it started going into standby every 45 minutes? What is the point of this? Please fix this.

The camera works great but ever time I up there ads that keep coming on and there no way to stop the ads.they need to put on the settings stop ads from popping up when you open up the camera.

Постоянно куча рекламы, заходить в приложение нужно по 10 минут, потому что раз на 10 только прогружает, и то не всегда, и каждый раз нужно смотреть рекламу.

Good app, nothing fancy but it works. Main issue is advert overload before and during with no way to disable.
to many video ads
camera works great everything functions perfectly the notifications work in all a amazing camera and app but theres to much videos ads. i dont have problems with the ads but i just have a problem with the videos ones they pop up constantly i had a ice agent knock my door. i tried to go on the app but the app constantly kept showing me video ads over 10 seconds longs even after i closed the app and reopened it

Please fix. Cannot access settings to update anything. After the update I can’t change any setting for any camera

If I go to check my camera it takes 5 minutes to get in. Way too much unnecessary nonsense. I bought the camera to use as a camera and not to watch ads.

My app only works when I am connected to wi fi It is ridiculous that I can not see what is happening outside my house when I am outside and using mobile network. They should deal with this problem long time a go
