ピントを手動で変えられるようにして欲しい
駐車監視に使っています。暗い車内から明るい外を写したときに白くなって見えないときがあります。手動でピントを合わせる場所を指定出来るようにして欲しいです。
自動露出が弱い
有料で使っており、とても良いアプリですが、自動露出が弱いようです。iPhoneの標準カメラアプリと比べてもかなり弱いようで、気がついたら白飛びしています。オートフォーカスも強くはないようで、ピントが合わず映像がうまく表示されていないことがあります。これにより未検出となることもあります。誤検出よりも未検出の方が問題ですので、修正していただきたいです。修正されれば評価は上がります。よろしくお願いします。
Useful but..
how can there seriously be no way to run this app full screen on an ipad in horizontal mode? is this for real? Also for the love of god give me a way to turn off these stupid tooltips i’ve been using this app for weeks on 3 devices I do not need to be informed ‘here is where you see how many users are watching!’ and have to click ‘got it!’ every other f*ing time I open the app

Horrible! Won’t tell or show how to set up which phone to use for camera or viewer. Tried setting up my old iPhone as the camera and my new iPhone as the viewer and it keeps setting up my old phone as the viewer…
New features
So the new updates dashboard/layout/multiplexer were everything I wanted from this app wit only on day to explore all the new features I have one request if possible on the classic there was a dialogue box that popped up sound/person detected/ recorded on the monitor on the pc version and I need that visual cue because keeping the sound off while home the only audible cue is from my mobile device to look at the monitor and that dialogue helped me to make a quick decision wether to monitor or ignore if possible can you add a visual indicator for detected and recorded actions if needed I can email my setup so you can see what I see

Great app especially if you have premium. The only complaint I have is that for some reason it has a hard time maintaining a stable connection and goes offline. Not my device . Only app that does it. Great Discreet Spy app
I have used alferd in the past it allows you to discreetly turn a basic tablet or old phone into a secret security/spu device to people that normally don’t think that a old or basic tablet could be watching them to see wants going on it records audio and video I used it to see what my partner was doing when I wasn’t around it did the job I needed it to do and got the information I suspected verified i highly recommend using this product
Not worth it
For 28$ per month I expect this app to work properly. It’s always turning off and I need to constantly reconnect it throughout the day. The resolution sucks even at full HD. You are better off buying a cheap camera from TikTok shop or Temu because thats the quality this app should be compared to. Not worth 7$ per week

アプリの使い勝手はどこの見守りカメラより素晴らしいのですが(特にサムネイルで探している瞬間が見つけやすいのと、ダウンロードが簡単)、結局もともと性能が落ち始めている古いスマホを24時間使用しているため、スマホの不調で肝心なときに録画されていないことが増えていくことに。 使い勝手はこのままで、カメラ本体ごと製品になったら最高なのにと思いながら、また安い中古スマホを探す旅に出ます。
Recording length 5 seconds. Update
The developer responded to this review suggesting I contact customer support, I did contact customer support several days ago and got no response. I like the app and even paid subscription but it only records short clips of ( to 10 seconds duration then stops recording and 1 second later starts a new recording of the same event. In 1 minute I get a dozen alerts to a dozen videos of the same event even with continuous recording turned on. It would be so easy to allow the user to select the recording length but the developer doesn’t see it that way. Still no response from customer response. All recordings 5 seconds in length with no option to extend record time.

I like this app so much , it alerts me when movement is detected and it allows me to talk to communicate when I’m not around. One thing I don’t like is all of the subscriptions.

Greed company.
Updating the app will remove the previous ability to have more than 2 cameras. The zoom feature is now under the premium which is ridiculous being it’s using the camera I own. If your looking for simple free setup, AlfredCamera has moved to greed and is not worth the headache.
Great but…..
This app does what I need it to do but even with premium it glitches too often. I have to reboot the camera device at least once per week, most recently because the live feed sound is terrible and the playback audio doesn’t work at all. I have rebooted twice now to clear that up. But aside from that inconvenience this app works very well and the picture is great. Finally, I wish the zoom function worked in playback mode.

It’s soooo blurry
Absolutely wonderful app.
The app is amazing. If you have an older phone sitting around it immediately turns into a free security camera. In my case this was the perfect solution as opposed to buying one online. The fact that you can filter out what you’d like to detect is wonderful. I personally subscribed for a year and it’s very affordable, definitely cheaper than an actual security camera. The setup is quick and easy too This was a much needed immediate solution to my current problems in the home.
Awful
My camera stopped working. It says I need a firmware update. It won’t let me connect to the Internet for the firmware update. It says it can’t connect to the Internet because it needs a firmware update in order to do so but I can’t download the firmware update without the Internet connection. The most stupid thing I’ve experienced. I am canceling my subscription.
Nice clear image
I had trouble at first when I left my home and checked the app, it always said off line. I contacted the developers and it was an easy fix. I’m older and this stuff is new to me. But now, I can look at my home from anywhere even with no WIFI Thanks for the help.
I have questions
For premium version: Will it record in 4k? Will it use the optic zoom options on pro and max models? Will a low quality wi-fi connection impact recording quality? How can I contact you with additional questions
Functional, but flawed by developer greed
Upgraded to yearly subscription and the app deleted videos recorded before the update, despite being within the 14-day time period. I also continue to receive notifications to buy a camera despite turning these specific notifications off. The app is generally useful and helps as someone who doesn’t want to make the investment into a formal security system just yet.
Use Your Old Phone!
This service is AMAZING ! I use an old phone connected to my WiFi, and I can see everything on my current phone wherever I am. They will want you to get a camera from them , but just use your own old phone! Super dope
Insecure app
Tried the app and it’s not secure. The monitoring device cannot be screen locked. If a hotel worker were to pick up your device while it was monitoring your room they would have full access to your phone, any accounts, apps, iCloud, etc. The screen also stays on and says that it is recording. Cancelled my subscription 10 minutes after installing the app. 👎🏻

I tried pairing my iPhone 12 Mini with my iPhone 17 and it wouldn’t work. It kept saying to scan the QR code which wasn’t working with either phone so I canceled my subscription. It used to work just fine!!!

“Automatic focus” is terrible
I use my Apple device on the inside of my peephole looking out (perfectly LEGAL in my territory!), but Alfred cannot stay focussed unless I run the Webviewer in my Chrome browser 24/7. Why no manual control of the camera focus? The default Apple Camera app can focus properly. Gemini wrote me a Python script that will take the Apple Camera footage and parse the frames for people. It works better than this pain in the neck. Maybe I should just make an app myself…
My Alfred ‘free’ review
Awesome app! for real set up my old android phone as the camera and I watch, control and interact with my new regular phone. The basic free non-pay operational mode settings let me watch control flash on my old phone and also voice and siren options. It has power saving mode, low light and motion detection. All for the generic non-pay option. And it was easy as heck to install and set up. .
No longer useful
This app was phenomenal about 5 years ago. It’s become increasingly unusable at each app update, the mismanagement and terrible leadership have removed every useful feature and replaced it with the cheapest of advertising videos. Looking out the window yourself is more useful than this app. I use to recommend it, but rescind that now. Good luck trying to use it for anything at all.

使わなくなった携帯をモニターとしてるが、充電しながらじゃないと常時監視が出来ない(充電がすぐ切れるから)上に、充電しながらってことは携帯のバッテリーに悪影響、もちろん動作も不安定になり、1年使えば、切れたり、録画してなかったりと、不具合ばかり、やはり携帯でやるのは無理があるかな

Dont waste your time
I was using Presense but it got deprecated. Very straightfoward, Presese detected motion, recorded, sent to cloud, done. This afred thing detects motion, sends a notification and doesnt record anything. If my ipad gets stolen (i use the ipad as a camera) I wouldve lost my stuff, my ipad and the $7 dollars Im paying to these guys. There should be no instructions on how to operate this. I dont know what you guys are doing to get such great reviews but I guess shame on me thinking the app store is a legitimate marketplace
Cool app but too many ads
Amazing app. Genuinely this is way better than buying a $200 security camera but there are way to many ads. Every time you exit out of something, you get an ad.

Motion detection is slow. Someone can come do something and leave without the app even notifying or recording.

camera bricked after failed firmware update no refund or return offered
Amelia refuses to return a camera that is no longer functioning at all. It is a complete brick. It was brick during the firmware update even though the camera right next to it receive the update just fine. There is no phone number for customer support. They will not return the camera. I put in two customer support request no responsibility. I am out $30. This has been installed for about two weeks no return has been offered no response from the developer no response from customer support you people are lazy. It is pointless to try to do business with you. You have provided garbage service and garbage hardware. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
Pretty happy with my purchase!
Ordered 6 Cameras for my store and I’m happy with my purchase the only thing I would complain about is the cord isn’t long enough you have to have extension cords on hand and also you have to buy a micro mini SD card if you want to save any video clips but it does save it on your phone for 7 days and then everything will get deleted after that time frame. The setup is pretty simple and easy to do even if your technologically challenged. Once you have it connected and installed properly on your phone or whatever you are using, you can buy the premium plan if you don’t want to watch ADS popping up every time you switch outta the camera(s) or you don’t want the cameras watermark and a bunch of other things. Anyways, thank you! 😁😁😁
Event Videos not Playing
Have been using this app for a while now, it use to work decent for me. I have the premium version and use it to watch my driveway/front door. I would give a higher rating but since the new update (the one that implemented detecting pets and vehicles), the event videos will not play for me. In the first screen it claims they’re maybe 30 seconds long but then when I click the video, it claims it’s up to 20 minutes long sometimes. Which would be fine, but the videos also won’t play. I can see the clip when it’s small but when I click into the video, it’s nothing but black screen. I’ve even tried scrolling through the whole video. The only way I can see what happens is if I go to my playback and locate the time the event happened, and that doesn’t work because the playback deletes before 24hrs sometimes. This was not happening before the update. Prior to the update, I could view all of my event videos with ease. Now, I’m debating canceling my subscription. It’s very important that I can access the events as I will be using them for court in a matter to do with my family’s safety. This app is no longer useful for that, unless this problem is fixed asap.

You used to be able to view events with the free version; now you can’t. It’s only good for live viewing.
