Failing app
I’ve had this app/cam system for years. Then suddenly I now have pop-up ads. WTH? The quality could be better. And HMI is horrible.

App issue
App work alright for the first couple months then been having trouble just trying to sign in to look at my cameras. Take about 30 times to sign in just keeps saying operating fail try again and you do that about 30 times and then finally lets you in get really old fast.

Bug fixes
It takes a few minutes to get everything lined up with getting a the cameras and settings for each camera and general settings correct. But not that they fixed many intitial issues, I can view cameras online anywhere on my iphone anytime it seems like. I have waited to do this review for a while and the system is definitely working well for months now.

Приложение не обновляется ,ошибки не исправляются. Перемотка отсутствует а двигать шкалу не очень удобно при просмотре записи . Каждый раз нужно включать высокое разрешение. Долго нужно ждать пока программа загрузится. Разработчик Исправте ошибки.

Never set up properly
Parents had the system three years and still doesn’t have monitoring. They end up buying a $30 camera to monitor outdoor

This app does work you have to get the settings right I followed the app instructions and on the dvr settings I took a picture of the scan iOS and on the app the device manager Goes green and ticks then preview and Works
Application Not Working
This is the strangest application I’ve ever used. For the first two months I was very impressed. Then one afternoon I was no longer able to view any video on my iPhone or iPad ( I’ve deleted the application and reinstalled. Still no access to video. What’s strange is on another iPhone video work’s perfect. Need help, I’m confused.

Not happy :/
The hard drive burned out and a replacement required within 16 months .decent resolution good night vision .. I have never been able to access via app or wirelessly to see when I’m not around . Wish they could figure out how to connect the cameras to the app this is the whole reason I purchased so I can keep an eye on things while I’m away :/
Needs an update
It keeps saying my cameras are offline when they’re not and now it’s not even letting me login.

Good but not great
This app works for a few days but then stops working and won’t let you log in. It’s been almost a week or two that the app has stopped on all phones which doesn’t allow us to view the cameras with our phones. This needs to be looked into.

I follow all the steps and I can't connect the cameras, it says they are offline, what is the problem?

This is a great app I’m able to view my cameras when I am not home and continuously record from my home set up but having failed to connect issues recently also it would be great if when I hit record on my phone it would recordContinuously until I shut it off instead of just 30 seconds
Other server down
I am unable to view on the Danale App they said the server had irreparable failure and no longer supports the services of some devices. I was advised to use this App but only 1 of my 8 views are available. Was told if it didn't work to purchase a new NVR. Not very good support.

Continuate cosi, l applicazione va bene a parte qualche rallentamento ogni tanto durante la riproduzione dei video del registratore da remoto, per il resto è anche molto intuitiva.

Not sure what happened, but suddenly I’m no longer getting alarm notifications. 50/50 chance that I’ll get an alarm noti only while actively watching the cameras rendering it useless. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it and get in touch with c/s but nothing works. This app was great for me for about a yr and a half only.

ให้ระดับ 4 ก่อนนะครับ แอพมีการแก้ไขอัพเดตอยู่ แต่ติดปัญหาจากการใช้งานอยู่จุดเดียว คือการใช้ แอพ ดูไฟล์ย้อนหลังไม่ได้ แต่พอใช้ในแอนดรอย์ ดูได้ไม่มีปัญหา หากเป็นไปได้พัฒนาเพื่อให้ดูไฟล์ย้อนหลังใน ios ได้จะถือว่าดีมากเลยครับ ขอบคุณครับ

Perdí la conexión en mi teléfono aunque si tengo en mi tableta, no he podido recuperarla ya hice lo que pude y solo dice seleccionar un “device first “ pero no hay nada en la página, estoy muy inconforme con estas cámaras No traen manual tampoco tengo que investigar por cuenta propia cómo usarlas y no he podido siquiera ver lo qué hay en el dispositivo principal . Para mi es una pérdida de tiempo y dinero buscaré otras opciones.

Live Preview
I am unable to view all 4 cameras on my mobile app. I’ve googled “How to videos ,” and none of them have been helpful. The camera system works well, just dissatisfied with live preview function in the app. Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.
