I do like the flexibility of being able to turn each unit on/off from my phone and just operate them, overall from my phone.
Didn’t get code email
Impossible to log into the app. After entering my email address, it starts loading as if it’s waiting for a verification code to be sent. But the code doesn’t just fail to arrive — the app doesn’t even take me to the next page where I’m supposed to enter it. It just keeps loading forever and eventually shows an error.
DIY Installer
I installed 3 units thus far and all are working very well the app controls all 3 units. the app features works ok has decent controls my only issue is that you don’t have remote access to the unit you must be connected to your home network

AI can vibe code a better layout for this. Fire whoever made this app, replace them along with the app and blacklist this guy from ever getting hired again. The whole purpose of an app like this is to replace the traditional remote, instead it’s so inefficient not even the AC can cool me down. Fire this guy, and make sure he’s blacklisted off every company.

На днях в приложении разлогинилось из аккаунта и зайти уже невозможно, пишет «Время отклика сети превышено». Из умных кондиционеров оба превратились в неумные с управлением только с пульта. Разочарование.

HVAC Installation
Being a DIY person, I was nervous about installing the unit but with the right tools and some research I was successful. The unit has been working well for several days now. The electrical work was easy. However, this was my first time installing the unit and line set evacuating and pressure testing with nitrogen and then opening the refrigerant valves!

- can’t see ambient temperature or humidity so remotely you have no idea if the system does the job. - can’t remove beep on units - no history recorded.

Войти невозможно, кондиционеры пропали. В какой-то там раз входит, кондиционер подключается, даже запускается из приложения, но сразу отваливается и не реагирует. 9 раз из 10 превышен таймуат. Вендор наверняка видит проблему, но исправлять не думает.

Temperature keeps going up or going down cannot control temperature with remote control
We have buy so many minutes and we have this issue no help from the vendor or the company
2 Heat Pumps with 3 mini splits per pump
The equipment is all working as expected. The remotes have been set aside and the control is all done remotely via wifi using the TOSOT app from the Apple. The app was a bit tricky to set up but works well. The heat pumps are used in conjunction with an in-floor radiant heat system, supplied by a propane fired boiler and controlled by Nest thermostats. This enables us to reduce the heat requirements of the heat pumps to the 8 deg C minimum, to reduce risk of a boiler failure in the winter, and also minimize electrical usage by the heat pumps system. The A/C works very well in the summer. Our first full year of operation ends this June.
Use GREE+ instead
Don’t bother with this app, download GREE+ instead, not sure why developer keeps both, considering this app is 50% working.
Constantly saying off-line
Worked great until about a week ago and now keeps saying our devices are off-line and is no longer usable. Please fix whatever was changed as we loved the app until now!

Works well and a most convenient app
No Control When Not Home
The main use of these apps should be the ability to control your AC unit when you’re out and about. Prepping the home for when you get there. It’s insane that this only works when you’re on the same network as the mini split. NEEDS to be fixed.
Not a user friendly process to add a device
It sometimes refuse to add the devise, and forget to add it automatically as it won’t, you can do it manually and with difficulty alao

Won’t allow me to connect to my 5g wifi
Needs a fix. I was connected to my 5G network for a few months & now it will not connect & tells me to connect to 2.4. Can’t figure that out cause my internet is 5g
Add ability to control power!
On the remote device there is the ability to set the power settings of the device to make a limit of how much it uses! Please add the same functionality in the application.
Add AM/PM 12 hour scheduling
Seriously, if you are going to sell a product in US territory, then give us 12 hour AM/PM. I’m not trying to math everyday. The unit is great, the app is lacking.

I couldn’t for the life of me figure out how to work two units running off one motor until I found the app. Makes it so easy to control both units whether I’m at home or away.
AC constantly disconnect from app have to reset it
Anytime I’ll use the AC on the Wi-Fi that it’s not on or it’ll just randomly disconnect out of nowhere and have to reset it. It’s super annoying and I hate it.

I could not be happier with the split ac I installed myself! I saved myself 5k and this thing works great. I can turn on the heat in room before I even come downstairs in the morning. App is great. System is great.

Just Flat Out Doesn’t Work
Worst app ever. Keeps you going in circles with no sign of logging in or resolving login problem. Used all login options and nothing. Pretty worthless app.

Bare minimum
The app will allow many settings to be changed and the timer allows limited scheduling. That is OK. However, when setting the app to F, the timer will only let you select temperatures in C. This makes it very difficult to set the temp when you are needing F. There are also several settings that are available but are not explained. So you have no idea what the settings do if you use them: health and X-fan are two I can think of quickly. The app needs a better explanation of the features.

Приложение работает, пользуемся с двух телефонов, за несколько месяцев использования вылетало пока только раз. Одно НО! В приложении нет опции, для притока воздуха с улицы, поэтому эту функцию можно включить только с пульта. Кнопка в виде дома. Пожалуйста, доработайте приложение и добавьте эту функцию! Спасибо
App Functionality
Few issues with this app 1) It doesn’t appear that you can shuffle around or organize your appliances the way you want to see them. If you hold down any of the appliances, it allows you to select it, but only gives you the option to delete, not move up or down. This needs to be fixed. 2) The timer is absolute garbage. It doesn’t let you specify AM or PM. It’s bare functionality of providing the ability to control ur mini splits from the phone is great, but don’t expect any superior technology.
Auto mode temperature fault
In winter the automatic temperature is set to 20 by default and now that summer is coming it is set to 25 degrees and this cannot be changed.... when I change to fan, this temperature is also changed from the set temperature to 25 degrees. the air conditioner should switch between heating and cooling in auto mode but only blows the fan
