Hi
Very nice 👍
No doorbell or camera video
Absolutely disappointed there is no contact from anyone when requesting support. Both are offline and am unable to reset or complete any type of troubleshooting. ZERO customer service or support.
You can get better
Such a slow laggy software. Often won’t even load the cameras. Will often time out and not play event playback at all. Would never buy one of these systems again. Also cost more than the competitors.
Not working on WiFi on iPhone but works on Android
The cameras aren't loading on WiFi after three most recent update. Please fix asap.

New update seems to not allow me to control my ptz. Please fix that bug and get your 5 stars back. Ok thanks for fixing the bug issue. Back to 5 stars. 8-6-26
Too slow
When it comes to security you want it right away not after it’s too late. Watching the little hamster wheel spin with a gig of internet service just doesn’t cut it.
PLAYBACK & NOTIFICATIONS
Inconsistent notifications! On driveway. Picks up a cat but not a car! When viewing video playback, video skips sections. Can’t see entire video. Fast forwards slightly & skips bits of video.
Times out
Works fine locally but if you travel outside your country it always times out. On WiFi or network doesn’t matter. If you ask developers for help you get no reply.
Video stream playing back it’s only on sub,it’s not playing back in main
After the last update the app it’s not staying in main stream,it keeps going back to sub
Added Persian language for 5 countries: Iran, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, Uzbekistan

Chinese spionage
Suddenly, now I need an account to view my cameras connected via ip address... weird; you just want to control everything

Facing difficulties
For a long time now not getting support for viewing playback videos and live viewing as well. Wish DMSS was helpful.
App not working in mobile
Recently we are not getting footage on our mobile phones even though we have good internet and we connect with our system there live footage are coming. What is the problem? Could your team can resolve this soon

Good
Crashes
With the latest update I am unable to either use “Live View” or “Playback” when connected via Wi-Fi.
Last update issue
Have been very happy with this app for a long time, but since last update I have had issues connecting to different cameras each time I open the app. One camera works ,then when I open again it works and another camera won’t connect both on my wifi and cellular . I have updated all the cameras and the NVR. Not sure what the issue is. Never been an issue before.
Bad changes
Why did you change a perfectly running app. As you requested I tried to login and you sent me a secure number to enter, but I never received it. I only have four cameras and your app insisting on putting eight displays in which for them are just black. I would like to have only those four displays to have maximum magnitude. Please fix it and I will update the review.
Feature Request: Siri Shortcuts integration needed
I use the DMSS HD app daily for gate access, but the current workflow manually unlocking my phone and navigating into the app is quite tedious for a frequent task. Adding Siri Shortcuts support would be a massive quality-of-life improvement, allowing users to trigger gate commands via voice or lock screen widgets. Please consider adding this integration in a future update. It would make a huge difference in the app's daily usability!

New update sucks
Ever since the last update my playback keeps timing out. I get notifications super late. What’s the point of having cameras if I can’t see anything. This app is getting too buggy
Not showing HD
Since latest updates. App showing video in SD, even though HD is default. Requires me to manually switch to SD and back to HD. It’s very tedious.
Notifications
In ios this program doesn’t send notifications
Just keeps loading
This app is awful. Live view never loads, always buffering, playback always skips. I’m done with it. Going back to eyemax.
Very good
Easy accessible playback.
Great till newest update!
This was a great app till the current update. When I get a notification of an event on the app and try to open it, it says NO VIDEO. I am able to find it by opening under the camera rather than the events tab. Too many steps when you are in a hurry to see a notification. Tried to contact app developer, wasn’t able to. Also, please bring back time marker lines under playback!!
