Annoying Subscribe Prompt
Just recently, upon every launch of this app, it started displaying a prompt asking me to subscribe to the email newsletter. It does not let me enter the app. If I could rate it with 0 stars, I would.
Poor user experience
Confusing UI. DISARMED home setting still would make the cameras sound alarm. They send notifications for expired Protected subscription, but failed to send one for real events where notifications are enabled.

I LOVE THE APP AND MY NEW CAMERAS

Una estafa
Unable to see NVR playback from App
App works nice, a bit confusing at first but got used to that. But I am unable to see the recorded videos in NVR through app.
Something changed
I believe the latest update ruined the possibility of arranging the cameras in the order you want them! No matter what I do I can not rearrange the order they are in. Also it was working fine and all of a sudden it stopped working and reverted to some random order. This happened last week and the latest update happened around the same time! Another problem is the cameras don’t overwrite the storage cards like most other cameras so you must manually format and delete the card every few days, a total pain in the butt!

So wonderful
Worst navigation and worst UI
Using this over a years. Now no way to update payment methods. I have 5 cameras and cannot combine all. Menu has no clear sections for billing and payment methods. Cheap Chinese complicated app.
Ban đêm rõ nhưng khó vào
Ad nên xem lại,thỉnh thoảng rất khó xem,có việc cần vào xem để kiểm tra thì mãi không vào được,trong khi Cam của bên khác vào xem phát một
Speed issues with Mobile network
Slow on mobile network especially with the new update. High picture quality like uhd sucks even you have connected the camera with ethernet while your app connected with a mobile network(has got a high speed internet). Please fix this
Phiên bản
Phiên bản cũ năm 2025 chạy mượt, phiên bản mới mở lên tải hình ảnh từng camera rất chậm, phải tắt mở lại app mới xem được
I love it 🥰
Excellent quality, the images are great
Не покупайте их продукцию
В России без впн нормально не посмотришь видео (ни архив, не в реальном времени), нормального локального режима нет. За то куча рекламы для всяких подписок
Spotlight 30 second limit
Please add an option to keep spotlight longer than 30 secs, like tapo and eufy apps do.
Application not working properly
Application live view not watching in others network, Same network working properly in android and iPhone
Storage issue
I installed since 2023.Some days before I face a issue from storage recording. Canara stored memory in card but when I replay in massage that show no recording. When I check my sd card storage show perfectly.

Ridiculous app and service
Bad service, extra security plan easily compromised. Hackers seem to have compromised my security system. I sent proof. I got ridiculous response back, no investigation. No assistance to stop the hacking. My security is compromised and inept. Horrible!
Android vs IOS
Very good preview in all android and older iPhones. Very Bad washed out preview in newer iPhones (13 and above)
Good build quality
Its really good apps and camera
Poor
Don’t buy this poorly-managed and supported device, app is not working, video and live view is not showing at all for no actual reason network speed is good, connection is good and still failing every time.
Please update this function
I asked a thousand times, please add function that show local IP of camera. This function is very useful. We can quickly add Imou cameras to NVR, without running any programs to find IPs in local network.
Footage laggy & full of error
Not able to load previous stored footage on local SD card, takes too long and mostly results in error. Also, 8x playback doesn’t play smoothly as it should, rather gives frame by frame instead of a continuous video. Please fix!

Unable to see the pictures from playback feature from February 2025
I use Imou cameras at my farmhouse. Previously, whenever I saw the playback feature and pressed on a picture displayed, the corresponding picture taken would appear on the screen. However, after an update in February 2025, the pictures shown on the app suddenly stopped, and a notification appeared on the screen stating “No recordings.” This is quite frustrating. Could you please revert to the February 25 position and allow me to view the picture from the playback feature?

It's a great cam and app
It's been 3 years, and I have never had a problem with that. It's been taking a long time to go back and look at the camera, but I found out I should delete the memory card every week to speed up and improve loading. It wasn't the system's fault; the card load was slow. Everything is perfect now. Voice is clear; good-quality capture.
