چرا در تنظیمات برنامه گزینه ارسال هشدار پیام متنی موجود نیست؟ گزینه عدم ضبط کردن تصویر در قسمتی خاص در خانه رو هم اضافه کنید مثلا وقتی دوربین به سمت تخت خواب چرخید از ضبط کردن تصویر تخت خواب خودداری کنه با تنظیم محدوده دلخواه

The cameras themselves are great—the picture quality is impressive, and the ability to move them around is honestly amazing. However, I’ve had a major issue since day one: I’ve never been able to access playback because the cloud service doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to the company multiple times, sent photos, and still haven’t received any response or support. Without playback or cloud access, the camera loses a huge part of its purpose. At that point, you might be better off with something like a Ring camera, which offers similar (or even better) functionality with reliable service.

currently it support only mobile app and pc app. support needed or details needed to access via browser or via android Tv.Then it will be good product

False positives?
So many false positives caused by “anything “ my camera stopped working. I it still has contact, but isn’t functioning? Directions are not helpful. I’m ready to return it.
Add fast forwarding option for better user experience
I need to see two days old videos from other place. I have an only option to see playback vidoes in Hieasy app. I wanted to see specific 5 hrs time range videos but there is no fast forwarding options. if you add fast forwarding option for the playblack videos like 1.5x 2x 3x will be more helpful to see the videos. It will save users time. Please gave this feature for better user experience

I am unable to sign up for the cloud services. When I go to the area it just says no package yet and goes no further. It has been very frustrating. Other than that the clarity and tracking is wonderful. Just wish I could sign up with cloud services

Negative Review Report – Unable to Purchase Traffic Service I am extremely disappointed with this c
I am extremely disappointed with this camera service. After my traffic (mobile data) package was exhausted, I was unable to purchase or renew a new traffic service through the application. The app continuously displays a message stating that the traffic service has expired and instructs me to recharge, but the recharge process does not work properly. As a result, my camera has gone offline and I can no longer access live monitoring or recorded footage remotely. This issue has caused significant inconvenience and has reduced my confidence in the reliability of the product. A security camera should provide uninterrupted access, and customers should have a simple and functional method to renew their data service when it expires. I would like the service provider to: 1. Fix the recharge system immediately. 2. Provide clear instructions for renewing traffic services. 3. Improve customer support responsiveness. 4. Ensure that users can easily purchase data packages without unnecessary delays or technical issues. Until this problem is resolved, I cannot recommend this product or service to others.

Motion sensors
Let all cameras be in position to sense motion and trigger the alarm, the guard position shouldn’t be the only one to trigger the alarm. The SD card should be formatted at any given time, I have failed to format the current SD card. Please make it easy.
