Thought amazing till I didn’t
I bought this around Dec 2025 for my two cats, for when I am gone a few days. My pair are big backs and I needed something better to help controll the eating . It worked amazing till Aug 3rd 2026 when I switched internet. I need to update( add this on my router) which I can’t seem to do. I no longer have the book it came with.. and god forbid I need to actually chat or talk with a person. I know it only works with 2.4 and not 5g. Which is fine . Same for my ring cameras(which I got to work) . I recommend keeping your pamphlets or taking pic

Wasn’t bad at all to learn it and the features
Fails to connect
Cameras worked great till I bought a newer router. I changed all passwords and every time I try to reinstall it always says “failed to connect to the WiFi” I uninstalled it . I have confirmed password, reset and turned off and on again Used all the ways to install listed but will not connect. I have gone to support several times and do not even get a response. I suggest you buy from a company that values your service cuz this one will not respond to your inquiries. Worst after sale service ever. RUN RUN RUN !!!

I don’t like this camera in the first place when I bought it it say nothing about the cloud if I knew that I wouldn’t have bought it keep trying to hook it up and nothing wish I didn’t buy them, sad
App bugs since new update
Hello. Ever since yesterday, my app now closes upon opening randomly. I’ll need to completely close out the app and sign in again, for it to stay on again. Also what I noticed is, when going to one camera, it now makes the arrow to go back to the last screen, disappear.

I wish I knew before buying
My cameras spin towards the house on their own losing site of what it should be on. I have to readjust them frequently. The app is slow, crashes a lot and doesn’t allow me to use the focus. I tried passing the expensive charges but it’s not worth it. Why so expensive?? Why send a video alert if I can’t see the video?

I’ve had my camera for approximately 70 days, it no longer pans side to side. How can I fix this?
Unreliable
The cameras and app, when working are great. But you literally have to leave the app open and reset it every day or else it will not capture motion. For example, I didn’t check the app yesterday, so now I just looked (950am) and there is no video past 1235pm yesterday. This happens all the time if I don’t look at the app and refresh it every single day. The product is unreliable.

the unit itself has several issues that would make anyone aware of them purchase a different brand. motion detection is horrible which makes the light aspect useless for security. secondly the video recording function no longer supports saving your videos/recordings on SD cards and now cloud storage by paid subscription is the only option. they literally erased the previously free SD storage feature with new updates. camera is going in the trash.

This app does not show me every motion detected in my yard, let alone in the daytime, but especially at night people be in my yard and I’m not even aware I never get the notification but then when I go back later, I could see that someone was in my yard or sometimes it doesn’t even show when someone was there you it doesn’t even always detect car lights at night 🧐
Was great until ads
Bought three of these cameras for my home and has been using them fine. The picture quality is very good, sound is not bad and the signal is good. All was going well until the ads popped up. It take a while to get to live video as you have to wait for the ads to load… not at all impressed with this addition

The camera sends a signal every time the wind blows. Then you click to view and they try to sell you yearly plans. Going back to LAview.

I have two different AJCLOUD cams and they are awesome I got them from Temu and from AliExpress .I have them outside both haven been working great during rain and snow/winter mix/freezing weather. The other one got flooded twice during very heavy rain stoped working but I let dry for couple days worked great again so I bought clear duck tape on put it on the fan shaped lights has been working great since then even after more heavy rain .awesome cams and they have a subscription but honestly all you is an sd card to work .

This is a Tuya product but blocked off so you have to buy their cloud service! Can’t connect to anything!

Disappointed about the Ads that have started to appear… surely you sell enough cameras to not need this. I’m going to have to look for another provider when I buy another camera - makes zero sense for what is a great app/system, profits over quality - too greedy.
