Clara Moonstone was super helpful and VERY accurate and other advisors such as Bri destiny, Lily Simon, Tina Clariavoyant, Clio morningstar, Gifted Amanda, Medium Impala, Alleo Admiration, Sophia Torres,Tarrot gypsy Girl, Mijina Astro WERE SPOT ON AND the things they said would happen HAPPENED I'M NOT EVEN JOKING so yeah Clara is goat I'd mention more but I'd be here for a bit most are good some are bad but overall this is proof of the supernatural and when u can start questioning more and the what's and the whys anyway good app
Unable to get on the app
I am not able to get on the app and I see here that all of my sessions have been erased and I had at least 3 advisors that I chatted with can someone please help me to getting back on the app and everytime I tap the icon it kicks me out again..

I have found the app easy to use. You need to try a handful initially to get a feel who is the right one to connect with. But then I’ve found it on point and useful as well as reassuring. Need to be clear on what you want answering to get the best from it.

Okay but pushy
I have had somewhat of a good experience but I will say that the psychics can come off as very pushy. It gives off the impression that they just want you to spend you money which leads me to think that they are not legit. I told a psychic that I was done with the reading and they kept pushing me insisting that the information that they had was important so that I could pay for another session. It comes off as greedy. They also tell you that there is important information just for them to basically refurbish what they already told you. I would be careful with this app

Removal of In App Purchases.
In-app purchases are apparently no longer supported. Don’t like the app and unfortunately considering deleting because of this. Don’t like that my only options are Apple Pay or entering in bank card information. I’ve spoke to one advisor during my time and she is accurate. Very trusted. But the lack of now being able to use in-app purchasing has definitely changed my opinion on the app .

Not one of the advisors predictions came true
The advisors I had sessions with all said the same thing that my person will write to me… well they haven’t. And it’s been a month. And they keep telling me to trust them and they will write. If that person is going to write, it should’ve been by now. Don’t trust these advisors. And then they get defensive when you tell them their predictions aren’t true.

The App Store “sold” this app as a FREE service. I had a small chat with the psychics, then they asked me for payment!!!!!

Some are very good, some don’t reply and some spend your 20 minute session just trying to get you to book another session 🤷🏼♀️ no reply from customer support whatsoever. I would be very careful using this app! There are some lovely advisors but there are also some who are rude or just seem to want your money!

Constructive Feedback Regarding Advisor Quality, Customer Experience, and Platform Standards
I want to provide constructive feedback based on several sessions I have completed on this platform. My intention is not to attack individual advisors, but to highlight a pattern I have experienced repeatedly that I believe impacts customer trust and the overall quality of the service. Before each session, I provide context about what I would like to discuss. I do this intentionally because it gives the advisor an opportunity to review the information beforehand and allows the session to be more productive. I understand advisors may have other sessions before or after mine, and I am not referring to scheduling buffers or transition time. My concern is the quality, preparation, and effectiveness of the actual session. A recurring issue I have noticed is that many sessions begin with broad or vague statements. When I ask follow-up questions or request clarification on statements the advisor introduced, I often do not receive additional detail or meaningful explanation. Instead, the conversation remains general until the session ends. As a customer paying for a service, the expectation is not necessarily that every prediction or insight will be perfect, but that the advisor can explain their reasoning, provide context, and engage with the questions being asked. Another concern is the defensiveness that sometimes occurs when constructive feedback is provided. Feedback should be viewed as an opportunity to improve the customer experience, not as a personal criticism. For example, I had an experience with Barbara Moore where I felt the session was extremely vague. I provided a second opportunity for clarification and elaboration, but I felt the responses became less helpful rather than more detailed. When I provided a one-star review with constructive feedback, the response I received felt defensive instead of focused on understanding why I had that experience. I also experienced a similar issue when contacting customer support. I understand policies exist, including limitations regarding refunds, but my concern was broader than a single transaction. I was trying to address a repeated pattern involving session quality and customer satisfaction. The conversation became focused on policy rather than understanding the overall customer experience. Eventually, the outcome appeared to become an internal decision rather than a clear application of the stated policy. My experience with Wolfgang was different. I had concerns regarding the session timeline and the amount of detail provided. Initially, I felt my concern was being misunderstood, but he eventually acknowledged the feedback and stated he would take it into consideration for future clients. That willingness to listen and accept feedback is the type of customer interaction I believe the platform should encourage. I also had similar concerns with Thompson, where I felt statements were made that required additional clarification and elaboration but were not fully explained. The reason I am providing this feedback is because I have used this platform before, and the experience feels different than it did previously. In past sessions, advisors would ask questions, review the information provided, and offer more detailed explanations so the customer left with clarity rather than confusion. I believe the platform has an opportunity to improve advisor training and quality standards by encouraging: * More preparation before sessions * More detailed and specific responses when customers request clarification * Less defensiveness when receiving constructive feedback * A stronger focus on customer understanding and satisfaction I recognize businesses change over time and market conditions can impact services, but customer trust is built through transparency, accountability, and the willingness to listen. My goal in providing this feedback is not simply to criticize, but to explain why my confidence in the platform has decreased and what could help restore it.

I asked the same question to 10 psychic & 7 of them answered kinda same thing but 3 of them answered exactly opposite. Though nothing happened like what they said! So it’s very confusing app

Poor support
I put in a complaint about a reading to the support team on the chat and have had no communication for 2 days. I’ve been a long standing customer and completely disappointed by this.

Terrible psychic website
Don’t use this psychic website. The psychics and advisors are fine but the website and app customer service are terrible. They answered very slow, they mostly refuse your refund request when you are not happy with the service and when you do getting refund it won’t be refund on your bank but as in app account balance.

Interesting
Relatively good experience so far chatting with a couple of kind , compassionate and empathic advisers. Great readings which somewhat give me hope in my situation . However reading all the 1 star and negative reviews have somewhat brought my anxiety levels up and made me question the authenticity of some advisers. I was not happy with one adviser making me spend $120 to just sit there with my eyes closed for 20 mins while some ritual was performed and then keeps trying to get me to do more things and spend more money . Might give up !

I actually genuinely love this app, the psychics on here are legit and very very honest but also compassionate as well. I did search to find my preferred psychic but it didnt take long, i definitely do recommend using this app for correct guidance and accuracy of energy readings!!
Hard to distinguish
I have consulted with at least six different advisors on this platform, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. First, it is obvious that many of the "advisors" are actually AI—some respond instantly with generic answers, while others are painfully slow. Even with the ones that seem human, the typing speed is inconsistent, and the accuracy is hit-or-miss. My biggest issue is the platform's design: once a session starts, you cannot exit or end the chat, which feels like a blatant trap to drain your money. There is zero customer support to address these issues. Furthermore, the pricing is exorbitant for the quality of advice received. Five out of six advisors gave me false hope, and the accuracy of their details was unreliable. When the session ends, they use high-pressure tactics to make you feel anxious, insisting that there is "more they need to tell you" just to get you to book another session. Others simply go silent, forcing you to pay for another reservation to get any further clarification. It is a complete waste of money and lacks any real value. Save your time and stay away.
