peaceful
What a pleasure it was speaking to you. It brought me peace, clarity and something to look forward to. Thank you 🙏🏼
Terrible
Really distrust this app. Many reviews seem like bots, several repeated names and general feedback. Rating system is inconsistent. The one reader I wanted to try suddenly became offline after I’d already paid and all the other readers have irreliable ratings. Stay away if you’re a reader or looking to be read. They also don’t offer refunds so it was a waste and I still have credits sitting in the account
Great reading
He’s the absolute best.
Payment
Their payment method is bad. I added funds and I could not use it and it also doubled charged me , with card provided and funds got deducted. And customer support doesn’t reply
Messaging
As we appreciate the services, pls do not allow them to charge an outrageous amount for a call. Messaging takes way more time.
Spot on
He was very nice and kind and was spot on.
Scam
They only take your money! SUPER expensive!
Expensive
A bit on the pricey side, but a reader I went to was spot on. He could even describe my future soulmate in detail, but only time will tell if this is true.
New update
I don’t like the new look of the app and logo, it’s just baaah… has lost some flavours, the branding was better before
Bad customer service
Submitted ticket for over a week still no reply.
5 star for sure
My first reading and it was very insightful and pleasant. He picked up on my energy and my anxiety around my situation eased quickly. Thank you! I will be back for more readings and updates.
Maintenance fee
Really comb through the terms of use. They took $5 from my account for “inactivity”. What a scam. This isn’t a bank account. I shouldn’t have to get a reading if I don’t want one.
Charged when the 3 minutes was free
I was charged 98 when the minutes was free plus the pre authorization fee
Feeling better
She is amazing as always . Helped me feel more at ease with things with my person . I trust her .
Account deletion
Nearly impossible. Once you have an account it's extremely difficult to delete it and it should not be that way. Stay away.
What a scam
I was so disappointed with this app. Both psychics I’ve dealt with were amazing and I feel bad that they are losing clients because the app doesn’t maintain accurate information. Today upon starting there was a red promotional fee (regular fee was crossed off and special fee was above) so 7.30$ regularly and 2.19$ per minute on special. I paid 50$ Canadian and they said I was eligible for 13 minutes including 3 minutes free. Which does not calculate to be 2.19 per minute nor did I get my 3 free minutes being that it was my first time with this advisor. Our session was cut short at 9 minutes. Don’t fall for it!
Accurate Top tier
She is definitely accurate and she always makes me feel better about everything, things had happened like she said. Thank you Simmi.
Do not read they will take your money
Was charged unfairly for $14 to a psychic who never responded and ran the clock out. The System Prayed on vulnerability and took money for nothing. Super messed up. I have issued a support ticket and need this addressed immediately. Totally unacceptable to handle souls that are delicate with such selfishness. Very disappointing.
Spent too much money just to find out jack all
I wish I went back in time and paid my grandmother the same amount of money since it’s info I already gave them about my ancestors yet apparently none of my ancestors care at all or know about me after all. My grandmother knew them after all so I might just give her the same amount of money to pay her bills
She is the Best
I had a reading with her. She is very good and detailed. She is very accurate and truthful. She is straightforward and honest. She is very nice and caring. She is the Best
Unapproved charges.
This company is absolutely disgusting. Just so you are aware before you sign up, if you don’t use the app for too long of a period, they WILL charge you for inactivity. Edit: Yes, they do take it out of my credit. And where did my credit come from? MY MONEY! So I don’t care how they want to spin it. They charge if you are inactive. Don’t date? Go ahead and sign up. This review is for people like me who think that’s a ripoff and want to avoid.
Mixed predictions
I’ve been really happy with this app and the service you provide. I’ve been having really great predictions and to make sure of this I contacted around 8 more advisors and all of them confirm the predictions. However two out of 10 recently tells me otherwise… is this a tactic for me to keep connecting for you to make money? I wonder how my data is stored (Q & As)…
Love relationship
Good and accurate reading.
Scam!!!!
Will not let you delete your account without reaching out to them and they will give you instructions to do it yourself once customer service answers and those steps don’t even exist! BIG SCAM!
deduction of 15usd just after enterin the details of the card
hey plz tell me why was my card charged with USD 15 just by enrerin the details.. this is really not good.. i talked 3 minutes and accordin to that it should be half the amount.. 7.5 n i ws chrged double
Always wonderful and accurate
Indi has been guiding me for many years. He is an excellent advisor and very accurate with me.
Scamers
They are real scamers, do not waste you money here!!!!
Not good lost 15 dollar just after adding card details
Why you guys took 15 dollars just after adding card and again 19 dollars after chatting with someone. You should take only 4 dollars i.e 19 - 15 dollars =4 dollars. I want my 15 dollars refunded tell me how to do that
Great
Positive and left me hopeful
Scammed
So, I spoke with one of your advisors named Divine Soul, and she essentially informed me that she couldn’t read my energy because I’m 18. I find this to be incorrect, as I’m an adult, but I suppose she couldn’t read my energy if she didn’t know how. I’m not criticizing her, but I feel like I wasted my money, and if I don’t receive a refund, I hope I don’t come across as rude. I’ll be contacting my bank to get that refund as well. If I don’t hear from you guys, I essentially felt like she scammed me. She was a pleasant lady, but I believe she was a scammer. I wish she had informed me that when I mentioned my date of birth at the beginning that she couldn’t read my energy.
Good reading
Helpful and very insightful
Not recommended
Lots of advisors are scammers that just drag the time out and customer service does nothing about it, despite their “satisfaction guarantee”
