Love purple ocean best app
My favorite app I get a reading almost every week and there all crazy accurate im amazed by the honest psychic she always makes me feel better about anything going on in my life
Overblown Management Reactions and Lack of Accountability
I’m sharing my experience to warn other advisors about the unprofessional environment at Purple Ocean. After reporting another advisor for harassment, I was met with a confusing and defensive tone from the first staff member I spoke with. I pushed back and set a firm boundary—and while I was direct because of the stress of the situation, the management response was completely disproportionate. Instead of de-escalating, a manager impulsively suspended my account and labeled me 'unprofessional.' I was forced to use strategy and 'put on an act' just to get my account back and protect my finances. The most frustrating part? When I recently brought this to the owners, they admitted that I hadn't actually broken any guidelines. They essentially acknowledged I was wrongly suspended, yet to this day, I have never received an official apology for the mistake or the financial jeopardy they put me in. The staff even tried to pivot to casual chat about birth charts afterward, showing a total lack of professional boundaries. There is a clear culture of favoritism and a lack of integrity when it comes to admitting staff errors. Also, they finally just recently (not when the incident with the other advisor who kept coming to me) added the ability for advisors to be able to block and each time you can put the reasoning but yet will still pester you about your reasoning for wanting to protect yourself and business…and I believe they mess with your visibility.
Accurate
It’s hit hard I was in between yes or no but when she said what she said in general the cards ain’t showing any relationship it Hurted but it gave me a reason to stop trying for something that’s will never be. But only thing is downloading the video.
It’s just for fun
I’ve had over 100 readers throughout many years and I can confirm only small things have unfolded as I was told, maybe 2 of 100 Also, if you leave a negative review, good chance it disappears so the owners of this App should be held accountable, I see a lawsuit in the future, there you go, my prediction
Hit or Miss
Every now and again you’ll get someone that actually knows how to read accurately. Most of the time these people are inexperienced and they are not psychic they are card readers which the cards go by the current energy and could change min by min to day to day and week ti week. I never liked card readings and the majority of them do not know how to read them accurately. I have had many of them tell me that this your person, you’ll marry him to nothing ever happens and then it’s oh they changed or you weren’t compatible. Didn’t you see it from the first time I asked this question? It’s so contradictory and I’ve been sold this kind of story too many times on this app. If you do decide make sure they don’t read cards!!

Thank you
I really enjoy this app !
Purple ocean has many different talented and gifted people . Many of the featured readers have really helped me and given me great advice ! LOVED THIS APP WHEN I FIRST used it and spent a lot of money on there as well. I had remaining money left over for more readings or video calls and when I went to go use the app currently it’s frozen or not active anymore. I’m furious to be honest with you because I did spend a lot of money and I at least had $10-$15 in credits left.
Great site!
Love the readings. Very accurate.
Purple ocean
I really do not like this platform as much as I love your purple tides app. Unfortunately there is a bug with iOS phones where you go to pay it kicks you out back to the app interface I use to love the advisors and just asking simple questions for a more reasonable cost. Purple ocean is to expensive to use as much as I use to.
Internal problem it says.
I can’t seem to load the app for a while now. What’s going on?
As trabaje Babett
Was rude , she misunderstood my question and told me it was my fault. She assumed wrong and wasted time. I don’t recommend her at all.
REMOVES REVIEWS/Protects Scammers
There no doubt are some genuinely gifted readers on this platform. However, it’s had begun to become overrun by the Indian readers & other scammers. And worst, if you leave a negative review on an experience or reading you’ve had, Purple Ocean WILL remove it for no reason at all (at times quoting made up policy) & taking your money while boosting scammers presence. I’ve had this happen 4 times and demanded a refund.
Trustworthy
I have used this app several times with different people depending on my need to know and very very pleased each time!
A
The prices of everything are a little insane the only downfall
Hate hate hate hate new formats
Whoever told u to change the interface to PO to what it is now horrible!!!’ Hate hate hate the new format
Great readers
They are the real deal some things have given me chills with the accuracy and I’ve referred friends to keep up the great work
Scam
Tells u what u wanna hear
Good app
If you can buy credit for what ever amount and not a set of amount would be good. Thanks
Great Readers, Bad Company
I’ve used this app for tarot readings multiple times, and the readers are genuinely talented, insightful, and compassionate. They bring so much wisdom and care to each session, and I’ve had some powerful, meaningful experiences here. However, I’m extremely disappointed with the company’s treatment of these talented individuals. It’s shocking that such a large portion of each payment goes to the app, with only a fraction going to the readers who actually do the work. Even when readers receive tips, the app takes a cut! This feels unfair and exploitative. For an app that promotes insight and guidance, they certainly don’t seem to apply those values to their own business practices. Bottom line: The readers are incredible and deserve better. If you’re looking for a place to support tarot readers directly, you may want to consider other platforms where they’re more fairly compensated or finding the readers you like outside of the platform.
App update
I love using purple ocean but unfortunately, the new app is not user friendly.
“Bridges Light”
She, in my opinion, is one gifted Medium!
Not accurate
Save your money
Outstanding readers if you choose wisely.
Pretty darn happy with all readers I have come across so far.
Metaphysic
I want a quick reading I chose a person chose amour to pay. It isn’t until tomorrow. I do read myself. Parents 1st knowledge was 3yrs old. I don’t use Tarot. I use ordinary cards. You have a very wide variety of subjects of tools to deliver psychic readings. I am fed up of the discount every time I go into someone. It should detect that I have paid generously & have a big issue weighing me down. It’s hard to interact with that coming up all the time. I will write a review after my reading tomorrow. I think a lot of people would’ve given up after 4-5 times.
Love!!!!
Great advisors..very accurate!! Gives you help and clarification!
Psychics can just remove negative reviews like 🫰
I do NOT leave reviews. I’m a flight attendant and I don’t even leave reviews for hotels so PLEASE hear me. I worked with a few psychics over a year and a half. They ALL told me the same thing. Exactly wha I wanted and needed to where. Nothing. Nothing has come To pass it’s totally opposite. I have ZERO reason to lie, ONLY trying to help. The ones that got closer to me where I could say hey, this don’t make sense you’re hurting me…. We’re able to remove any negative reviews. I’ve been watching since and see they all stay the same “ratings” as far as reviews. They let a few real (negative) ones through to look legit, but it’s really just to look legit. If they can have reviews removed what’s the point??!!
Great
Excellent best selection of psychic online
Expensive readers
Some charge 14.99 to. 17.99 a minute. For entertainment that’s a lot.
Jess
Love this app. So easy
Getting myself organized in my mind.
Very interesting. And she is very very nice.
why are there two apps
The psychics are good, but the app itself is just kind of odd. Why are there two apps that practically do the same thing, just with minor differences? You also can’t transfer funds between the apps, so if you wanted to do a 24 hour video reading but have funds in the purple garden app u can’t transfer them. It’s dumb please fix this or just combine the apps
Spiritualist
Every spiritualist I’ve encountered has been accurate and provided a thorough reading. I am very pleased with PO’s service.
Wonderwoman76!
Awesomely cool
Guidance in life
Easy to use app, have had mostly accurate readings, have only used video readings as calls are expensive rates per minute. Maybe could have some telephone readings for a set price.
Obsidian Sage
Thank you so much he is true to his readings, everything so far has been 100% accurate. I would highly recommend him his readings are true to his words. Once again thank you on this love journey with us many blessings.
Terrible App , Psychics are not Genuine or nice
I got a reading from “Beyond the Veil” the absolute worst experience of my life . I’ve had a lot of readings but hands down . This app has let me down / they overcharge , and the customer service is not fair . Specially customer service helping - and did zero to help me , i will never spend money here again; the most insincere - bad vibes I’ve experienced in a long time . Don’t download this app and waste valuable money on people who prey on your emotions.
Very good app
Good advisors, very good app in general, but is a little expensive. Also I suggest to let to the users to attach pictures into the texts.
Love the app
Love the app been using it for years! I just want to ask if I update will I lose all my old readings? Like the ones from years ago?
Ms Buchanan
I have never received an item that I paid for. I recommend not using this company.
Muy buena
Lo malo es que aveces tiene mala señal
