I like having choices and different styles of readings. I would have given a five if prices were more reasonable.
Great psychics, glitchy app
The actual advisors are wonderful and so is the customer service for the most part but the app constantly has glitches. The timer will show the wrong amount of time remaining, it will show advisors as available when they are not but you will have already been charged and cannot get a refund, sometimes the timer doesn’t count down at all, you have to constantly toggle between tabs to ensure that the timers reset to the proper time. The only advice I ever got is to uninstall and reinstall on my phone and a free minute on one call, but months later I was finally told that tech was aware the issue is on the company side and is working to solve the glitch. Considering how often I was charged only to find out the timer and availability features were not working made an extra minute feel like a weak gesture even though the customer service rep was doing their very best. It has resulted in my considering other platforms. Also they sell your info and you must opt out on your own to prevent that. It isn’t automatic.
Hit or miss
First reading was detailed, responsive, and straightforward. Second reading was vague enough to apply to any person on any given topic. I’ve found that many readers are purposefully slow to respond in the chat, forcing the session to go longer than it should, costing customers more money to get even one solid answer. Most of the “readers” are just AI bots.
Found some relief here.
It’s money I don’t really have, but I use to get verification and things that I already suspect, like ex-husband had taken so much and pawn so much. And that I do have my head on my shoulders, but I do have a lot of things on my shoulders that are, pressing me down. It’s good to have the verification of the things I know, as I’ve said, and a boost of morale because everybody I’ve met so far has been boosting and lifting and positive. I wish I was as gifted.

Winter and Britta are RUDE and FAKE. I have also spoke to 99% of the psychics on this site for over a year. Not one person has given me accurate information.

Updates need work
I’m not crazy about some of the updates. The site doesn’t seem to ‘flow’ like it did before. For me, the previous site seemed much easier to navigate. It wasn’t perfect either but imho, it was better than this ‘new and improved’ version. Some of the changes seem to have been done just for the heck of it and accomplished nothing that feels like improvement.There’s a couple of aspects of the site that I find downright confusing.

Unethical and Scam
I’m ashamed to say this but I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this site and got countless readings. Not one has come true which is why they won’t let You review after a certain amount of time or post negative reviews. I was heartbroken and lost and looking for guidance and that is exactly why sites like this are still in business. If you’re lost and looking for help or relief on feeling better, this is not the place. Please get help and reach out to loved ones.

Spoke to 2 people. Chatted w/2. Gave the same situation. Had very different information. Confused me more than when I started. Thought they were accurate.

Not accurate
I have used this app to speak to psychics and just seem like they tell you what you want to hear but never really giving a accurate answer. Every reading I have had was never a true experience. I will not be using my services on this app again

Left confused
Recently been going through some heartache and I figured I’d talk to 2 psychics on here; Amber and Franchesca. And honestly it wasn’t the best. Amber came out and told me to let go of my ex and she’s not coming back and she’s cheated on me numerous times in the past and she won’t change and isn’t coming back. She’s the first psychic to tell me this. Maybe she was being honest but it just seemed more biased like maybe she’s been cheated on before so she automatically used her experience. Franchesca was a bit lighter but still truthful. She said the opposite that my ex does feel bad and is coming back but still asked why I won’t just let her go and moved on and also said she has alcohol addiction and maybe other addictions too which is wild because I know my ex that well and she would never touch a drug. It just felt like two different answers I haven’t been told by others readings and I’m just not sure if these psychics are the most accurate. Each to their own, but I didn’t really get any answers that were beneficial or honest it seems.
