New App
I do like the new App and color
Scam
I payed and never was connected with an expert charged me 2 times never got through a person
I Loved It
Some great advisors, some decent, others not good at all, but it’s up to the user to use their due diligence. If a reader feels off then move along. I loved Maxwell Angel and That Magic Man. One time I had a chat with one of the top advisors that felt like an ai bot and she wasn’t tapped in to my situation accurately at all. I wrote an honest review and it never got published. Makes make me wonder if some reviews are screened?? Anyways, do your due diligence here. There are a few gems 🩷🪽
Advisors
I feel like this app is a waste of money I had a bad experience with a advisor. when I was asking a question she was yelling at me. I’m very unprofessional and also I feel like when I ask a question it becomes a therapy session and not answering my questions like direct.
Poor
I’m an advisor and this app is totally confusing
Life
Everything has spot on
Scam
Scam will just take your money and say it can’t answer your questions
Great app… personal suggestions
enjoying app it’s worth the price I like the dynamic and I love the conversations app could change payment sent up app worth paying and having fair use. (Example below) Current $10 for three minute $20 for 6 minutes $30 for nine minutes Change $10 for five minutes $20 for 10 minutes $30 for 20 i see that as good.. 😌 and should be able to upload any quantity to account, should be not a minimum.
Con artist
I would say take what you want out of it but they’re not real. One tried to con me out of money telling me what I want to hear but what I need to know. Follow your gut and therapist
Two calls made second was amazing!
I made two calls because the first call I could not hear or understand what the advisor was saying. The phone was very muffled. I was on for about 10 minutes. Still trying to understand and chat was not an option for me because I have visual impairments. The second call was absolutely amazing. I am so grateful however, I did have to add more credits to be able to make it. Also, when I received my call, my phone never rang. It went immediately to voicemail. Thankfully, I’m able to answer a call after it was sent to voicemail.
This is my “Go To” app
If you need metaphysical advice or answers, please give this a try and really read the reviews of the person you pick before paying for your session. Also, it’s a GREAT idea to write down what advice or answers you are seeking, and put some time and thought into it, before starting your session. This will help solidify your true INTENTION before that energy can be read by the advisors, and benefit you for the greater good. With Love & Light
Tati
Please just go to god if yu want to try it go ahead but God is waiting for yu to speak to him
Great but need to fix bugs
Bug: I enabled SMS Notification but the app keeps disabling it so I have to keep updating it to enabled. Very annoying. Please fix this. Recommendation: Please add Send Mail, Send Ping and Alert Me features on advisor pages to the app version.
Not for me. Heavenly visions rude
Not good app
Introduce push notifications
Your notification only works for US customers. Pls introduce push notifications so we can just see when advisor is on via app.
Unknown
I recommend Shania, olu ogun, and the Lady lotus. I love them the most.
Stay away
I used this app during a vulnerable time and was taken advantage of. Majority of the readers just told me what I wanted to hear so I would keep coming back. Do not use this.
Crystal clear
She makes everything precise and to the point. If you tell her that you want her to be honest and no sugar coating, she tells you exactly when and how it will happen. Helped me get out of depression.
Former Keen advisor
Former Keen advisor here with hundreds of readings and very good reviews. I've had a rough year personally and logged in recently to find that I had been de-advisored after just 90 days of inactivity--without so much as an email from them. I messaged them multiple times and was ultimately told curtly, "Since there have been no services sold in the past 90 days, your listings were set to inactive to keep things tidy and avoid confusion for our customers." Clearly the issue was that I was not making them any money, so they dropped me to make room for more advisors--of which they already have a gross overage. Potential advisors (and advisees) beware. There are other sites with less advisors with whom you won't have to sit waiting for chats to come through due to competing with a superfluous number of subpar, so-called psychics and other readers. Keen doesn't seem to have standards, with many advisors being new, without a significant number of reviews, or with fake/opaque profile photos. Maybe that's what Keen should pay attention to in order to 'keep things tidy and avoid confusion for [their] customers.' Apologies to my clients with whom I built rapport and trust over a period of time. You can find me elsewhere under Empath Erin.
Please fix
Most of the time you got the wrong person when in fact their profile says they can read certain things
You won’t be disappointed
Keen has top advisers. I’ve had the pleasure to chat and speak with 10 and haven’t been disappointed. Sometimes the honesty is a bit to much but hey you rather have the true then to live unknowing the truth
My experience
As an active advisor, my experience with Keen has been deeply frustrating due to what I feel are misaligned priorities. I felt dismissed by support; after they refused to remove an unfair review that I believed crossed professional boundaries, they asked me if I could post positive feedback for Keen on Trustpilot. This felt insulting when my own reputation on their platform was not being protected. In my daily work, I have found the blocking limits to be stifling, as they do not provide me with the level of control I need to feel comfortable managing difficult callers. I also face penalties for disconnecting from 'one-minute' readings, despite my profiles terms clearly stating how that wouldn’t be the right fit. That’s not a reasonable time frame especially for what’s being asked and the rudeness and back to back one minute calls. This creates a stressful environment where system metrics seem to matter more than advisor well-being. Technically, the platform feels outdated. The app lacks essential features like messaging and review visibility. Also, experienced what appear to be payment delays and fees that I do not see on other advisor platforms. Overall, I feel like an interchangeable part of a system that ignores feedback, and I urge Keen to earn positive reviews by providing better support to the advisors who keep the site running.
Reall!!
It's good for motivation
Lies
A lot of these advisors are liars and tell you what you want to hear. There are a few real ones though but most are liars
Crashes...
Handy to have but crashes a lot😕 Hopefully this will be resolved with future updates?
Spot on so far.
So far the psychic I talked to was incredibly accurate and spot on. I will definitely be using this again.
Fakes
This site or app is a bunch of people just giving you false hope. I have called people and gotten very different reading and answers. Some days later From the same advisors. What makes the app even worst is when you question a psychics intuition or say they are wrong they immediately hang up or end the conversation and block you. Meanwhile after you been charged these outrageous prices by the minute and knowing your paying by the minutes from 3 to upwards of 50 plus a minute. They have the nerve to say let me focus or let me tune into energies. Minutes later they are still swinging for the fence. This should be illegal the company and these people know they are scamming you. As much as this app pulls in I would love to see a success story. We are setting them up with the tools to guess our story. God forbid anyone reacts off these false predictions and or words. And last but not least once time is running low they get talkative and say things to bait you to spend more meanwhile they’ll go back to dancing around your question. Don’t waste your money time or sanity here. Leave it to god and real angels. Sometimes it’s better not knowing.
👎
I don’t think I’ve had one reading that ended up being fully correct. I’ve had one lady tell me something and it ended up being true but later on her stuff stopped adding up as well. The dates and timelines were never right from any of the people i went to about certain subjects i wanted clarity on. In my opinion this whole app is just full of fake “psychics”
Fast at responding
Responds so quickly on chat. The best psychic I’ve had on responding.
Forced updates
Please make sure the app is still functional after our phones can no longer update to the latest version of this app.
Need Better Refund Policy
I used Keen for about a year. I did find a very small handful of accurate advisors but it took a lot of spending to get there. Without discrediting them as some wonderful advisors are on here, I also had advisors who were completely out to lunch and Keen was extremely difficult to make things right and give me back an actual refund rather than just site credits. Don’t waste your money!
Mwbeauty
This site is amazing! Has really great people to hire to get your answers.
Scammy
There has been technical issues with the website and the chat ends before it’s supposed to, yet it takes all of my funds. Don’t fall for these fake “healing” psychics who purposely extend times or end the chat just so they can get their money.
Eh
I asked 3 different people the same questions and got different answers from all of them. I also didn’t feel any physical connection to any of their “readings.”
The best psychics
These readers are top of the crop.
Scam.
I spent so much money hoping to connect with someone who was actually somewhat accurate and their descriptions, never did. Tried to be optimistic about it and kept coming back because I really wanted to love this app and this service but it was just terrible. The last reading I got the lady straight up LIED to me and then disconnected when I asked her what she was talking about. Don’t waste your time on this app folks.
It’s okay.
I have been using this app for almost a year now and While I have connected with some really great, honest advisors, I like to switch it up once in a while, it’s very difficult to find an advisor who doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, or even bots. But I do love the birthday rewards and offers occasionally However, the pricing is ridiculous. I live in Canada and money gets converted to US dollar. Tell me why I put $50 dollars in my account balance only to chat for 9 MINUTES with a cheap advisor? I was charged $44 dollars for 4.99 a minute! Can we at least have an option to update our currency within the app? This is bogus and it’s frustrating
Great session
Liane was spot on and didn’t waste my time. Would like to have talked longer but expensive. Worth it though
None of the predictions came true
It was a waste of my time and money. Spoke to multiple people of all price ranges. None of the predictions came true.
App freezes
It freezes in middle of convo and types very slow
