映らなくなっている
今日リアルタイム映像を観ようとしたら映らない。 人はちゃんと感知しているし、録画もされている。 何でリアルタイム映像だけ映らないの？ ビデオデータを取得しています で、パーセンテージが上がって行くだけ。100%になっても映らない。 壊れたの？ 何とかして欲しい。
Not user friendly
A little confusing to use. Two people can’t view the app/camera easily
Real nice camera.
It connected in minutes. Nice color picture. Pans up and down. And zooms. Takes a screen shot if there is movement It’s comforting to be able to see your outdoor surroundings without running to a window or door. I bought more.
Subscription
They make it hard to cancel the monthly subscription and got my bank hacked from China.

Was a good camera
I have had my door camera for over 2 years now and never had any trouble until the past couple months. My app no longer keeps my setting save so anytime anyone passes by my camera I am not alerted. I barely get notified went someone rings the bell. I reached out to support several times only to get one response that advised me a rep will be reaching out and here it is over 2 weeks later and no one has reached out. At this point I’m about to trash this and get a new one manufactured by a different company. I would not recommend this product.

First day using the cameras and app. Trying to learn how things work. So far not sure out to watch a recorded video clip. From the looks of it I need to purchase a subscription to the cloud...? Will update review when I learn more.

Seldom picks up motion and I paid for cloud and AI. Only records direct events. Unlike Nest, you can’t scroll back to see prior events. Nest and most cameras record 24/7

So far I really like them. Very easy to install with 2 screws.
Won't connect to WiFi
Was working fine for a year. Now says camera not found and won't connect.
Great but some glitches
This works all the time with the camera in my outdoor sitting room and even works with Alexa. I can talk to people from the tv and my echo show, and it works. Sometimes disconnects from wifi but is relatively easy to set up for the first time and again. Once a year I have to set it up again and it takes rather long to get live view and when it does it isn’t HD or 4K resolution, but it is enough and simple to set up and connect. Multiple devices cannot be logged in at the same time to access the camera. Bad.

Since update today our app is saying failed to load
Failed to load > Reload > Poor Network, Please check the network. No Cooau Wireless doorbell even showing on the app. Was working fine until the new update! Please fix this immediately.

録画データからリアルタイムに変更した時に使えるメニューに警告音などを増やして欲しい。 確認してすぐに鳴らさないといけない場合でも一旦トップに戻ってからじゃないと鳴らせないので、ロスがあり過ぎる。

Die Kameras sind schnell eingerichtet. Alles gut außer die langen Ladezeiten trotz guter Internetverbindung wenn man auf diese zugreifen will um sich die Liveübertragung anzuschauen.

Amazing app
My husband and I bought a security camera from COOAU after we were robbed. And, I so happy we went with this brand. We got the solar panel one and we couldn’t be happier. Camera quality is amazing and we can talk through the app. Best decision ever.
Refuses to connect ZS-GQ3 cameras.
Title says it all. $400 worth of new cameras rendered worthless.

I have just installed the camera complete with the solar panel. Once I had understood the pairing sequence the rest was plain sailing. Will order my second camera this week.

Vollen Zugriff auf alle Foto?
Die Cam ist nicht schlecht, aber warum will die Camera vollen Zugriff auf alle Fotos? Zum abspeichern braucht sie das eigentlich nicht. Bei der Einstellung beschränkter Zugriff ist aufnehmen von Foto und Videos nicht möglich.

Not working - Use Cloud Edge instead
The camera works great but I am finding that on an iPhone when I open the Cooau app it asks me to Log In without giving me a chance to Register anywhere. Thank god I found a comment here mentioning the Cloud Edge app and it worked straight away.

Es sind viele Funktionen verfügbar, aber es ist alles ein bißchen unübersichtlich . Wenn man sich damit auseinander setzt, findet man alles heraus . Was ich noch nicht gefunden habe , aber ganz gut wäre, wenn es am Anfang einen deaktivierungs Button für die Kamera geben würde, damit wenn man im Garten sitzt, die Kamera komplett aus ist und nicht aufnimmt und Alarm gibt. Habe bisher nur gefunden wie man alles einzelnd im Menü ausmacht.

Finally, I saw the camera light go blue indicating it had a WiFi connection, but the app still said it had failed. I checked my network and found that the camera was indeed online, but the app couldn't find it. I returned the device today.
Great Job
First, rye mmm the camera is excellent. Range is brilliant (35m + from my router), battery life much better than expected. Week 2 and still fully charged. Image quality very good, range/angle if vision much better than I expected. Only bug niggle - repositioning the cam from the app can be frustrating. Otherwise 5*.
Perhaps look elsewhere
The night vision is poor and the motion detection is also poor. Very underwhelmed by this product which is a shame as I was so excited when it arrived and I couldn’t wait to set it up. I have a camera that cost £25 and the night vision range is much much better. Over all not a great bit of kit.

I've had it for one day! so far so good, 100% wifi connection. HD quality. Night vision and it was absolutely wire free. I haven't played around with the storage or cloud just yet. The chime included is pretty neat too!

Did not No there are two different app for my battery camera. There another app called CloudEdge witch works
