Easy to use
I bought two curtain 3 for my bedroom and I loved them so much I brought 4 more for my living room. Super easy setup. Quick sync with Alexa. Exceeded my expectations.
Good for a while…
Still garbage Worked for a while then today it doesn’t connect to the Wi-Fi anymore. No matter what I do, no matter what I reset. And by the way, your directions are wrong compared to what the vacuum actually VS what the text is in the directions

Allow us to get that stupid Kara icon off the Home Screen. It gets in the way!!!
Poor integrarions
The hub 2 / infrared / switch integrarion with matter and apple home is not very good. As the app’s own cloud automations are very unreliable, it is a shame you can’t take advantage of local processing since you can’t automate the buttons or the IR actions.
K11+ missing spot clean shortcut
It’s small and compact but missing some key functionality like an easy spot clean shortcut or spot clean automation.

Worst company
I will never buy a switchbot product again. Nothing but errors and bad support for the S10.
Integration of sensors and data uploads needs addressing
App works well, but there are quite a few steps to link the devices to matter. Where the app and hardware falls down is when temperature sensor data only uploads when you select it in app. This should be uploading via the hub mini, but it's not working. Looks like it may be a bug. Once fixed this will be a decent app experience. It would be nice to see robust app support for Apple Watch, so there is less reliance on the iPhone.
Why? How?
Need a Rx to get rid of this CAI (company automated integration). I refuse to call it that. Pushing something on people is not a sign of intelligence. I don't really care what the why excuse is. Just get this red bug off my screen.
After an update schedules need refreshing
I have found that updates most of the time make the app forget about schedules. The schedule for an action have to be refreshed manually. Kind of annoying even though it’s usually pretty reliable

This has helped me automate many legacy systems in my house. Love them.
app sucks
can’t use because my wifi is too good, never had this problem with any other bluetooth device
Notifications busted
I reset my phone and this app never asked to turn notifications back on.
Getting worse and worse
I used to tolerate this app, and I’ve used it together with many sensors to monitor and track sensitive environmental data for sample storage, but I do not want a cloud, do not need their BS Ai assistant (like, why?!!), and just need basic, privacy focused solutions for environmental monitoring. The addition of AI was the last straw. I’ve just ordered all new sensors from a different vendor and will be dropping these ones in the trash as soon as they arrive, and deleting the app.
Not a fan
Trying to display the app in Fahrenheit for my meter pro and it won’t. I go to submit an issue and it’s not working.

I have KATA turned off in Module Display Settings but it’s still there on the home screen. Why on earth would you people think I need AI to turn my lamps off and on?

Mini-thermo sensor great to monitor fridge & 3D filament
I use the inexpensive indoor/outdoor sensors tor recorded history of fridge/freezer temps and to monitor humidity in 3D print environments to see when I need to change desiccant. Mini hub lets me do so remotely. Exactly what I needed.

Home Screen needed to improve
Please enhance the display data’s on the Home Screen. I needed to know both the R.H and Absolute Humidity at the same time. (Currently can select to display only a kind of humidity.)

5 honest Stars - Great App, Great Meters
I am using using multiple hubs and meters. To me its the best products on the market. The App has everything I need to be able to monitor humidity, temperature and even CO2 levels. I would like to add that I received very helpful information from the support regarding an notification issue, which then was solved, thank you.

The latest version ads an idiotic AI assistant taking up 1/3 of the home screen. there is no obvious way to turn it off.

Great app, power buttons are too small
The app works perfectly fine. Only issue is the power button to turn devices on and off in the app are too small and sometimes difficult to hit. They need to be made bigger or have an option in the settings to change their size from small to big based on what people may prefer to have.
Useful device
I’ve found a lot of uses for the switch bot: I use it to turn dawn to dusk outdoor lights off in the middle of the night when they are not needed and I use it to make special led ses lights into more or less dawn to dusk lights as I couldn’t get led ses in the shape required dawn to dusk . Unfortunately I can’t get it to actually work dawn to dusk I have to change the time with the seasons which is a bit of a pest! I also use one to switch the printer on remotely so it doesn’t have to stay switched on constantly.
Turn OFF AI assistant
You just made the app worse. With a stupid AI floating chat bot that you can’t disable. Terrible UX. What idiot thought this was a great idea?
Solves lots of problems
A clever solution to solve old mechanical devices still being used without being replaced brought into this time and now being controlled by most smart phones or tablets and they all work together seamlessly we don’t need to throw away older devices when this is around

After the latest firmware update to the hub, HomeKit shows no response.

Doesn’t work after 1 month.
iOS shortcuts no longer work
Since this latest update, iOS shortcuts no longer work at all. If you activate them, they do nothing now. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, deleting and reinstalling the shortcuts, but they still don’t work.
Lock Keeps going offline
I purchased the SwitchBot lock pro about a year ago and it was a simple install. However, the lock randomly disappears from the home page or hub and never comes back. So I have to redo the entire calibration process all over again including the pairing the keypad back to the lock. I’ve done this process over and over and over again probably dozens of times. I got tired of it so I just stopped and use it as is. Since it still works without using the app I don’t even use the app anymore I just use it and charge up batteries every few months.
Schedule reset
Please fix the issue where updating the app deletes the schedule.
Very useful tool
Gives me information on room temperature so helps me to manage my respiratory problems. Simple real time data
Pesters you about AI features
I have a very specific notification setup for my SwitchBot devices, with promotional notifications turned OFF. Yet the app is still pestering me every couple of weeks about some new AI nonsense feature.
Widget failure
The app is good but can’t believe you have to have a hub in order to see values on the widget as how I’ve understood it. It’s a simple software edit to just show the info from the app to the widget.

Really it should automatically get the time; but if you are going to force me to select a time zone for day light savings at least add ‘British Summer Time’ so I can actually select the one I need.
Temperature sensor
Can’t comment on the other SwitchBot products but for temperature it’s amazing. Just works, the screen is not taken up by features you have to pay for. So you’re not pointlessly pressing on screen taking you to features you don’t have access to. Intuitive, works as intended.
Croping doesn’t work on ai frame
Can’t even use ai frame because it would load a whole image. My head is cut off in every image I upload

Puzzling to configure
I bought the indoor/outdoor thermometer to use with Bluetooth (not via a hub). I works fine, but it is annoying to have to set up a user name and password… it’s a thermometer, I don’t have to do that with a £700 battery pack with Bluetooth… I used a disposable email address and blocked it from reading my location.
