Finally almost Flawless
After almost two years my little orange wonder is nearly flawless in operation. It just took a lot of perseverance.
Unable to remove zones

Great, but room to improve.
I love my Landroid Vision Cloud 4WD and find the app good to use. However, it doesn’t seem to have an option to give feedback and I do not wish to contact support for every thing. Please add a feedback form. I’d love if the app could show photos of obstacles it avoided. Perhaps we could classify them. You have to swipe in order to see the rest of the screen. I find I often have paused the mower or returned it home from those finger presses, so try to prevent that. In-app videos, such as how to use the mower’s physical buttons (what to press when, and in what order) would be useful. I’d like to prioritize the order of zones when mowing since it may not all be done that day. Thanks for putting out a fantastic mower. I’m so glad I do t have to rescue this mower like I did frequently with my prior Husqvarna automower.
Machine is fine, but it’s brain is dumb
This thing needs to be reprogrammed. The sensors are too sensitive and the process for clearing errors is so bizarre. Most errors are false positives or the result of the machine being extremely too sensitive. Many times you have to clear the error by going to the mower instead of clearing the bogus error code from the app. Or an error code will be legit but the machine and app won’t clear the error even after the issue is resolved (for example if it gets stuck on the way to the charger and then you put it on the charger your self it’ll say it’s still stuck and won’t start charging because it thinks it’s still stuck). This is so inefficient. Also, the controls in the app don’t make any sense. Programming a session is clear but then it is unclear if it’s actually following what you programmed it to do. And there is no clear option to stop a session in the middle and reprogram. It keeps mowing the back when it’s supposed to be in the front and it’s impossible to redirect.
Notifications Gone from watch after updating to latest iOS
I used to get a notification on my watch when finished, stuck etc. I have bought a new phone and updated my watch to latest os now watch app gone and no notifications. Now have no clue what’s happening if I don’t have my phone. No support anywhere for the app, just faqs. It would also be nice if I could remote control my landroid as it keeps missing bits

Manual settings not able to be set in order to get functionality back for air schedule
I called support and explain there too. To set size of lawn to manually get schedule to work the app requires a period in keyboard but that is not displayed by app.
4WD Bought 2
Really love these and I don’t see how anyone wouldn’t, seems to be the best robot mower available. One thing that would be awesome is if you could select from the APP which zone to mow and press go. My front yard has 4 zones and I never know which one it’s going to do, I just pause it at its searching zones and then press mow. The app user experience could use some work….. but the Landroids are AWESOME overall.
Not a very good app
The app often gives you many kinds of errors. Maps errors, can’t submit request. Or no domain.

Broken. Total fail
I was able to install my new Landroid on the app, but now when I open the app it defaults to a Landroid I no longer have with no way to access the new one.
Worth it if you stick with it.
Took two seasons but now it works 99% flawlessly on terrain no-one else can match.

latest s/w is pretty but hard to read
this is my 4th year with a Landroid, and it’s mostly been super, and the frequent software updates are a bonus. this last one, though, seems cosmetic and Not in a good way. unimportant elements are gigantic on the screen while information you Need is in what i’m guessing is ~ 4 pt type, AND low contrast. seems like it was designed by a kid fresh out of art school, nothing against that but some of us aren’t 22 anymore.
Experience
Landroid wr310.1 with edge cutting I have been using worx almost 2 months i m very happy to not spend money for landscaping my grass looks best on the block i m still working to perfect the edge cutting. Customer service was great in usa. Problems 1.dont get close edge cutting 2. Setup takes at least 4 hours with manual mapping 3.application has bugs sometimes main menu you cant slide up from the screen 4. It can be a little faster 5.my Pathway between zones is gravels it is having hard time to go on gravels I m so happy to have this product keep up the great job worx
New version removes statistics tab
Why did the new version remove the overall statistics tab? Now you can no longer easily see total distance, blade working hours, or easily reset the blade hours. Please fix this.
App is not the issue
Most of the complaints I have seen have more to do with mower behavior than the app. The FIRMWARE controls the behavior, not the app. Read the mower forums and try some different firmwares. I would like to see a schedule of when the mower is going to mow even on auto scheduling. I would also like a more clear manual scheduling function for watering days and days that I want to turn it off. Otherwise the app does what it is designed to do.
Latest Version Breaks Schedules
After updating the app, new schedules set both start and end time to the start time. This causes the schedule not to trigger. Please fix
Wrong Language on Watch
My App is set to German Language, in App Language is also German. Notifications on the Phone are German, but still English on my Watch!? The App doesn't say connection lost, but instead just shows the last update, which is annoying. When you open an app you don't usually have to manually refresh to find out it has a problem........

I don’t recommend this Law Mower
I’ve had it for a year and it keeps getting stuck at the smallest uneven ground. 10 of 10 times I need to carry it back to its base station. Worx doesn’t work
App no longer works on older iPhones
Since the last update ? Can’t login to the app on my old 5s Error 404.004 ! On reinstall app says I can download an older version which I selected but still can’t login. Needs iOS 13 and above. Works on my iPad though. Being forced to buy a new phone is annoying but becoming inevitable.
App needs some work
Needs a better lawn calculator..my points are all over the place. Why can’t you have a option to scan your lawn and pin point where home is, so that the mower doesn’t have to follow the boundary line? I wasn’t aware of this when installing the line and I’m guessing the battery will die before it gets home as it keeps getting obstructed. Plus there’s no way to resume if you select to go home. Also manual control of the mower would be good, so you can direct it home.
Wire missing error code
Hi there , It’s very strange after 2 weeks when my landroid is going home to charge ,he parks and I always get this wire missing message. Always I need to pull him out reset it and it’s all good but is very annoying. Do you know anything to solve this issue?
Bar chart running time is a backward step.
I can no longer see the time when my Landroid sets off and returns. How long the battery lasted, was it out mowing last night or while I was out? I use more than one battery. This does not allow me to compare their run times. It is a modern looking app but offers less. I am disappointed.
Errors and basic app
Just went around entire perimeter and continue to get wire missing. Went over and over to verify wires connected. Everything looks good. As of right now, this is a waste of time and money.

Update changed login
This app has been great for the several years that I’ve had my Landroid lawnmower. However, for the past months whenever open the app, I have to login by typing username and password. My phone remembers the password after I’ve typed in the user name and bounce to the website. But used to not have to log in again. Tech-support says auto login was not working but is working again. However, that is not the case.
App signing me out
The app is logging me out continuously. My Landroid is snagging in a few areas and I’ve not been receiving notifications. I’ve realised this is because the app signs me out and I have to sign in again. I’ve removed and reinstalled the app. I’ve signed in, turned off my phone and on again, but remain signed in. Is it inactivity signing me out. Please help
I love both of my Landroids
I admit the machines can be tricky at first, but once the line is layed and you get your schedules figured out, it’s a real sweet deal. I’ve had a two different robotic lawnmower brands over the past 20 years. The Robomower brand left me desperately wanting more. And those were only built to last about three years. I owned four of them over a period of about 12 yrs. I was about to give up on the technology. I’m so glad I found the Worx brand. So much better with shareable batteries and durability and functionality. The app is not perfect, but the mower is not made by Apple so I have to expect a few imperfections in the machine and the app. I’ve had one of my two mowers for over 5 years. NOTHING has gone wrong with it. My 2 yr old mower is perfect too.
Works Great when not "outside working area"
Goes outside boundary a lot.. have moved my boundary wire a lot in that if i move it any further then i might as well mow the lawn myself😜‼️.. As many have said.. the firmware should be updated that of it goes outside boundary.. it should try 3-4 moves.. (1) move back 6 inches or (2) move left or right 6 inches.. Since it knows where the boundary is.. Most of the times when it is outside boundary.. i have to walk down and move the mower by less than 6 inches only and it's on its merry way.. i doubt it would be hard to manuevere itself back inside boundary with some very easy logic! Update 7/15/2024 : Bought WA0955 based on email received from support.. Received it..only to find out that the wheels are incompatible with my Landroid! The support didn't even look at what model i had to give a suggestion.. that turned out to be completely useless.. I hope i can get a full refund on the wheels i ordered which the support said would solve my issue..
App keeps logging out
Updated: thanks for dev response! Reinstalling the app fixed the issue with logouts. I recently prepared my Landroid for mowing this season and I noticed a couple of issues. 1) The Landroid companion application keeps logging out every day and I have to manually login every time I want to use the app. 2) After turning on the mower after the winter break, the app and Landroid would not automatically connect - I had to re-add the mower to get it working. I’d appreciate if you could address #1 issue it’s becoming pretty annoying.
Happy mower, sad application
The Landroid mows great. However, this application is in need of a redo. First of all including a layout (map) of the border line (yard) inside the app to then allow you to setup up zones. This could be a smarter mower/application.
needs improvement
It won’t let me manually set a perimiter, and thr augmented map feature is terrible. i wish i could post a pic of the result, it is all twisted.
Needs one more feature. (Update)
If it does get stuck, out on the perimeter somewhere, we need the ability to point it toward the wire and press home, where it can restart. As it is, it must be carried back to the base. (Update) There must have been an update. It is now possible. Place the Landroid inbounds. Turn on. Ignore timer that says ‘Landroid will shut down in 20 minutes’. Press start then press OK. Landroid resumes mowing.
Terrible App
This app consistently requires passwords for each login, lacking the convenience of biometric authentication. Additionally, there have been no significant updates for a long time, indicating a lack of attention and improvement. The overall rating of 2.8 stars is a clear reflection of how neglected this app is, especially disappointing considering it comes from such a well-known brand.
Love my Worx Landroid!
I’ve owned the worx Landroid for a little over 1 month now and love it. I really enjoy the extra time I’ve gained by not needing to mow the lawn myself. The best part is the appearance of my lawn, it always looks manicured everyday! I’ve read and watched YouTube videos of the issues people are having with the mower cutting the boundary wire, mower outside wire, etc. I personally haven’t had any problems with my unit. My suggestion to new Landroid owners is take your time installing the boundary wire. I know it can be exciting owning a robot mower and folks are anxious to put it to work however I believe a person’s satisfaction with the mower will be directly influenced by how well the boundary wire is installed. Personally it took me two days to install my boundary wire on a 1/4 acre property. Aside from a few minor adjustments to the wire in certain spots after initial install my Landroid has been working flawlessly!
Used to be great app
Used to be great app, now I randomly have to login over and over daily, push alerts work maybe 30% of the time (used to work every time) I have found out several times that it got stuck and shut off a day later with no alert to anyone using the app.

A week in and the app is ok. Biggest improvement would be to be able to restart mower after an error from the app. Also St. Augustine and Centipede should be added to grass types.

Bad became worst!
My Worx Landroid mower has been unimpressive from moment I unboxed it. Always driving out of bounds, getting stuck on my perfectly level and square yard, and never actually finishing a job so my yard looks terrible. This most recent software update, though, has made it so it never finishes a job. It'll tell me that it is looking for a boundary and heading back to base. I look out in the yard and it's dead in the middle. I absolutely hate this machine and this app upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend a different product.
App update
Great update to the Landroid app with some really useful improvements and additional functionality. However on my iPhone 8 some of the elements are ‘off screen’ e.g. I can input N and P in the fertiliser page but K isn’t visible and I can’t input the data.

Update: Attempting telephone technical support, due to cal volumes, worx telephone support forces a callback. When the callback occurs, I get a non-Landroid support person who forwards me to the dedicated Landroid support which forced a callback - Back to high call volume and forced callback and having a tier 1 support forward me to Landroid support which dead ends in forced callback. In a loop. 2 Stars: App will not add either of my two Landroid L models: WG150 WG155 Landroids say they connect. App says Fail. Landroid shows all bars of WiFi connection. App says no Landroids exist. Bluetooth does not work. WiFi does not work. Confirmed correct 2.4ghz and bands and security settings. Tried desperately two different iPhones running new and old iOS versions. Tried three brands of routers.

Worx great
It does exactly what it was advertised to do. My Landroid has been mowing every day for a week. I am looking forward to the automatic scheduling. It is presently not enabled, per a conversation I had with Landroid support. I see the potential for a lot more to come with the app and the Landroid.

Feedback to Devs - value added features implementation
Overall not a bad app. Some app omissions which if rectified will make the product superior to others on the market in terms of functionality: 1. Addition of a manual cut to edge function for the S300 (WR130e). This seems to be available as part of “manual scheduling” but not an option in its own right. 2. The machine is marketed as having integration with Voice Assistants like Alexa and Google Assistant. I cannot find this functionality anywhere on the app in order to integrate the mower into my Google smart home ecosystem. As the mower is already an IoT (internet of things) device connected to the internet, I’m sure such functionality wouldn’t be hard to implement and would significantly elevate the feature set above competitors. Could the devs please confirm how to use the mower with Google or Alexa voice assistants? 3. Again, as IoT device local weather addition into the smarts of the mower would be amazing. I know it has a rain sensor however integration of the local weather forecast into the machine would improve its capability and pre-planning for mowing cycles. 4. The mower’s cutting routes seem all over the place and as a result it leaves behind patches of uncut grass after a full mowing cycle - the AIA clearly isn’t all that clever! Could the devs advise if this is normal behaviour? Will missed patches of long grass be picked up in subsequent mowing cycles? If the suggestions above could be implemented as additional features I would give this mower and app 5 stars with a highly recommended recommendation..! Cheers, R
App needs more work but usable to a point
The app pretty much works great BUT it’s laggy in regards to alerts and when trying to refresh the activity tab it just spins and blinks and never refreshes, I have to keep closing out the app for it to refresh so annoying I hope they fix this sometime soon.. it was great before the update
Landroid getting stuck and digging holes
Landroid does not recognize when it’s stuck. Dig’s a hole that it later gets stuck in. I don’t understand why it just want stop; backup a meter and half and go a different direction. Plus the active avoidance is a costly and totally useless add on because my droid gets stuck underneath the deck steps all the time
