Isn’t the best camera at all, the time doesn’t even match your phone , can’t change the setting , if I would have know I wouldn’t bothered buying the camera on Amazon!!
Easy to use
Ive been using camera for a while bow a good 6 months o use it for my cats lets me know when they want to cone in late at night my only issue is the ai cant tell if its a cat or dog and i think i need a booster in the house though for more stable wifi especially at night

App un po’ riduttiva, sarebbe meglio aggiungere una funzionalità a casa e fuori casa, le notifiche arrivano di continuo anche quando non servono, per il resto funziona bene
ちゃんと使えます
3年以上YESKAMOのカメラとこのアプリを2台使用していますが外出先でもこのアプリで監視ができますしAppleWatchにも動きがあればiPhoneと連動して通知がきます。使えないとかダメなアプリとか何をしたらそうなるのか謎です。ちゃんと説明通り設定してアプリもアップデートしていれば問題なく使えますよ。

…kommt beim Neuverbinden der Kamera immer wieder „Netzwerkfehler“. Es könnte daran liegen, dass in der App keine Auswahl zweischen 2,4 und 5 GHz möglich ist. Ich hoffe, der Fehler kann schnell behoben werden. Danke. Dann gibt es wieder volle Sterne.
Needs more control and updates
Sensors pick up my kids scooter or truck window for hours straight beeping. Then misses motion of people, doesn’t have access to the settings. It’s a great system, but with big flaws.

Always issues
At first, it wasn’t sending me the messages of or notifications, and now it’s not even where I can go to the app and look at the notifications. I have to go to the main box to look for any notifications 🤢😤 or working I have tried all day to dis activate and activate I can’t get messages

Le pongo 4 estrellas ya que todo es mejorable, funcionan perfectamente las 4 que tengo puesta en casa, puedo ver cualquiera de las cámaras individualmente o todas juntas en la misma pantalla!!! Súper contento!
Löschen fehlt
Es gibt keine Möglichkeit einzelne Aufnahmen oder einzelne Tage (mit Aufnahmen) zu löschen. Lediglich das formatieren der SD Karte ist möglich! Bitte eine Funktion zum löschen hinzufügen. Dann könnte ich 5 Sterne geben. Der Rest der App klappt nämlich sehr gut.

Please fix the app asap! Tried all your suggestions to get push notification ( which just stopped working) and nothing solves problem! Throughly FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
Works great but!!
The app always worked for me never slow I have had this system for 2 1/2 years.. what I can’t get it to do is learn us or our dogs so we do t get 200 or more alarms a day.. says it learns people and can blur out as well for privacy still to date I can’t find the functionality of either one..can’t get help since I don’t pay for cloud services..sad really even under warranty they still wouldn’t help.. bought on amazon for $200 4 cameras and 2tb box wireless…it’s nice system wish be easier transparency with system specs or functions

外出先のスマホの4G環境で観れなくなった。困る。自宅内に居てWiFi環境だと映るのに、外出先で観れない。"オフラインです"になってしまう。カメラをリセットして再接続しても変わらない。 以前は観れたのに何故ですか？問い合わせしても全然返信が無い。

I love this security system, at first it looked intimidating, but I enjoyed installing it, it was working great until I turned off the siren for a beeping noise, now when I get a alarm message and click on it, I see a blank photo icon list of my alarms but when I click on the blank I still view my video, haven’t been able to clear this up
Recording issues
I am constantly having issues. It will show that there’s recorded movement but when I go into the app to view it says nothing is found. This is a big issue for me especially since I just had a package stolen off my porch and it’s not showing my playback.
Takes a while getting used too.
At first it’s a bit confusing to used, but once you get used to the interface, it’s fine. Loads up every time and not to laggy. Definitely not as user friendly or smooth as blink or nest, but it does the job well.

It’s a good app when they stop charging it, the new update is rubbish these no alarm to put on it has disappeared n the smart mode don’t stay on pls put the old update back on it was so much better like that

Ok, but slow. Missing functionality
This app is okay but very slow. For instance in playback it takes long time to retrieve videos. Then when changing the time of interested itt takes again a long time before playing again. Actually why even stopping, when moving the cursor too a new time the video should resume automatically without waiting for the user to press play again. There is also no way to increase the play speed when using their own NVR. I also like to see a way to enable push warnings per camera. I have 5 cameras but I only want to see the alarm pushed for one of them, not all five. I hope they improved this app.

Now where talking. This app is now working as it should. I’m very pleased. These are wonderfully cameras and now they have a complimentary app.

Nicht ganz optimal.
Update: soeben hatte ich minütlich Fehlmeldungen. Nicht mal ein Staubkorn flog in der Garage umher. Bzw vor der Kamera. Sehr nervig. Das passiert alle paar Wochen mal. Die Bewegungsmelder für die Lampen haben ebenfalls nichts erkannt (und da kam jetzt wieder die Meldung, dass die Kamera was erkannt hat). Prinzipiell funktioniert das meiste so ganz gut. Das überwachen ausserhalb oder im selben Netzwerk funktioniert gut. Sehr kurze Wartezeit, bis sich die Kameras verbunden haben. Kürzer, als eine Kaffeetasse vom Tisch zu nehmen, was zu trinken und wieder abzustellen. Ich wünschte mir etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum einstellen über die App, was zumindest im selben Netzwerk möglich sein sollte und man dafür nicht immer an den Monitor vom System müsste. Stark negativ: „Hilfe & Feedback“ funktioniert nicht. Kommt direkt die Meldung „das Netzwerk ist nicht stark, die Datenerfassung ist fe…“ fehlerhaft vermute ich mal. Es ist egal, ob aus selbem Netzwerk, mobil oder vom Netzwerk meiner Arbeit aus. Die Meldung erscheint jedes Mal. Support existiert so nicht. Auch die Telefonnummer, welche auf dem Karten angegeben ist (die deutsche mit der +49) ist nicht existent. Mailsupport existiert, aber man bekommt - und das ist jetzt kein Scherz oder von mir überzogen, sondern wirklich so gewesen - die Antwort, man solle sich „direkt an den Support wenden“, okay… ich fragte nach, ob damit per Telefon gemeint ist. Die nächste Antwort auf meine Mail war, dass es auch per E-Mail gehen würde…. Da fühlte ich mich doch leicht verkohlt. Wieso wird die Frage dann nicht beantwortet, welche ich per Mail an den Support schrieb? War die einzige Mailadresse, die ich finden konnte. Eine neue wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt. Also der Support ist unterste Ebene. Die App und das Kamerasystem aber ziemlich gut. Vor allem, wenn man von dem Müll wie „Blink“ umgestiegen ist. Das zweite negative: die Vorschaubilder sind meistens leer, wenn man auf der Seite der gemeldeten Bewegungserkennungen ist. Egal, wie gut das Internet ist. Ist also kein Problem, weil das Internet langsam ist und es nur dauert, bis die Bilder geladen werden. iPhone 11 nutze ich. Keine Beta.

通知設定が勝手に無効になる
アラームプッシュ通知を有効にしても、次に設定画面開くと無効になってる。 原因が分かりません。 一番使いたい機能なので何とかしたいです。
