I can see everything
save your money
The camera was fine when we first got it. Set up camera positions, paid for the membership to be able to record 10 second clips and everything was fine for a bit. Now when i go to check recordings the picture shown doesn’t match anything in the clip (so it seems like it’s reusing clips) and it goes so far up to 4 hours without recording when i have pets so the camera should record when they move at least. Overall the subscription wasn’t expensive but the things offered with this camera and app fall very short.

Review
Been using this for about 3 years now, it only catch certain movements and only record for 30 seconds. I’ve changed the settings and still no luck with it. Battery does last a week or longer. Now I’m dealing with it saying “offline” without any additional information. Frustrating I must say.

Slow Loading Server
Previously I used IPC 360 app, which I was very happy with until the developers quit supporting it. They suggested to transfer to this app. I have 3 cameras using this app and I constantly get the message “Loading the Server”. Sometimes I get the message that the Wi-Fi is poor quality or some other type of message. When I go to the camera and check the signal strength it is always excellent. I’m very frustrated with the quality of this app.
Tracker does not work well
It’s continuously panning to a stationary plant that does not move and a jacket. It’s identifying them as vehicles and a person and will not track the moving cats 90% of the time.

今日いきなり落ちるようになり、繋がらなくなりました。削除して再インストールして、再起動もしましたが、何回やっても落ちます。問い合わせしようにも開けないから連絡できません。
I absolutely love this company
The app works awesome. The cameras work just as well but their customer support is next to none. These people will have a life long customer with me. I cannot elaborate on how awesome this company and its equipment is and how they stand behind it 100% and then some, if you’re looking for a quality camera system with awesome and I mean absolutely awesome customer support look no further

PRO TIP!!!! open the app and forcefully close a bunch of times will force the server to connect so you don’t have to wait.

Le telecamere sarebbero ottime se non fosse che spesso si disconnettono e l app è lenta nelle notifiche. Inoltre sarebbe l ideale inserire come opzione di archiviazione il tempo di 24 ore

We recently had a break-in in our vehicles and wanted to buy a camera that allowed us to keep our property safe! This Camara is amazing and records anything that is observed I. The Camara love the alarm trigger and the text notification! Absolutely recommend it.

Not sure
I’ve had my camera for about 5-6 months and it’s been great… I had to set it up cause something keep attacking my chickens. I have it recording every 30 secs for 30 secs. But my recording are NOT staying for 7 days. Even though I have the premium. And it stopped recording and now my chicken is dead and don’t know what got it… I have good signal and can’t seem to find the problem… don’t know if it’s the app or camera but definitely on y’all’s end

Well we both seemed to have made the mistake of buying this camera. Seems decent online but it doesn’t work half the time without me logging into the app and forcing it to connect to the internet. Very obnoxious and would never recommend another product made by this company.

Da un paio di settimane ogni volta che provo a collegarmi alle videocamere mi da problemi e non riesce a collegarsi, quindi non riesco a vedere i video ok diretta. Ho la fibra a casa, quindi non credo che dipenda dalla connessione di rete. Io ho un iPhone 15, forse l’ultimo aggiornamento iOS non è compatibile ?!?!
Exceeds expectations
This camera is everything we wanted to keep an eye on our cat room where we foster kittens and mama cats. The performance truly exceeded all expectations. The Wi-Fi connection is easy and my wife and I have the camera on both phones. Don’t let the low price concern you. This camera is true value and we couldn’t be happier.
No SD card available
When I first got the app it worked nicely with the SD card. Now it keeps turning off SD card and wants me to pay for cloud service. I’m not paying for something I don’t want. Camera is ready to be thrown out anyway. Your app sucks
Great camera
Love this device but after the recent update it takes ages to load up. Not instant as before, so something isn’t right since the update and a couple of seconds delay on active movement. Please sort it 🙂
Hit and miss.
Been over a year with this. The cameras either pick up every single movement or nothing at all. They’ll set of over 100 times if the bush moves but it won’t pick up a delivery from the driveway to the front door (4 cameras). God forbid you want to add a second person because if they log in, it logs the other user out. Deleting video? Check back a few hours later and it’s still there. I wish I could still get a refund for these.
Fickle
I love these cameras. I have three of them now however one of them tends to miss a lot of things like deliveries or people walking up to my front door they can drive right in front of the camera or walk in front of it and I will not get a notification. Yet the one in the backyard will not notify me every time a bird flies by! I have tried to reset it multiple times I just cannot figure it out. It gives me notifications when it wants to. But I love my other two for some reason this one just doesn’t want want to seem to notify me.

No connectivity
This app has full Wi-Fi and does not consistently connect to the Wi-Fi. I literally have to stand next to the device with my phone next to the Wi-Fi for it to connect and work properly meaning it’s useless when I’m trying to check the cameras and I am not at home.They need to work some things out and I do not recommend this app.

Had my cameras for almost a year and I’ve tried numerous to go in and look at all the events when they happen for recording one recording the very last one so if something happens and you need to look at the other events you cannot I’m thinking of switching to a better company that allows you to look at event so you know if something has happened to your home I bought these for security reason

This app/software is garbage. Lag, infrequent or no notification. Cameras go offline constantly. Cloud footage hit or miss. Motion detection decides on its own when it wants to detect. Generic settings-limited customization to enhance basic features a security camera should have. Please fix it…not rocket science!

Questionable
We’ve had the camera for about eight months. We had an answer at our house tonight while I was away. My wife was home. Somebody tried to open our front door and she tried to call the police I got home. I went to the drawer where I had the camera because we were kind of still decide where to put it, and I said it on the windowsill. Turned it on set it up As soon as getting the app and everything connected, and it said that the camera needs to go through a firmware update update took about 10 minutes There’s a lot of setting issues I had everything on the motion tracking the other systems the notifications I got no sound, but there was a notification message on my notifications on my iPhone I checked in the app and there was a file to be viewed for an event of motion capture When I went to click on the file or you kick me out of the app or not open, and the file wouldn’t open Some of the settings would fail about two hours of having the camera on. I checked the app and it said that there was another firmware update I screenshot it the previous firmware version and the new version numbers. after the firmware completed I checked the firmware numbers It said it showed the numbers were from the previous version. It didn’t update to the new version that was different numbers when I would click on check for updates that says that I’m at the current firmware update. So not a fan of this camera yet
First time user
Just installed and starting using these cameras and they seem great however we’re noticing that only one user can receive push notifications. It would be better for us if we could both receive notifications. Please make this possible!

Got my email address scammed by this app. Passwords were taken hostage. Using my alias to ping info about my house and where I am for illicit purposes. I got solicitors I never wanted showing up cause they felt safer around the property than I did.

Can’t view footage away from home
Camera footage doesn’t load on app when away from home even when I’ve got 5G. Only seems to work when connected to WiFi at home? A bit pointless is this something you can work on? I have 3 cameras all the same.

Getting worse
I was happy when I first got this app and cameras a year ago but since then it’s been steadily getting more and more inconsistent. I’ll have long stretches with no notifications when I know for a fact there were people on my porch (UPS, mailman, myself) and now I’m getting notifications but no recordings. And when I do get recordings, half the time you can’t watch them due to upload failures. I’m starting to wonder what I’m wasting my money for.

Worked fine for a couple of months. Now it constantly needs charging and goes offline and won’t let me sign in. Repeatedly says my account doesn’t exist. Just tired of the hassle.
