I’m very unhappy that my plan is going to change. I think long time customers should be able to stay on the plan they start with. I understand small price increases, but scrapping the whole plan is unfair.

Lady on the hotline is very helpful and very patient.
Broken navigation
On iOS 26, when you go to the Recharge tab, you can’t go anywhere else. you’re stuck unless you reopen the app
UI issue
If select Recharge. It will not allow you to go back to Dashboard or Offer. Need to exit app to go back.

It’s disappointing that the 10% off Woolworths shops was removed from the long expiry plans. It has ruined the service and I’ll be porting all three numbers away soon.

I have been on this network plan for a couple of years and couldn’t be happier. Easy to use and navigate and great values

Won’t let me update my card details or pay my bill unless I manually go into my bank and pay via bpay. It’s gotten beyond a joke now

Please update so that MB/day left is updated based on how much data has been used, instead of staying fixed
Good app, but crazy price increasing
tbh this app has the best UI and accessible features compared to other third party provider, but woolies increased their price to an unaffordable price and canceled the 10% discount every month, which is disappointing. Hope they can realise this is a big mistake, and I will never use it anymore.

It’s as good as nothing because it does not work most of the time. The only good thing is the %10 off groceries once a month. I’m very disappointed

The advertised 10% off for my first six months was not applied. The automated support bot is the worst I’ve seen and I can’t get through to a human.

Terrible service keeps reactivating voicemail after I cancel it
What a terrible service. I have been with it because the price is good and I get a 10% discount from Woolworths once per month by using this service, however I keep deactivating voicemail and they keep reactivating it and I have even called them before when I couldn’t deactivate it because the app wouldn’t allow me and they supposedly deactivated the voicemail but then some time later I got another voicemail.

Never use the company
The 2FA code never come every time when you want to login. when you got luck the 2FA code came, you switch the app to get the code, this app crash. You need to get the code again and then the app told you too much attempts and need to wait for 30 minutes. Best login experience in my life
