It no longer works on my IPhone.
Hit and miss
Works on an ipad gen 6, intermittent on a samsung s21fe android Unavail message gives no indication of problems outside of “try again later” Not designed by anyone who has worked in human factors (functionality engineering of interfaces) as not intuitive Paucity of useful function. Eg monetary value of progressive FIT benefits. No benching against prev years daily usage etc…
$ values have gone from historical usage
Now it only display kWh, please revert to as it was before latest release. Could it be you are trying to hide the jacked up daily charges
Easy app
Very easy to navigate in all areas. It’s a nice change when looking for information on my account or just to get my fuel discount.
Estimated bill no longer working
Estimated bill used to work well and now is not working at all. Don’t know why this would be removed.
Good but could improve
It’s a functional app and fairly easy to use. It’s a little clunky, but with a little bit of spitting polish could be even better, especially like being able to use parts of it, which are in progress as opposed to not being unused the middle.

Why the change of payment?
What happened to the option to pay later? We always pay our bill never late

It says my email address doesn’t look right.so maybe I only use origin in windows
Not good.
Inaccurate, inconsistent and misleading. Worse since the last bug fix update. A lot of inconsistencies in information from day to day, sometimes within the day itself. It is frustrating when one is trying to keep an eye on usage etc., but the app info is all over the place. This app and the Origin website lead me to believe that the predicted bill doesn’t include my pension discount, however it does, and that is misleading.
How about the view?
Why does this app only work in portrait view? It is really irritating when I can view my iPad in landscape view for 99% of apps then I want to use this app and I have to turn it around. Please make it available in both views.

Usage data doesn’t load
Can’t view your usage because the data never loads. So the app is basically useless to me. Really disappointing.

For 9 days the app has not shown how much our solar system is generating.I have messaged them often without any results.

Love this app I look everyday and it shows me everything
Wow!
Wow - no option to pick a time frame for a delivery when placing the order on the app. Was told to just “sort out my dog” and make sure she isn’t in the yard when they arrive. Pick up time still not updated in the app but guy on the phone said between 2:30pm and 3:10pm which is right on school pick up! Not happy!

Pretty ordinary app
Not to mention Origin have so many ads and emails about being able to check you costs as you go to manage your bill… but released new plans over a month ago and obviously didn’t test them so the app doesn’t calculate the cost. Roomie errors for a company who wants you to do everything through the app
