I am very happy with JB Hi-Fi mobile plan.
Horrible app
Can’t even get onto the app the sign in is completely horrible. using the exact same details as on the web and still saying doesn’t match from the records, have no clue how this app has almost 5 star rating

This app is only for Telstra mobile customers; it does not allow you to shop JB HiFi (which is why I downloaded it).
Excellent service
We went to your Caringbah store to buy a new phone today. We were served by a young man named Nelson. We would like to thank him for the outstanding service provided, it was a pleasure to deal with such a wonderful young man.
Difficult to get bills
Since the change to the new billing system I no longer receive invoices by email. Now need to go into the app but it doesn’t let you share the invoice.
Not that good
Not a good experience. Card scanner is temperamental and often seems to have an error when l logon.

Features that used to be standard inclusions on any mobile plan now seem to require intervention and separate billing. Especially noticeable when travelling. Why are JB trying to be a telco? Service is terrible.

I put in my password in the app to sign in and it says it is incorrect even though it 100% correct. The app doesn’t have the actual job-hi-fi shop on it! Bad app needs major fixing

How do you make an app that’s almost impossible to login to it’s quicker to use the website. Awful app design good job Telstra
Hopeless
Trying to get out of my prepaid service and transfer to another provider for half the cost for the same benefits and I have tried three times yet Jb Hifi has blocked the transfer every time without any reason I still have five days of prepaid credit on the number I am trying to transfer but every time I try and look for technical assistance at tees me towards Telstra I cannot get a hold of a human to find out whether I need to put telstra or Jb Hifi as the existing provider what a mess
