App not working
Suddenly the BP app has stopped working for me. Soon as I click it to open, it immediately crashes back to the Home Screen. I’ve re-installed it, even tried updating and it didn’t work. I just went to update it again and the Update button does nothing. Can someone help?
App won’t open on iPhone
The app keeps crashing when opening on iPhone. I tried reinstalling app and restarting phone, same issue. Seems common with a lot of most recent reviews … obviously an issue that hasn’t been sorted out yet on BP’s end

Says no locations available for delivery
Yet I live 5.4 km, or 9 minutes from the nearest location as per Google Maps, which is always generous with time. Do your stores just not deliver anymore? Relying on third party services? Pretty dumb
Bugs not fixed
Why can I not order kids chicken strips? They claim to be 1.99 but are not and not even able to add them to my takeout order.

Good but could be better
The ordering process is very clear but once you’ve placed it, following the progress of the order is missing. To follow my delivery order I need to trust that the time they indicate at the order completion stage will be the true delivery time. Lots of factors can influence the true time of delivery. I can’t see the progress nor where they are delivering it. I travel therefore my delivery address changes all the time. I wanted to double check if I had the right delivery address and I couldn’t do that once the order process is finished. Just a suggestion on how to improve this.

App just closes when I try to open it
Usability for first time user frustrating
All I wanted was to see if nachos were on the menu. The items that frustrated me sitting in gym parking lot trying to make a fast dinner decision: - I had to register to see the menu. It does not have use alternate register options I.e. with Google. You have to fill out a form - there is no search bar. I guess it’s under Apps and Shareable. A starter size is…does that mean there is another size and where is it? - the menu item links are very sensitive, so scrolling will open an unintended selection pretty often.
Great Food
Ordered a chicken mushroom fettuccini today. The staff were very tentative and the food was hot. Best service I have had from a restaurant in town.

Password problems
TI wish it was easier to sign in with passwords. I have special needs and passwords are hard for me!
Please fix this
It’s been over a couple months for me and everytime I try to use the app it closes. I’ve uninstalled it multiple times and at this point it’s just very disappointing, I used to order every week almost. Awful.

Onion ring is missing !

Worst app tried to order food stability issues when ordering Goods back to beginning always try’s to refresh its self and I loose my order x3 times
Not great with gift cards
When punching in a numerical code it forces you to use the default keyboard and not the easier numerical keyboard. What an oversight…

Very user friendly, easy to navigate and pages load quickly! Love that the menu is easily accessible too. Great way to stay up-to-date on specials and promotions also! Highly recommend :)
App Still Broken
This app has been broken for almost an entire year now. The UI is terrible, the maps don’t work, you cannot select for delivery, nor will it even let you pay if you manage to get through. Says it was updated 5 days ago??? Obviously not
Recent update
Since I got the new update Everytime I open the app it crashes and closes itself other then that the app is very well put together and easy to use just wish I could open it to be able to use it
Won’t accept payment
No matter what card I enter or how I enter it both app and website say there’s a problem. The money is there, cards are not expired or close, two different banks, and previously they would both work in a physical reader. But now since the switch to use skip for delivery that isn’t an option anymore. And skip doesn’t have the same customization so I can’t just use that either.
Glitching
Don’t know what’s happening with the BP app and BPs website but it keeps showing the location in my town I order from is closed and I can’t order for pickup/delivery when clearly the place is open as I have to call in the order by phone. Told them at the location a few times now but i don’t think it makes it past the kids they have working at the reception.

Extra Charge For Pizza Box
App charges mandatory 25 cent municipality packaging fee when ordering just a pizza for takeout. Checked with my local city and they don’t know why BP is charging this as they have no such bylaw. The provincial government has a 25 cent charge for paper bags, but this doesn’t apply to pizza boxes that I’m aware of. I know it’s only 25 cents, but what does BP want.. for me to bring my own box?
Terribly in need of updating
The app is extremely laggy. It takes about 10 seconds for it to go to the next screen after each tap. Also, when editing an order, it reverts your selections. Overall, extremely dissatisfied.
PLEASE fix bugs that prevent selecting delivery!
I LOVE Boston Pizza. Always have. Especially love the deals that are exclusive to the app - they are great money savers. What sucks is I can never avail of them because no matter how many app updates get released, I never fail to have issues with the app recognizing my address and allowing me to have my BP delivered. There are BP’s all around me but I continually get the “We’re sorry! We can’t find a store that delivers to your address” notification. It has happened with multiple addresses and I have no idea what the issue is. I refuse to order through Skip/Door Dash because the app exclusive deals aren’t available and suddenly I’m paying over $100 for some pizza and wings with fees - so I give up and order something else. I love you guys - PLEASE fix this issue.

Cant select delivery
App wont let me select delivery for any location. Always tells me no restaurants nearby even when I am only 1km away.
App won’t accept my credit card info
I can’t order off the app because it keeps saying my credit card authentication failed. Get onboard with Apple Pay. I’ll take my money elsewhere until then.
