Cannot Cancel
Ordered a drink at Pearson in Toronto. Last time I was at Pearson which wasn't that long ago Booster Juice was on the upstairs by A door. So I ordered on the app to Pick up for the ride to Park n Fly then home. Once I realized they had Moved to the other side of security I called them to cancel the order. They told me they could not. I would have to cancel On the app Well you can't do that. They would not give the money back I did a charge back on my credit card. Please fix the app to allow you you cancel when. You make a Mistake like I did. Love their products.
Love Booster Juice, app could be better
I hate the your favourite orders are stored linked to a specific store. I wish you could have your fav order and order online at any store.
Intermittent
Not very intuitive, nor consistently reliable. Constantly requires restarts, and sometimes will not even load information. Would benefit from some sort of update or improve improvement.
Asks for feedback before I’ve picked up my order
This app is fine, I like being able to order my smoothie on the way to work! But as soon as the payment is accepted, the app prompts me to review my order experience…. before I’ve even entered the premises or drank the smoothie. I wish the app would ask me for a rating *after* I pick up my smoothie

I have had this app for years, and every year there seems to be a different excuse as to why I don’t receive the birthday offer. The first year, I checked on my birthday and never received the offer. The second year, the offer appeared but would not work at the till, and the store refused to honour it. The third year, I was told that I needed to add my contact information in the app to receive the offer, even though my birthday had already been entered since I first downloaded the app. This year, when I asked why I didn’t receive the offer, the cashier told me that I wasn’t eligible because I hadn’t placed an order in the past week and that customers who don’t visit frequently may not receive it. I use many other loyalty apps, including Sephora, Tim Hortons, and New York Fries, and I receive my birthday offers every year without any issues. I have never had to chase down customer service or been given a different explanation every year. This is the only app where I have repeatedly had problems receiving a birthday reward. After hearing a different explanation every single year, I have completely lost confidence in both the app and your customer service. If the birthday offer has eligibility requirements, they should be clearly stated and consistently applied. Instead, I have been given conflicting information year after year. I am now deleting the app and will no longer be a Booster Juice customer. It is disappointing that something as simple as a birthday promotion has been handled so poorly for multiple years.
Not enough flavour
Too many locations add too much ice or put one ounce of açai juice which makes the High Impact Acai flavourless. Watch how much açai juice they add. Today SouthPark Edmonton blocked my view and I could tell they didn’t add any juice as it was white with milk and yogurt, and it was the worst drink I’ve ever received. Zero flavour … disappointing after spending $10 on an Açai drink

Online ordering
When I wake up and I’m in a rush to get to my classes early as hell in the morning having an online ordering option was essential for me but it is no more :((( I’m sad. And disappointed. I don’t want to use DoorDash and not get my points on the app.:(( pls fix
Need MAJOR work
This app needs some major work. It’s giving me an aneurysm. It has crashed on me 5 damn times, and than when i finally was able to place my order it rebooted the entire app and my order didn’t go through & now it won’t even load the app itself. I absolutely love Booster Juice til i DIE but this app is absolutely terrible yall please do better 🥲🥲🥲

Not sure why I can’t add my US credit card to my account. It also is giving me a bug when I try to use Apple login

Order Section doesn’t work
So for the past idk like almost full year, the order section on this app has been broken and hasn’t worked. Something has to be done about it seriously cause I loved the app before but now it’s almost pointless if I can’t pre order a drink before I get there anymore.
New App Design is Awful
When they refreshed the app, it became much, much worse. Worse navigation, unable to easily view descriptions of items, slow load times on both wifi and data. Why did they change it????

Frustrating Device Limit Error Blocks Access – Poor Customer Experience
The Booster Rewards App is now unusable for me due to a persistent error: “Device already shared with maximum number of guest allowed.” Despite only wanting a single account for normal use, the app has locked me out. Basic troubleshooting (reinstall, cache clear, different networks) does nothing because the restriction is enforced server-side. Contacting support is the only potential workaround, but this is an unnecessary barrier for loyal customers. The app has nice features for ordering and earning Berry Points, but this overly strict device limitation creates a terrible first (or ongoing) experience. Many users appear to run into the same issue with no easy self-service fix. Until this is improved with better account recovery options or clearer signup guidance, I cannot recommend the app. Very disappointed.

Annoying to use at times, bot checking me and signing me out of my email. It’s booster juice not my bank.

No matter what if you try to pay - tap a notification or check the time the app reloads EVERYTHING

Dragon juice
I tried the Dragon Smoothie at the Booster juice it was really good, The flavour was fruity, and refreshing,not too sweet and prefect for any time of the day. I’d recommend it if you like tropical style smoothies.
So Bad
Why is this app so bad?! It seems like they did some sort of update and now it’s almost unusable. Just trying to search for a location is so painful and it keeps taking you to other cities when you didn’t even click anywhere.
