Delivery charge?
New since I last ordered. I never had to pay a delivery charge before. I hope the quality hasn’t changed. This used to be my favourite place. Hopefully it still is!
Update Crazy
This update is fine. But its update frequency is insane.
Subpar app
Domino's app falls behind in UX of the app. Inconvenient, hard to understand which fields are clickable (CVV and its label are identical), buggy, crashed two times, never adds my card properly.
App works
The app works great now 90% of the time. I do find occasionally there are issues where it won’t load properly or it resets on you but I think it’s more of a too many users at the same time or maybe an update is happening. It has been quite some time since I’ve had an issue with it though. I do have a password issue where it always tells me my password is wrong but I don’t know if it’s a me/password saver issue or an actual app issue… I’m thinking more of a me issue.
Fix the payment issues!
I haven’t been able to update the payment info for years. Let me update my credit card on file to pay in the app! It’s a pain for me and the delivery driver. Also now the cookie is gone, my kids don’t want dominos

The best pizza ever in the world!!
In my household, no Domino, no pizza. Period!! Kitchener Domino pizzas, garlic bread, permasan bread bites, and their chicken pasta, and all are just too perfect! Eat them hot, You’ll enjoy them all. You also get free points as you buy from them and you can also buy with the points too. I love that a lot! ☺️ with no money, my little ones can still enjoy some orders for free. But I will only pay for delivery 5.$

The worst
This is the worst app I have encountered. Everytime it updates it looses your password and seems unfixable so you loose your rewards. I’ve run out of email addresses trying to fix it

Constant reviews
I never write reviews, but after the 15th time this has now happened, it has prompted me to wait 1 minute from scheduling my dinner in order to write this. Why do I need to update the app every time I load into it. In the past 15 times I’ve used this app in my life, every time, required an update. It’s a Food App, it’s not that deep.
Credit card drama
Too much trouble paying with and changing credit cards. So difficult and slow. Almost gave up.
Have eaten a whole pizza to myself, several times before
Very good pizza especially their hand tossed oregano and garlic & herb (spice it up options add-on) and their lava cakes are good especially the chocolate ones but the s’mores are pretty good too. Their parmesan bites are really good. Garlic bites are ok, they could add more butter or some sort of oil and more garlic to coat them, but they are a new item so I understand it’s probably not mastered yet. Goto good place for pizza and dessert overall though, can end up being a little pricey for pizza if you get lots of toppings but i think it’s worth it and also their fries are very good.

No apple pay?
I use dominos US app and forced to download Canadian version while on a business trip. Worst, I cant use my credit cards since it requires a postal code. If someone is traveling to Canada and don’t have credit card with a postal code, the order can’t be placed through the app. How do I have the order deliver to my hotel in the airport?

My Fault?
Sometimes I have a problem with using the app but I think it’s my fault. I get confused with the whole process because the instructions don’t seem clear and I am sometimes not sure what I should be tapping on. As my adult grandchildren would say, I’m old and electronic/computer impaired.

The quality and size of the pizza is getting worse and smaller. The price is way too much for food that the workers have a hard time making correctly.

Terrible unethical app
The app does not show the price of individual items which makes it as difficult as possible for consumers to know how much they are being charged until they see the total price in the cart; and even then there is no breakdown for the toppings in the cart. An example would be that different sauces have different prices, but the company does not disclose the price of each sauce. I am amazed that the company is getting away with this unethical behaviour.
Why can I not save the card?
I like to pay via card before ordering, and I cannot save it to my profile 🙄
