App issues
Sometimes Can’t pick all selections on a big feast.

This is great chicken to eat, tastes great and you get a good portion when you buy one of their meals!!, mmgood!!
Brimley and Eglinton
How do you first off keep your back to your customer then once your done your conversation in your language you tell me you don’t have mash potatoes? Wasted my gas
Good food not greatest delivery
Every time I’ve ordered for delivery it’s always taken over an hour and the foods come cold and not fresh at all
App is falling below expectation
The app had something good going with app exclusive deals and items, since they removed those options it’s not really worth using anymore. Used to order 4-6 times a month and now I haven’t ordered since the change. It’s a shame they made these changes, they really had something going.
Delicious Chicken
The team is always friendly. Happy to leave a tip for them every time
Useless app
One of the worst app's I've ever used... reset my order 3 times before placing it at the wrong location, on the other side of town! Unbelievable.
Leas Options
You can upsize the fry in person, not in the app.
It’s OK
Other restaurant apps are setting the bar for functionality pretty high. On the MB app, you can’t order the highlighted items from the ‘Home Page’ and you have to search the horizontally scrolling top bar to find the right menu for what you want. And, I would like it to better tell me if I’m ordering from the right store.
Yum yum
Best thing for overtime lunch at work. Yummy.

Unstable App
Kept having to reset my password
First time with app
Great people. Very accommodating
App needs work
Please have your developers do a once over on this app because it has lots of errors that don’t need to occur inclusive of failure to scan a credit card
Best chicken
Another well-known franchise used to be my favourite for decades , but not any more because their quality is way down. Can I just say my husband doesn’t agree that Mary Brown has the best legs in town… 😉 Although her chicken is his favourite also
Perfect example how NOT to make a fast food app
Simply awful. No working real time status of orders. No details of past orders just generic info. No online or in-app receipt. No customizations of orders allowed in the app. Pro-tip: Please stop reviewing the restaurant or food. Review the app only.
Using App
First time using the App and it was quick and easy I hope this is a helpful tool for employees:)
App
Your app sucks.

Complicated to order!
Please considering allowing phone in pickup orders!!! I will select a different takeout place if I can’t order over the phone
Mary browns is so good
Hail mary browns
Data suck
I do not need a video of a car sucking my data if I want to pre order my food.
Corbuena
No problem with staffing and place
Account gone
Account disappears and cannot be recovered. Checked my email and phone number and yes those are email and number associated with my Mary Brown’s account. My points gone. Users beware!
