Terrible customer service
I’ve emailed them 4 separate times over the course of a couple months about an issue I had, not a single response.
Good app but no notes or customization options available
App is generally good and fast, no bugs. Only issue is I can’t write no tomato or other exclusionary options on a salad

Payment method failed with two different bank credit cards always getting “authentication 3Ds error” annoying because we wanted to collect points

The app is clean, but why not Apple Pay that’s so cheap

Payment issues persist even after latest update.
The app was great until they updated it recently. Now you can’t even add a credit card to take online payments. You get some 3DS authentication error and that’s it. Add Apple Pay guys what’s happening here?

Chicken on the rocks for $9, please don’t ever cancel out the deal. It’s perfect for a student like me.
Needs better options
Redeeming points is easy but the options just suck. How about adding fries to the point program? perhaps different can drinks to redeem? Some stores don’t even have accurate store hours when they close super late like 5am.

Regular Garlic and tahini Sauce not showing up together anymore
Recently garlic and tahini sauce option is not showing up on the app , instead it shows garlic sauce and ozpotle sauce or vegan options or individual options where customer only can chose one option. Requesting to fix this

Add apple pay options and Add comment box for ordering, where customer can add comment if he wants the food to be cooked with specefications
can’t pay
I can’t pay for my order! I tried 3 different cards perfectly working credit cards, every time it doesn’t load or I get an error. I loved to use the app to order food beforehand but I simply can’t do it anymore.
Good but could be better
I like the convenience but it would be better if you could fully customize your order. Perhaps including an option to include special notes so orders are tailored to the customer’s preferences (e.g. no croutons in the fattoush salad).
Very easy app!
The part of having this app is that once you order food from osmow you earn points so you can redeem rewards!
Wait time
Wait time is too long comparitively to skip or uber, because its their app and they take it chill. Need to be improved.
Glitch
Let’s u select 4/3 topics for the Thursday daily special beef saj box then says ingredients invalid

Great app! However, wish they offered a way to customize toppings more like Light, Regular and Extra. Also, adding hummus to wrap is not an option.

I never seen this type of worst customer support. Sent a mail many time I haven’t got any response first time when I’m order the chicken is really bad its not well done and the second time delivery guy gave me wrong order. I try to contact you many times but never respond shame of you 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
