Food is good, app very bad.
The problem with the app I have no access, BarBurrito sends a temp password but that is invalid. So unable to register or reset the password. I simply deleted the app.
Great take out!
Love this and am thrilled they have opened here in Sechelt BC. I only wish there was an option to choose more than one salsa, even if a 2nd one would be a small up charge but right now there’s no option to get more than one type of salsa.
No Delivery Status
There is no option to see delivery status for online order. The app itself is very sluggish and hangs alot.

App Sucks. Order from local website instead.
The app seems to send the order to the location, who then needs to find a delivery service if they don’t have in house delivery. Which is the case for Peterborough, Ontario, who had to find a Door Dasher to deliver the order. So ordering for a delivery time of 6:40pm (it’s now 7:20pm, still waiting…) was never going to happen.

The app is basically a web view with a few hiccups here and there but overall good

I have recently ordered food from the mobile application but observed some difficulties to place an order. Issue 1: I am vegetarian trying to find options which had no meat under protein section. While ordering bowl I have an option of falafel but the actual location has another option as veggie ground which is missing in the app. Suggestion 1: Please include the veggie ground option in protein section for an entree as per location wise and try to include another option like both veggie ground and falafel just like both beans option Issue 2: in the same way I ordered extreme fries but I haven’t find any veg protein option in protein section Suggestion 2: Please include the veggie ground option in protein section for the extreme fries/extreme chips

App is showing expired rewards without expiry date in app. At the time of payment cashiers said to me your reward is expire.

Always been good at BarBurrito Fort Erie, nice looking place inside, would be 5 stars if it was Chipotle haha.
Can’t cancel order after a mistake
I used reorder feature and it used a location that I shopped only once, not my usual place. I could not cancel the order from the app because it doesn’t support that. I called the restaurant where my order was placed but they didn’t have an option to cancel too. I called head office support and asked for a refund via a voicemail but they didn’t respond to me

Great but there is a bug in Reorder screen
App is easy to use and order from, except the Reorder screen goes blank when you try to reorder from it. Instead you have to look at past orders and hit the Reorder button from there, and that works. Once they fix this, 5/5
App is no longer working
It shows me a loading sign and a blank page. It used to be decent. Please fix this

Like others’ complaints, the app will not open! Doing an uninstall and reinstall doesn’t resolve the issue. The initial splash screen is displayed for a second then the app just hangs. Please fix it!

So nice to have a new option in our small town! It has become a regular takeout option for our family. Fresh and filling for a good price!
Reordering
I am never able to reorder as I am informed every week that items have changed. I have to start the order from scratch every week - certainly not a big deal, but why offer this reorder option if it is never going to work?
