Finally a decent app!
For years Mr Sub has had a terrible app. So much so that once every year or so I download it to my phone and see what it’s like and often end up deleting it immediately…. Today I did it again…. And it’s a great app!! Seriously. Compared to other apps it holds up and has all the features you’d look for. Kudos to Mr Sub for finally making something that works.
Horrible app
Never works right. The last two days only a blank white screen

it showed a blank screen for like a month i just deleted it ands re installed it works good
My fav sub shop
I really want to support my favourite Canadian sub shop but it’s extremely difficult when the app doesn’t work. Cannot order through it and I’ll be pressed for time tomorrow so I can’t walk in and wait. Just unfortunate.
I cannot order for today
I went in to order, I picked my store, and I attempted to place an order. It would not let me continue unless I entered a date and time. The first date available for pickup is tomorrow. I’m hungry today. Useless app. Edit: looks like it’s just the store on Brock in Pickering that is not accepting orders for today. I changed my rating to a 3, as the app still sucks.
Needs work
My review is the same as others have already reviewed . The mr sub stores cannot scan the card in the app… i have to read the number to them each time. Also can you let us add a physical card to the app after we have signed up to the app? And as someone else mentioned add it to the wallet on iphone would be really handy.
Fix this app
First of all you don’t send confirmation emails. Secondly it sends your order to a random location, not the nearest location to you. Very old school app
Love the quality
Their app doesn’t always with as it should but the food quality is great
Needs work
Don’t like that it limits the toppings on your sub. We order through other apps to get what I want on a sub. Sad because I like Mr. Sub but we order online elsewhere that doesn’t limit toppings.
Free sub
It was impossible to claim free sub and add it to cart. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it worked. Otherwise app is fine.
Unreliable
It worked until it didn’t. Now nothing but a blank white screen.
Odd limitation
First time using the app. Wanted to order a veggie sub on the app but it only lets you select 6 toppings. Never mind that a veggie sub should allow all the toppings but ANY sub should show all the toppings. What a cheap n short sighted way to lose a sale.
Waste of time and space in phone
The app does not work. Doesn’t allow you to complete profile to “ unlock” promotion.
Not good at all
The app works as long as you know beforehand what you want to order. I kept hitting see full menu and it would take me to order screen. If customers can’t see what you are offering it is really hard to order and customers will order from other companies. I really like Mr. Sub but am disappointed with the poor app.

No Rewards After App Update
I used app twice in November after app was updated and I no longer receive rewards.
Hasn’t Worked For Weeks
Like the title said. Used the app for years no issues now it’s been weeks the app just freezes on a blank lit screen. Please update. I’m getting tired of Subway all the time.
Free sub isn’t working
The app won’t let me add my free sub to the checkout page.
Trash app
Are you ever going to fix this app?! You cannot even finish setting up your profile so you do not get to accumulate any points or rewards for your purchases. Do better!
Update apps please
Please update this app everytime I need to login to the app and my barcode doesn’t scan at the Mr subs. Check out subway apps and offer some daily specials ???

App really sucks
Missing locations and times don’t match up
Can’t order from many locations, they’re not listed on the app. I also wasn’t able to order past 8pm even though my chosen location closes at 10pm. Not good to use.
Issues with app
App just wheels and will not display full menu or sub of the day. Very frustrating. I have updated app and turned off VPN and still issues
Doesn't work well to scan Mr Sun card on phone
Have had many issues at the Mr Sub stores that they are unable to scan the Mr Sub card from the app on my iPhone. Need to have a version update so Mr Sub card can be added to to Apple Wallet would help.
Blank screen load up
app does not load at all. blank screen appears. please fix garbage app asap
Login problems
The app originally worked when I first downloaded it but once I needed to reset my password the app wouldn’t allow me to do so and now I cannot log in. It keeps sending me to an ordering screen. Fix this!
