Solid Food Solid App
We love East Sides and the App works very well. It makes dinner time for our family a no-brainer. Food shows up hot and delicious almost every time.
Doesn’t work
Won’t even load without failing. Deleted app, reloaded but still doesn’t work. Got not authorized when I tried App Support.
App Doesn’t Work - Works Now
You have to turn your VPN off in order for the app to work. The app doesn't open. It just gives the following message - “Oops! Uh oh! Something went wrong. Please try again.” Cannot get past this message. Running iOS 26.2. Phone restarted. No luck opening the app.
Really annoying if you leave to answer a call
Totally useless if you answer a phone call, text or email and you have to STARTED OVER AGAIN if you’re trying to order. Why? Why? Why? So I ordered from some other place!!!
Brilliant service
I had an excellent time, browsing the many selections of the East Side Mario’s menu as well as, utilizing the many coupon options.
App has a looping error
Can’t even open the app.
It's good
Only problem is that we can not add items to our order for example if I want to order peppers on my sandwich I can't online
Server Julia
Julia and the team were amazing very efficient and helpful. Definitely made the our team meal enjoyable!
Unable to order online error
Oops something went wrong
Take out is great!
Coming home from the cottage it’s great to order take out so when you get home & unpack dinner is ready👍🏻. Thanks East side 😊😎
Very user friendly
I found this app to be easy to navigate, and that it was very user-friendly overall
App doesn’t work
I can’t schedule anything on the app, says restaurant is closed (but I can order through skip the dishes, which I would like not to do)-
Order Information box/window
Everything was good but would have liked to add a couple comments. I would like to see a order information box besides the allergy one you have as I would have asked for either more or less of a certain item. Pertaining to my order I would have like to have the opportunity to buy more shredded Parmesan but was unable due to no minus plus button was there. Thank you Sean M
Harmony road
Food shows up quick and accurate - always hot when it arrives - tastes great!
Crash
Crashes / closes on iPhone 15Pro (iOS 18.5) as soon as login details are added. Have to use the website. Has been non-functional on iPhone for months, but functions on iPad.
Very good for a family meal
We love their “veal parmigiana”. My husband and I split one because we don’t eat too much. The plate is generous. I order using the app and it’s so easy because they keep my latests orders; I can choose the same meal with just one click. We don’t have delivery to our address but my husband can pick it up in about 20 minutes after putting the order. And you can choose to pay on delivery!
Doesn’t Work
When I try to register, regardless of method, I get an error message. Please fix it!
LG
I love my city’s East Side Mario’s
Will steal your money
Warning: ordering on the app means no refunds of your order is never delivered. At best you get a credit that expires in 60 days. East Side Mario’s will STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!
Great restaurant
The online menu is easy to navigate and order. The whole process was easy and fast!
Can’t pay, doesn’t work
For some reason the app won’t let you use Apply Pay, add a Visa nor a Mastercard. Oh well, I’ll order somewhere else
Tieman
Good food and lots of it
Keeps crashing
Tried logging into the app, was working when used as guest but as soon as I tried logging in it hasn’t let me open it again. Just endlessly crashing. Also can’t find the option to redeem a gift card for the life of me, should be with coupon redemption option.
Family Supper
Food is always delicious, fast service as well. Online orders is so easy. Thanks for the great service
App won’t open
This one and the Swiss chalet app have an error code and don’t load for the last couple months on iPhone
