Great app and food!
App or website not letting log in
I just sign up today through app. Tried to login although get the code saying their is a token error. I tried on the website got the verification code but still not able to log in. Once I'm able to login then I will change my rating
Good but..
Overall great. But i can't order with a gift card. I have money on the card and can see it in the app, but when ordering the card show $0 and says i have insuffisant funds. I also can't scan the card in store, the cashier has to write down the numbers manually.
Doesn’t have all options
I can’t seem to order daily specials in the app. I also have never seen any offers show up in my offer section even though I get emails about special offer. This app is kind of disappointing.

Suboptimal app
Confusing, the rewards program barely works, you can only order for the future, not for immediate pickup. The user experience is not great. I tried to claim a promotion on my birthday, I had to awkwardly wait in front of the store for 15 minutes for my order to be ready, and the staff clearly don’t get mobile orders often, they didn’t call my name or anything I had to go in front and ask if the order on their counter was mine. And since there’s a barecode, I expected that I would scan and accumulate rewards while ordering in person, the staff member looked at me like I was an alien when I talked about the app and points. And worse of all I don’t even know what the points do, there’s no redemption menu anywhere.

La nourriture est bonne mais vraiment déçue du livreur! Il a posé la commande par terre devant la porte et il n’a même pas sonné! On a ouvert la porte par hasard et on était surpris!!!

I love Thai express, the app is easy to use. But I agree with others. I can’t use coupons I receive in my letters on the app which is a bummer but the app also doesn’t offer any digital offers only! Another feedback is that I like to order extra spicy! And there is no spice level for me to choose that OR note section for me to put in my spice level. I love Thai Express so this is just feedback for the app. I hope they can work on this and make it even better! ✨

Customer service
Yeah customer service is almost nonexistent they don’t respond to any emails and there’s no phone number I sent them like two or three emails I’ve gotten zero response. Adding automatic tips to a takeout order is ridiculous. Who does that?
app is functional and does its job
the app is pretty easy to use, and it lets me order thai express for pickup, so it delivers on that part. the points are kind of useless, like every $100 spent you save $5, great. i’ve had this app for months and have literally never seen an offer pop up once, even when i get mailer coupons (which you would think would coincide) so the offer section might just be a scam. you can order thai express for sure, but don’t get your hopes up for the “offers and promotions” because i don’t think they exist.

When i go on the app there is only half of what’s on there website and i wanted to order the tum yum. Fried rice since it’s my favorite and one of the only things i can order on the menu since i have allergies so overall it’s pretty good i can order another kind of fried rice but if i am i am not getting what i really want, whats the point of spending money?

I eat at Thai ex once a week and always punch in my number on the machine in-store, but my points are still 50. Despite spending $30 at most. I contacted support and received no response, this app is just for decoration I guess. Pointless.
