Fixed log in issue
Good job Cobs in allowing password-less log in. I just got an email today about it, tried it, and it works! It fixed the issue and I am now able to log in! If you start providing us with special deal offers in the app, this will be a 5 star review.
The little brown square Fitness Bread of apps
Burn it down. Very little functionality even when it does actually let me log in.
Fix profile edit
Can’t add my birthday to app when I try edit my profile.
Staff is amazing
Always fresh treats and the smell is amazing
Horrible sign in
App does not surface any field into which I can type the verification code for passwordless login, which is the only option offered. Tap around, scroll around, nothing visible. No way to enter the code. Must first exit the app to get the code from email and then return to the app to get the numeric keypad to pop up. Which also means iOS automatic code entry doesn’t work, and you cannot see the field so you don’t know if you’ve made a mistake. No passwords, no passkey support. Awful user experience.
Passbook please
I’d like to have an apple wallet option for the bread club, please add to a future update
Needs Apple wallet intergration.
Great app. Simple design and works well. It’s need Apple wallet integration. I shop here frequently and it’s extremely inconvenient to have to search for the app every time when all I want to do in the app is scan my points card. Makes the point card apple wallet ready. Maybe make it like Starbucks where the points card doubles as a gift card.
Latest update
Doesn’t work!
Account setup process needs strengthening
I saw a lot of frustrated reviewers because the signup process is not customer-friendly. I did my sign up on their website, experienced similar confusion as many of the reviews described here- “incorrect password” or “back to the login page again”. After several trial and error, I found out that you have to complete the verification code (sent to email) first before setting up password. After successfully setting up password, you will be able to access and view your profile, but if you just exit and try re-entering you’ll get the error page. I think it’s because the browser led you back to the initial setup page. You need to log out, and then open the website on a new tab. Then you will be able to sign in. I didn’t download this app until the next day with no problem at all.
What did you do?
Not working - Frozen won’t open
Broken
Cannot load content
App not working since update
Won’t log in Wants to go to a personal data tracking site Even that doesn’t work App has likely been hacked
Log-In Doesn’t Work
I have been unable to log in since the update. It doesn’t recognize my old password and when I try to reset the password, I am taken to a blank page. This app is useless.
Can’t log in
I get email notifications but can’t log in the app so defers me to go to buy
This app sucks !
Absolutely the worst app for any customer to set up or use. Almost feels like it is designed that way so customers can’t accumulate points…
Login does not work
When you click login it redirects you to a blank page
