The app works fine until you want to track the delivery driver so that you can meet them.

App keeps saying “oops, something went wrong on our end. Please try again”. Can’t taste it if you can’t order it.
Doesn’t Work
The app crashes repeatedly when you hit the payment page and prices are different in the app than in-store, leading to a long time arguing with staff and a long time waiting for your order. Abysmal.
APP - love the app easy to use
Love the APP! It is so easy to use. I like that you can place your order and decide on your pickup time.

Can’t Use US Credit Card
I’ve used this app (and the website) for ordering while traveling in Canada for years. Recently, I tried updating my credit card, and discovered that Swiss Chalet will no longer accept US credit cards for payment via the app. When you go to enter a credit card, it will only accept a Canadian postal code, not a US ZIP code. Not sure why this change was made after 10+ years, but it’s very annoying, especially being forced to interact more closely with delivery people when trying to social distance.

I’ve never had an issue with this app until today. I downloaded it again as I had removed it a while ago to free up my phone and as soon as I click on it, it just shuts down. Nothing happens, no messaging, no errors. Not sure what the developers recently did but it’s failing. Unfortunately I’m looking to order online for an event. I will have to take my business elsewhere until you get this sorted.
Good App, Good Deals
Got the app for a 2 can dine deal they had going on for mobile app orders only. Was surprised at how easy it was to order and pick up time was faster with the app! There was an issue finding ribs and other sides to order separately but after waiting about a week, it seems they updated the app with menu tabs to make it easier to find the food you want to order! Will definitely be using the app in the future to get discounts on food I would’ve otherwise paid full price for

This hasn’t worked for more than 2 weeks. I deleted the app and downloaded again but it still couldn’t open.

Previous versions of the app worked fine - but App currently fails to launch on my phone. It starts up for all of 1 second then exits out.
So easy, so many choices
Great job with the app. Although the new menu has many different options, the app organizes it well. Plus it allows for both CAA discounts and Scene Card redemptions.
No longer working
I loved this app but it no longer works. I click on it to open, but it simply disappears. I’ve advised Swiss Chalet, but they weren’t aware of any issue. I now have to place orders by phone. ☹️ WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS APP? Swiss Chalet needs to fix it. Lots of comments about the app not working. Mine won't even open! (July 2026)
Works great now!
Always had issues with this app before. Would create my order and at the end it would tell me I had to call my order in. Sooooo frustrating, but they’ve fixed it now, my last 6 orders have worked perfectly, so convenient!

What’s the point ordering on the app! By the time I get there, have to wait over 25 minutes for my order. Customers came after me and ordered at the cashier get immediately! Delete the app! Total useless!
Excellent App
I’ve been using this app for years without any issues. Coupons, mobile orders, and payments all work great and as expected.
Keeps crashing
As of recent, as soon as I tap on the app it shuts down. I cannot open it. It keeps crashing. I don’t know what changed, but it only started happening about a week ago.
