Food and Staff
Tasty and delicious, staff are friendly and approachable
Bad value
The deals are weak. They usually amount to 5-10% savings and only come in very specific combinations with no customization. Pizza is mediocre.
App is broken
App hasn’t work with my apple 11XR and now my apple 14.
Unable to Access Nutrition
Please fix the error that pops up everytime I try to look at the nutritional facts
3rd time is the charm
Clumsy website.. but for it done
Great features and prices!
The app is great and there are app-only deals that are a great value. It works well. I’m happy
Pizza good, app unusable
Errors whenever I try to add a pizza or address, no autofill anywhere. Might be the worst app I’ve ever used.
BRING BACK THE BIG COOKIE
It had caramel it was so good I would give anything g
Still so many bugs.
Unfortunately… still can’t add address, name, etc. after countless “bug fixes” it still hasn’t worked….
Meh
Confusing app, doesn’t integrate properly with standard iPhone stuff, UI behaves like it was tested only on pre-notch iPhones. This app sadly has every sign of an app where management views tech as a cost centre. They try to minimize development costs and likely choose a cross platform framework and customers feel it every step of the way. Frustrating customer experience. Panago, do better.
Poor app
Great pizza but this app makes me want to order from somewhere else. So many glitches. Not even worth wasting my time here. Good bye Panago, hello other pizza joints.
I would like to change my email
Haven’t received receipts or anything in years because they refuse to let me change my email. Otherwise okay application.
App worked first time
Any time after it says failed to validate on order. I can’t be bothered to call so you’re losing business.
Does not do the one thing it needs to do
After setting up an order, which is itself janky, by the way, you try to pay and it just gives an error. Every other app has no issue with this. If you want business, here’s a tip for you: try making it so that customers can select and pay for the things you are selling. I’ll invoice for that little gem.
App is broken
Spent 15 minutes creating an order “something is wrong on our end, please give us a call”.
Can’t pick a store
Not only it won’t let me pick a store, at checkout it proposes stores 3 time zones away
Broken Apple Pay
Apple Pay used to work on the old version. Now the pay button does nothing.
Apple Pay Stopped Working in Version 2.9.0
Since version 2.9.0 pay now, apple pay, clicking the pay button nothing happens.
