Really Freedom
The application is simple, but it does the job and it’s working. But I wanna give five stars for the whole Freedom team and customer service. I switched to Freedom recently and I’m very happy sure it’s not always perfect but I’d like to support companies. Freedom plans are amazing because they can cover up 120 countries around the world. Yay

Why on earth is there so much repetition on the sign in? Why am I entering all my information multiple times AND THEN doing it again when I want to chat with someone? Why does it take 5 mins from the time I open a chat to actually starting my query? Good grief. Negative stars if possible. In
Horrible Frustrating App
Come on Freedom FIx THIS APP! The app requires multiple sign-ins simply to see the bill. Even then, one can’t open it in HTml just download in psf that my iPhone reader won’t read (and says the file is corrupted)..there is no need why simply seeing one’s bill on an iPhone should be so difficult/impossible.

At this point, you’re better off using the website, and even better -a different carrier entirely. The app requires you to sign in every single time you open it. The process of inputting your account info 5 times and waiting for a text confirmation is, for lack of a better term, ragebait. Freedom mobile itself isn’t a great carrier. They used to be affordable, and because of it, the poor connection was something you brushed off. Now, Freedom prices their plans at rates that match elite brands. They brag about nationwide coverage and lots of data for your buck, but in reality, their data speeds are so slow outside of major cities, that you will never come close to using the data you spend so much on.
How Much Freedom???... Time Will Tell!

Need better coverage for elevators and basements
As a loyal Freedom Mobile customer for many years, I’m extremely frustrated with the poor network coverage, especially in elevators, garages and underground areas where my phone frequently switches to SOS. I work overnight shifts and often travel alone, so reliable service is essential for safety. I’ve needed my phone during elevator emergencies but had no service. Other carriers, including Rogers etc maintain coverage in these areas. Please improve your network reliability and calls dropping during elevators etc. I also hate the fact that I have to sign in so many times just to sign in once.. if I typed my number to send the security code, why do I have to type the number again AFTER the security code if I’m already in the account. It’s very annoying and tedious and an unnecessary step. I also constantly only have 2-3 bars even in high connection areas.

Great service horrible app
While I’m a satisfied Freedom Mobile customer, the app isn’t an app. It’s a (poorly) wrapped version of their mobile site. If you need to make any account changes, it’s more convenient to just access the site directly from your browser.
Only okay
Just make the Telus app. It's perfect while this one is not. Default when open should be data usage not balance. Takes too long to load and switch pages even in WiFi. Data status never works. Should allow breakdown of bill. I still need to go on Comp to see my bill.
A waste of storage space!
Useless app, when trying to view the usage in cv format, cannot exit. Uninstalling.

An app made by beginners. Terrible interface. Does send texts for 2 factor authentication which it makes you do every time and as of last few days won’t even launch. Just brutal.
Can’t receive verification codes, and Too many scam calls and texts
Freedom Mobile needs to do a better job protecting customer phone numbers. It feels like I’m getting far too many spam and scam calls, which makes me wonder whether enough is being done to prevent abuse. Customers shouldn’t have to deal with constant unwanted calls. Please improve spam call protection and be more transparent about how customer information is safeguarded. What’s the point of having a phone plan if I can’t even get verification codes from banks, apps, or other companies? Totally unreliable — I’ve missed important logins and can’t use basic services because Freedom Mobile blocks or fails to deliver these texts. This isn’t just inconvenient, it makes the service useless. It’s stupid how Freedom Mobile doesn’t block incoming scam texts and calls. I get them every single day now, and it’s getting really annoying. Other carriers already have proper spam filters and call-blocking, but Freedom seems to ignore it. Please step up and actually protect your customers from scammers.
World worst mobile app.
Somehow this company is rather getting worse by the day. You can make any independent choice or simple mange your transaction because this company want access to your wallet. Uncontrollable access.
Completely useless
This app is completely useless. Not even a mobile app. It’s just a webpage translated into a phone app that doesn’t act as an app. Buggy as hell too.
