Is extremely difficult to get a hold of a person to talk to from customer support regarding your bill and chargers that should not be there. It is very frustrating.

Orillia very limited use now changed over last year.
No longer able to use my phone in Orilla area reliably will you change my contract since I only got it 2 years ago . Since it’s your services that changed and I loved my phone before all the changes that have left me struggling to get cell service.😓

The people at virgin are very understandable though. Great place to save money on home internet. I would recommend.

Terrible App
The password system on this app is absolutely intolerable. I have changed my service just because I cannot get into my app. Do not sign up and do not download the app. It’s not worth it. The amount of times I had to reset my password is extreme.
Getting a false message
We been getting a message saying we have 6 devices connected. We have 3 TV which each have a fire stick but all on same account. So we have only 3 devices really. We did not get the Firestick we were told you had mailed. You did send a firestick lite by courier after two weeks. So we purchased two from Amazon so our 3 TVs would work. We are not using more than that although I think my wife had downloaded the app for her IPad. She turns off one of TVs when she uses IPad. I don’t have app on my IPad due to its age.

Absolutely the worst service during the COVID crisis. No incoming or outgoing calls on my cell. A voice recording of super heroes working on it is not acceptable. Still no service since mid March. Cell phones are essential. Thank God we have a landline. Rethinking of changing providers as a result.

It’s easy to navigate and make changes to things on our account… We have four phones in our family and it’s easy to navigate between devices. It also allows you to see clearly what you’re planning includes, what you are being built for and there’s always easy access to information. In addition, I’ve always been able to get help through the live chat, which is super easy when you don’t feel like talking on the phone.

It will appear to me that this business prefers late payment because of penalties. I have tried so many times to pay on due date. But the pay bill isn’t highlighted till it is overdue. Perhaps a business model of the enterprise. If this persists I shall cancel my subscription with good reasons.
Best in offering poor service for high rate
They offer poor service, their customer service support sucks and they re so rude , they just charge unnecessary charges and expect you to give your hard earned money to them

Easy to use!
Useless app
The app consistently freezes and lags, takes long to load only to crash. The chat live option doesn’t even work because the way it loads onto the screen causes the actual type box to be cut off. Poor quality app overall.
Not happy
I went to get the deal that was (at the date of my contract) for 39.99 then the store rep. said the system is not confirming it but you take the one with 10$ higher and get more data then said oh no there something wrong with the system and offered the one I have now for 60$ that Has USA Canada and I couldn’t say now because by that time I already canceled my Chater contract as the store requested in order to get the deal and then I agreed on an I-Phone then I received my first bill with a 50 charge fee that I wasn’t informed about and now the second bill with extra long distance calls That makes me unhappy with the service and I will wait for the right deal and switch to another provider
