Wouldn’t recommend
My sales agent lied to me is my first red flag. My screen doesn’t work multiple times a day so I have to close apps and reopen all the time. I cracked my screen even with a phone protector case and screen protector on, within the first six months of having the phone and bell will not help replace it without a massive fee for a phone I barely own. Service drops in my own backyard, I’ve been a pretty Lo no term customer and this latest experience might be the reason I leave. I don’t feel like a valued customer anymore.

But always changes and logs me out. Then have to find password again.

I can’t believe the monthly rate has gone up again. Disappointed in Bell!!

the community supporting a telecommunications company with the tools already established and the network in place i would say a overhaul of signal would be in order.. the unknown norton 360 has increased throughput and has secured the audio side the network side needs work. worried cuter l8r

App is slow
The bell app is really slow, while I have 150-200mbps wifi speeds the app still take 1-3 minutes to load things, other than that the app is fine

It doesn’t work half the time. Won’t let me link my bill to my account. Do not use bell if there are better options in your area

Bell network was the best network in Canada but now is becoming slow .. maybe is freezing because of cold😜

Great app, simple to use and make payments. Not as seamless for billing charge discrepancies, seems the norm with anything, always some sort of hidden charge, or hidden reward you lose for not having a contract.

Customer Service???
In the past month I have spent hours on several days to trying to get my internet restored and my cell service restored. Once it was determined that my router was dead, it took over two weeks to get a replacement. When my cell phone lost connectivity to the network, no one at customer service knew how to restore it. I had to make a six hour round trip to my nearest store to get it fixed. Which they did in just a couple of minutes. Despite being without these services for more than half a month and despite a request from me, there was no offer to credit my account or compensate me for the loss of these services. If you can, use anyone other than Bell. Update: I was contacted by Bell.ca to provide additional information about my service issues. A resolution is still pending. 7/22

Very efficient and quick to pay bills with credit card on the app. I strongly recommend this method. My bank (NBC) for unknown reasons quit paying and almost messed me up.
This app is terrible
I have two accounts with Bell. The app forces redirects to only one of them, and i then get emails regarding over due bills. Payment using cards is terrible as the page freezes into nothingness and does not recover!!

Hey, quick review. Bell won’t let me reset my password to access my account, either in person, online or on the phone. Also I was charged $163 dollars when I had signed up the day before for a plan that’s supposed to cost $50 a month.

Have had an account with you for 5 yrs. Up until 3 months ago I have been able to pay my bill through your app with my credit card no problem. But 3 months ago your app and your website started telling me it could not verify my credit card or that the security number was wrong and to contact my bank. My bank told me they did not even see any kind of transactions coming from you. They saw nothing from you so it has to be on your end. My bank was even nice enough to send me a new card and it is still the same issue with you. Can’t verify card info. With your last couple of updates you screwed something up. I have always payed my bill on time but now I have to download a copy of the bill, and take it to the bank to pay it. If this is the way it’s going to be you need to give me a huge discount for the trouble you are putting me through. There are other companies out there with service just as good if not better. I can always go there. I complained about this months ago over the phone and never heard anything back from you. If I could give you no stars I would. Your customer service is atrocious.
Unnecessary hounding
I was charged 1 day after signing up for a full month of service. This was before I could register for automatic payments. They then hounded me to pay up. I already regret going with Bell.
