Good app but needs improvement
dev should add a save machine option since most people have these machines in an. Apartment and it would be more convenient just to start it from the phone instead of scanning QR code everytime, since some people might not have a working camera
Not the best.
Often it is slow to connect to the machine. And then it’s not actually connected to the machine. It just runs on an approximate timer. But the other thing that majorly sucks about this app is that you can’t get your refund in the app. you have to still go down to the machine wherever it’s located and the property I’m at it’s not located in my building. I have requested repairs a couple of times and the machines have not been properly fixed and then you waste your money on a machine that doesn’t spin your clothes properly and everything is left soaking and then it’s hard to get your money back so I no longer contact them about repairs because they’re not done properly and getting your money back is super inconvenient.

I already have a account for this app but I downloaded it on a different device and now I have to do the auto detect or put in the code just to sign into my account there should not be a pop up that you can’t close on the sign in menu!
Great app, but
This is a fantastic app. The ability to monitor the status of the machines you are using makes it very easy to return to the laundry room on time. And you can see if any machines are available prior to dragging your laundry there. But…beware. In my building it costs $2.75 for a 60 minute dryer cycle. After you’ve started the dryer a pop up appears asking if you want to add $2.50 for an extra 7 minutes. It’s very easy to blindly press that OK button when you use the app for the first time.
Use a different laundry service
This app charges $2.50 for laundry and $2.50 for drying, however requires a $10 minimum spend. Additionally, when using the dryer, the app will cover the screen with a pop-up asking for an additional $0.25 spend—I believe this is intentionally designed so people have to load more money onto their app wallet. I feel frustrated and taken advantage of every time I use this app.

Absolute scum company with horrible machines

Good service, had an issue once, customer service was pretty fast to respond and add the funds back to my account. They seem to be pretty responsive with maintenance also. All of this can be done with the app, very easy to use. Shows machines in use and notifies when your machine is finished.
Money taken.
I was charged for an additional cycle that wasn’t selected. When I called no one could tell me how or where the money went. Coinomatic is already expensive enough, watch your balances.

I love the ease of this app over the card as i can see washers and driers available from the comfort of my home and also get notified when my cycle is done. Makes public laundry much easy

I can’t log in with my apple account, I can’t delete my account to make a new account, and I can’t unlink the phone number. I also had to switch locations and it wouldn’t let me and still hasn’t! The screen where it updates you on the machines in the room does not work as it should. I’ve had numerous issues with this app and have had to call customer service. I don’t know who designed this app but they need to go through all possibilities of issues within this app before launching it.

Not able to share with family members. If the family member uses our link and join still doesn’t shows up on the balance.

The reason why is 4 stars and not 5, is because you can't really select a num for the washing machine, so u have to select the dryers machine and then click start on the washing machine, it was very confusing at first but I guess once you get it you'll be fine.

An astonishing combination of terrible ux, broken work flows, and ineffective customer support. Incredible way to turn a basic task into a maze of frustration and poor design. Every step is difficult and poorly executed. The in person support is the same. Ineffectual and surprisingly unintelligent. The worst ap I’ve ever used by far.
