Normally, I don’t have any trouble but today I had a washer #26 waste my time which indicated it was operating only to find out 45 minutes later nothing has been washed and I needed to wash this uniform for work. To boot when I went to put the clothes in the dryer dryer number 32 malfunctioned and I believe it took my money and then I had to pay twice twice.

No refund ever given for my detailed reports of money taken but machine not working… videos and pics evidence

There is a limit to the amount you can load to the account and it has a very minimal charge

The app doesn’t let me wash or use the dryer when my balance is at $10.00. I have to add more funds even when I still have money on it.

Great features when the app works. There are many error codes and WiFi is not always available.

Five star service sometimes a bit buggy and the machines are malfunctioning more than ever number 14 on the dryers today would not work
So greedy
At my apartment, it’s $2.50 to dry my clothes for an hour. If I want to extend it, first, I have to be physically present to be able to push a button on the machine. Secondly, it’s $0.25 for an extra 7-8 minutes. $0.50 for half an hour. $2.00 to add an extra hour to the hour I already paid for at $2.50. Thirdly, anytime I physically use a card, I get charged an $8 “deposit”. If I use a card for two loads, that’s $36 I have to wait x amount of days to get back. If I don’t have my phone or card, then I’m screwed because they took away any sort of payment with physical currency. It’s cheaper to take all my laundry to a laundromat than use my building’s laundry room. Hope wash and their corpo greed cease to exist one day.
Easy to use
This app is so easy to use. I love the way it keeps track of all the machines you have your laundry in and shows you exactly how many minutes are left, so there is no need to guess and no need to leave your laundry in longer than necessary The only hitch I had was that in trying to register it did not detect the laundry room, even while I was in the middle of it, however, I just entered the location number and work immediately. It’s way better than plugging coins into a machine.
App Doesnt Always Connect
The app works fine 90% of the time but will sometimes charge me and then the dryer doesn’t turn on so I have to pay again. Because it’s done this so many times, I have to call in for a refund. This has been ongoing with no fix for over a year and they don’t seem to care.
Unresponsive to repairs
When any machine has heavy use you need to expect breakdowns and repairs from here is not that things breakdown because that’s expected the problem is that when you put in a ticket take either a long time to get to it not the next business day by a longshot or they don’t do it right or even worse they claim that they did it but then they didn’t

Timer is off.. it said washer 20 was done but it still had 6 minutes left before it was actually done.

Washers don’t rinse. Has to strain by hand. Middle washer never works. Inconvenience

This is Great but please add sub account.
The app is consistent and does not crash. Just simple and easy to use. The animations of wash and drying is something cool and nice touch. Would love to see adding sub accounts so that can share it with same family members in the house.
Consistent issues.
Consistent issues with the machines and app not responding or working correctly. Machines are always breaking down. At times the App will take money and then refuse to start the load.

Your app sucks
I always have problems with your app it doesn’t show up in the app most of the time that you’re using a washer dryer so you can’t extend time for the dryer and you don’t know when your clothes are done. Normally it shows up in the app, but it doesn’t anymore rarely and I put in ticket after ticket after ticket and nothing never happened so your app sucks.
It says 2.75 for washer but took double

As a woman had it into her senior years, the convenience of having a laundry area on site is very valuable while WASH-Connect makes our laundry room easy to use

Issues all the time. More with paying than anything ! But it’s in the. Building So limited choices

Foreign credit cards are not accepted. I want to use the cards.
Needs work
App does not recognize dryers. Dryers do not show up in active machines. You can start the machine but it doesn’t show in the app as being active.
Machine not searching
Everything is working good with this app. But the only thing that search for available machines is not working. I think It is happening cause of it’s not getting the laundry room location.

Very buggy, will work sometimes after force quitting. Bugs seem to be with using QR codes and refilling cards - very annoying when you just want to do your laundry, but your apartment forces you to use this app

So far I’ve had a good experience.
Never connects
Just because it has connect in the name, doesn’t mean they’re gonna connect to your phone. Every time I go to do my laundry in my dorm I can pick the machine, but it won’t let me pay I will have full bars and full Wi-Fi while standing next to the machine and it still won’t connect. I just wanna do my laundry for Christ sake.
Very finicky
The app works, but also I don’t like that it just upped the reload to $25 from $15 and didn’t alert the user, now you have $30 worth of my money sitting in this account but I can’t get out of until I do more laundry, which is highly irritating. number two is that it doesn’t always connect correctly to the right washer and dryer. Sometimes they appear, sometimes they do not. Today I wanted to do two loads one on the top of the bottom and the top would not work the bottom worked. Both show up as running even though the top is not running.

The reason I call this the worst app ever is because it feels in the area that it’s position to feel for example the app is supposed to create efficiency and ease using a digital laundry experience but for some reason, I can’t trust it because it keeps saying “no machines found” after I’ve done all the troubleshooting it still says it
Signing in
Trying to look into the app to see how much is on my account. It says sign in, but goes into retry auto detection. Why can’t I check my balance without having to go into laundry room?
