This app can be a real stress test and maybe works 50% of the time, so it’s best to have your laundry card with you as backup, and yes, you will probably need the card when this app drives you crazy and doesn’t work. I can save time when it works. Keep in mind that you’ll need a good internet connection in addition to bluetooth on for the app to work properly, but not guaranteed even so. The cell service is very spotty in our basement laundry room, so I have to keep waving my phone around to get a good signal for data. Sometimes the app will log me out and it will take a few attempts to log back in successfully, and then find the available machines via bluetooth. Moving on, it would be a good idea to have a laundry card as a backup when the app turns into a complete stress test.
Does not working
If you are not connected to WiFi, then don’t bother. Will charge you twice consistently and takes 20 minutes for it to actually connect and go through.
Meh
Upgrading my rating. Although app is not easy to use, issues with double charges and unnecessary funding resolved through chat/email with customer service very promptly. Original review: App is not easy to use. Too easy to double pay or pay by accident, and then you’re stuck without any real recourse. I had no choice but to use this as it was the platform the laundromat uses; if I had a choice, I’d look elsewhere.

Horrible customer service
App works fine but customer service does not help you. Paze is running a $10 for $10 deal and it is just not processing. Bank says it’s Payrange’s issue not theirs or Paze’s. Payrange owes me $40 Paze credits. I’m forced to use this app for my apartment building

Refund Update
Have now received refund in Full. Lot of unnecessary (in my opinion) information requested but came through.
Recharge Options
Overall this is a good app, user friendly and haven’t had any major issues. My problem that has dropped the rating so far is the predatory recharge system. Not being able to refill my account with anything below $10 without paying a fee or not being able to add cents. They know that extra change will never be spent and the day they close down the app they’ll take it. I should be able to add some amount ending in $0.80 to bring my current amount to a whole number.

Phenomenal Customer Support
I have used this App for 2 1/2 Years, and I have had 0 issues. Customer Support is always fast to reply, app is almost never down, and I have never had any headaches using the app. The customer support is the best feature of this app, they are always helpful!
Laughable
Doesn’t connect to machines and support is laughable
Great, but sketchy too.
When ever I make a purchase from a vending machine it sends my full credit to the machine and then returns the unused money. I find this process to be a bit sketchy.
Just a pain
App struggles with connecting to the machines in my buildings basement, is always slow, and is inaccurate with time left on laundry. Simple concept that is done poorly
Responsive Customer Service
The app is very easy to understand and use. I don’t need to carry around change and put them into the machine. Very great design. I had an issue with payment on one of the washing machines, but when I contacted customer service, I got a refund. Great customer service and great user-friendly design of the app!
Scam!!!
App is terrible for support. I had a washing machine eat up my money and 3 weeks has gone by. No repair. I asked for a refund on the app no reply. Now a dryer is acting up, tried requesting a refund again, app says no email on file. I’m signed in with my apple account. My email and number are on my file….. on site in the laundry room there is a separate number different from the app to cal…?????? I live in the projects…. Maybe a different type of laundering is happening……

a scam, run away!!
This kind of application just takes your money and once it’s inside, you really can’t do anything about it. I paid for a washing machine using the app, which turned out to not connect to the network, and then they refuse to refund. They said it’s within the landlord set limit in another email, but did not refund nevertheless.
Bad for operators
This app is good for consumers/users, but if you are an operator, the support is terrible. How about you let an operator call for support?? Even to change the price on your device is clunky and difficult.
Great customer service
I was charged for an item while trying to purchase something, but did not receive my item. I sent customer service an email asking for a refund and received a response within less than two minutes and was refunded immediately. I have used this app a few times and, other than this one incident, I have never had any issues/there have never been any bugs.
Disgusting
Constantly stealing money from me by charging me twice or not adding my payment to the machine. Must have update recently because it suddenly got much worse. Then they only refund you three times per month, even if the app steals from you three times every day you use it.
Poor customer service
Machine isn’t recognized by app anymore. I emailed to let the company know. Customer service sent me the same template email with irrelevant instructions, not once reading my email.

App vs Machine Rate
App said $4 & machine said $3.50 & charged the $4 per cycle. The app struggled to find the available Bluetooth signal to find the appropriate machine that was ready to be used. There’s a $0.25 fee for uploading less than $5 to the app which would have been nice to know before uploading money thinking I just needed to upload $10.50 for 2 washes & a dry cycle

Amazing customer service
The customer service is amazing, they respond within 1-3 hours. Not only that just state your reason (I.E refund) and they will have it fixed fast. I recommend this to anyone that doesn't regularly carry a credit/debit card.

Worst App Imaginable
I genuinely cannot believe there is a single positive review for this app, which is the bane of not only my existence but my entire building’s. It regularly cannot connect to the machines, saying “machine out of range” at random for some and not others, even though they’re all in the same location. It’ll do the same thing with the “unsupported wallet” alert, even if I just paid with the same wallet for a different machine. One time just a week or so ago the app went down in the middle of my doing laundry, so ai had to haul my wet clothes to a laundromat blocks away to finish washing. If you see that your building is using this app, take it as a sign that your landlord does not care about you and be ready to use alternatives when it simply does not work for no reason. It is shocking that any human being worked on developing this and was paid for that work rather than being taken straight to jail. Just terrible.
