Hourly pricing
App is great an all, I’d would be great to also have access to hourly pricing even in the “storm” mode. Otherwise how else can I check it?
App says power on when it obviously is not
I live in south suburban Chicago which has seen several storms that have knocked out power. Not blaming ComEd for that but when I go to the app to get more info, it shows my power is on which is clearly is not. I report the outage. If I go back to the app hours later to again try and find out status, the app will again show that my power is on. It overrides my power out status and lies to my face that the power is on. I swear It’s like a slap in the face. I will again report outage. Hours later, I check status and Comed tells me my power is on as I sit in a dark house. You can’t trust this app.

Auto pay is broken
Their auto pay is broken and I’ve called them and sent them two emails and they won’t fix it or really be any help at all
Overall gets the job done
Consistently power outages Never got money back for all food wasted in my fridge from power outages and I applied for the help you offer never received anything. Have no problem paying my bill every month but deserve better customer service and work on your end. Thanks for listening to a loyal customer feed back Paid all my dues hope you follow through on your end
App not functioning
I’m getting a request is blocked message when attempting to access the app . Usually the app Functions well . Last few days thats not the case .I’d like to pay my bill .

Costs keep going up
I hate my “delivery charge” costs. The rising cost of electricity is discouraging!
Erratic
It seems that every time I try to use this app it gets stuck on a page that's not available and I can't get out of it to navigate the site otherwise. I'm not a fan!

The app never seems to work no matter what WIFI I’m connected, no matter how many times I delete and redownload, no matter if I use the website. The ComEd self costumer service never works thanks for nothing
Too Expensive
ComEd is ridiculous! They increase their prices constantly! I live in a town home & the electrical room that controls the water sprinklers etc. is added to my electrical costs. I continue to get letters from ComEd telling me that my usage is higher than my neighbors…no kidding? Of course it is, Everything in the complex is on me! Lower your costs to the consumer!

Payment failure
My mom has been using the app to pay her bill and she opened a bill and seen that it was ridiculously high so I get to checking into things for her and see that her last THREE payments that said they had been submitted through the app and return end up failing and there’s no contact so now she owes this outrageous amount and we have to figure out how to pay it and when you try to call or contact Comed they’re not accepting phone calls or you get put on hold. I’ve set on hold for over an hour and still got no help do better COMED if you expect to tax people the way you do.

This update system does not work well
Ever since they update the system I cannot longer get all my accounts in the same login. I tried calling and working with their reps and they made it worse. None of them have been able to figure it out and I have to resort to signing in as a guest to pay one of my accounts. I wish they had competent personnel that could help with this problem.

You have to agree to let ComEd share your info to pay for the app because…why? ComEd already has a monopoly on electricity here and charges a lot for it. How are y’all gonna grab at more money? Sit down.

The day my bill was due. I went to pay it, and the site was undergoing maintenance which now made my payment late.

App was wonderful. All of a sudden, it stopped letting me sign in. I have deleted and reinstalled a hundred times. Tried contacting tech support but no response. When I sign in and enter my credentials, it sends me the text to verify my identity, after entering the code, it returns to the sign in screen and does the same process over and over, never allowing me access
