Easy to use
Would have 5 stars if you could auto pay with a credit card or schedule payment. Need to use a bank for those features.
Works just ok, but needs adaptive app icon
The app is functionally fine. Please update the app icon to be less hideous in dark mode so I can keep it on my home screen.
Not able to login
Didn’t allow me to login with the credentials. I had to call to get my account details activated.

Randomly Logs You Out
App used to be solid until 3 weeks ago. Called support and they advised that “everyone is having the same issue” there was no timeline when the app would be fixed. I have to pay this bill and I know for a fact they are going to slap a late fee and not reimburse it even though it’s their fault. So annoying
Excellent

NEVER WORKS
I HAVE DELETED AND REDOWNLOADED SEVERAL TIMES. any time i try to log into the app it just spins and spins and spins and never loads. i have to go to my browser every month. fix your horrible app.

Trash
Just updated the app. Now it’s saying I don’t have an account . Tried to recover log in info and it crashes every time. Ridiculous. Can’t log in which means peoples gas won’t get paid 🤷🏽♀️idc. should have left the app alone. Why does the cursor type from the right and not the left in the app? Just stupid ish!! Who Updates an app and makes customers have to re-register their accounts…? Goofy ish

Update doesn’t run
Customers were told to upgrade to the new app and the old one will no longer work. The updated app doesn’t work either. Don’t waste your time continually trying it.
Easy to Navigate & Convenient
Ciao! I occasionally use this app and it is such a “breeze” to use. Thank you.:-)
The upgrade messed me up
I wasn’t able to log in because I got an upgrade alert. Now it won’t even let me log on
