User Friendly
I find the app to be highly user friendly and easy to navigate. It’s an enjoyable experience even though it’s a bill lolll
App won’t login
Cannot log into my account. When The login button just spins forever which means I can’t use my phone to access my account or pay my bills.
Frequent outages of app
Often I’ll try to pay my bill and the app isn’t working so I have to hope I remember to try later when it is working. When it is working it isn’t too bad

This app rarely works. Now it just spins after launching face recognition. Can’t turn that off to just use password. Would be so convenient if it actually functioned as needed.
Easy to use
I’m a very active busy person so I don’t have time to use the website and so I can use the app to make the payments and check my bill while checking for outages when they’re going on

App quit loading and I have to go onto the website to pay. Which does not give me any choice to use Apple Pay or a debit card? Annoying

I can’t log in on my iPhone. Just had a power outage and it just spins trying to log in! This is new since the last update.

I don’t understand the point of facial recognition when it never works. Now when I put the password in it just spins. I have to go to the website to do anything anymore. The app is pretty useless

Am I pay twice for my electric? It seems that the IDT and DLC almost exact. What is the difference between the 2.
Login wheel spins, doesn’t load
Have had to pay my last 3 bills on a laptop vs. the app because I can’t get past the login screen thanks to the wheel spinning and nothing ever happening.
Face ID
Face ID doesn’t work
They keep the lights on.
App is easy to use. Paying my electric bill is only ever two taps away. You can’t fake convenience like that.

Biometrics
The App never allows be to use the biometrics that I have set up previously. It always makes me put my password in to use the biometrics in the future. It NEVER lets me use facial ID even after I have entered my password time and time again!

Never works
This app never works right. I could mail a physical check to their headquarters faster than paying thru the app. Hate being a prisoner to this company.
Perpetually buggy
Latest update claimed biometric login bug was fixed. It wasn’t.
Face ID keeps failing
Overall this is a great app and has really evolved in a positive way over the years. However, the Face ID does not work at all. Every time I open the app, it tries to do the Face ID, but then fails, so I have to manually enter my password every single time just to get into the app. Hopefully it's fixed soon as this prevents me from using it often!
Biometric Login
I used to be able to use my thumbprint to log in and it suddenly stopped working months ago. I turned that option off in account t settings in hopes that toggling it back on would resolve the issue, now it won’t even toggle back on and kicks me out of the app when I try. I’ve removed the app, rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app, it still doesn't work. I have zero issue using this method of login with other apps on my phone. This is very annoying and an inconvenience.

My app updated today and now I can’t even get in to pay my bill!
Frustrated
What should be an easy app to navigate once set up became a nightmare. I had to re-enter my information several times to pay my bill.

Worst updates
The app worked perfect until these last few updates now half the time I either can’t pay on the app at all and have to call by phone or it posts my payment as a day late as I’m paying four days early. Worst updates!

I dont like how i tried to pay my bill but it pushed it 2 days back to the 14th and todays the 12th
Great App, however, missing something
So I want to say this app is fantastic, which it does appear to be above the typical app. But the authentication tends to error out. Also the only reason I want an app is for it to alert me that this needs attention. A replacement for a website is not needed in my eyes, an app that alerts you have a bill due in x days persistently or alerts you have an open power outage on a service address makes sense. Hopefully this lands in the right place.
Great app
When I first started using the app I ran into a few issues however after I learned to solve the issue myself just had to take my time from that time I had no problem and i checked every day on my usage and outages enjoy this app and even learned to report power outages on the app
WORSE THAN THE MAFIA
Whatever our usage is for the billing month they charge us DOUBLE. And it shows it right on the bill, our wattage use is the same as the 'Duquesne light fee'. So when we are trying to keep our apartment warm in the winter we couldn't keep up with it. Then they gave us a shut off notice in March. For three months it's over $1300 for an efficiency. Then when you do pay on time it processes after it's due which makes you have a late fee. It's not right. It's downright disgusting.
Login basics not working
Doesn't remember Username even though box is checked. Face ID is on in My Settings but stopped working months ago--have to enter Username and Password each time app is used.
Payment
Try to make payment on my due date it would not let me make it. I had to pay it after the actual due date
Its okay
Seems to have a ton of bugs they refuse to fix (like the autopay menu is just blank & has been for months). Just seems like nothing works properly in this app except “pay bill”….go figure
Dishonest billing
They imply youre still past due if you don’t pay the portion not due yet and that can be a FDCPA VIOLATION
