I love my Fido plan. I like that I can change my plan when need be. I like the phone coverage that I have available. My payment is always on point. Keep up the great work.
Stay away
Very poor service connectivity, many hidden charges, app doesn’t even support Google / Apple Pay. Regretting signing up for with Fido.

Discount for automatic Payment plan doesn’t show on the present plan when comparing new option plans.

The bills that shone is not fixed. It’s increase every 8 months.

IOS 15.7.1 cannot use fido app
As a mobile carrier, Fido should serve all types of phones. your users not be able to use the app just because their iOS version is outdated? You should focus on developing apps compatible with more system versions.You should not abandon those who are still running iOS 15.7.1.

Best Phone Carrier
I’m happy to say that Fido has been a huge part of my community allowing me to stay connected.
App stopped working.
Another app forcing me to upgrade my working phone so I can continue using the app.
Your Web app isn’t working
Someone should look at it. Especially on Chrome or firefox.
Can’t change language
My app is in French by default. Can’t seem to change the language to English. Really difficult to use.
Moving between different numbers
Moving between different numbers has some problem I think. First it needs to log in while you have logged in before! Second when you log in, you are guided through first page of previous number and then you can choose to go to other numbers information. It is somehow hard and meaningless! I believe it should be done just by one tap, not several steps!

Don’t get Fido
There arnt any humans left. I tried calling customer service atleast 10 times. Every time they say we will call you back at said date and time. They haven’t called once back. I reached out to Roger’s support and finally someone was there. But the issue he said he resolved was not resolved and now charges me an extra 5 dollars because of 5g but it spotty and fails constantly. Still can’t get my auto deposit discount that they promised.

Good but not great.
The app functions well and has everything I mainly need. However, the design of this app is very outdated and needs a cleaner modern look to bring it up to date with 2019 design. Please work towards improving the design Fido, everything else is great!

Update Your App Please
This app is almost unusable. Someone who was formally on a bigger provider, moving over to Fido understands the difference of apps that work and don’t. This app doesn’t come close to Roger’s or Bell. It’s k possible to log in half the time and it’s very slow.

I cannot open this app after last update, then it updates again，still can't open it🙃I have tried uninstall then reinstall then reuninstall then rereinstall.....nothing changes. I’ve been using this app to pay for my monthly fee for a year or longer...... Now I’m not in Canada and I guess maybe I have already missed one payment due.......I hope not

Very slow network
Over the last several months, I’ve noticed that I’ve had a very slow network. Can’t get into apps have to restart my phone. Quite disappointed.

EDIT: With this last update. I am now able to bypass the access code txt nonsense and can now login using my username/password. Thank you for resolving this! Original review: I have a mobile hot "spot and until this most recent update I used the mobile app just fine by logging in with my Fido username & password. Now then app DEMANDS that I enter my phone number so that it can txt me an access code to let me use the app. I have a number but I don't have a phone on Fido, I have a mobile hotspot! How am I going to get a txt to a hotspot? I have voice service from a different carrier. Now I cannot monitor my usage at all. I regret saying yes to the update. Why would a customer who has an account and used the app for 2 years now be locked out? What an awful upgrade.
