Really cool
Actually really fun to check in with myself and log little moments that I would otherwise take for granted. Really cool way to practice gratitude.
Lost everything
I was happy until I switched over everything to a new phone, where I tried to type in forgot password and every time I hit send to email, nothing. I did accidentally created a new account and deleted it, but I’m still having issues trying to recover my old account, I did leave a message for the company but no response yet, I’ll update when I do get a response but until then I’m so angry and sad, my progress is gone 😭 and I’m unsure if it’s due to this new update.
Great App but Expensive
I think this is a great app. I used to do this manually years ago on calendar just to get one photo and a overall monthly print for memories. I would love to do a subscription but $48 a year for monthly or $40 a year annually is too expensive. I would go with $20 or $25 at the most.
Why change the name!
Great app - but why change the name. Happy Feed made me feel happy just opening it, but now it’s just lost. Orca means nothing to me - very disappointing
Long time user leaving
I’ve been using Happyfeed since 2019 I’ve enjoyed it a bunch I especially enjoy the random pods it gives me a chance to interact with people I wouldn’t otherwise come across. But not being able to see comments on posts I made especially my own or if the original poster acknowledges what I posted seems silly I get it we don’t want people piling on etc but one sided communication isn’t community it’s isolation I see no value in it anymore
Fun group app
This is an easy, fun and quick way to keep a diary of one’s life. We started doing it with a group and that’s been fun also. Have enjoyed it!
Only 30 seconds
I download this because I wanted a free daily video diary, but this only allows you to record up to 30 seconds before you have to pay

Great app! Just wondering if we can only add photos at the end of the day for the no membership rather than any time?
Over-complicated
This is my third time trying to use this app. I find it overly complicated and ‘cumbersome’ to use. There are 4 tabs at the bottom and each tab has more aspects within its own page. It takes a while to navigate it all before finding the bit you want. When I go to my account, I then have to tap on something else to show my profile and then, when I get there, it doesn’t really show anything of note, and I have to tap on something else to ‘manage followers’…yet it could all be on the same page. ‘Reflect’ and ‘Moments’ could be incorporated. There are two types of speech bubble; one for prompts for reflections, one for notifications. Not all of my notifications show, with just a blank strip amongst other comments/reactions. I have no way of knowing if I have even read/seen them all because they don’t visibly change ie from bold to normal (like an unread - read email), or a change in colour etc. The worst aspect, for me, is that I have to belong to a pod just to be-able to see posts by people I know. Surely, there could be a way of just seeing people you follow without being in specific pod. There is a ‘follows only’ option in ‘pods’…yet you can’t see new posts unless you are also in the pod they shared that post to. To me, if someone has accepted your follow request, they are happy for you to follow them (ie see the posts they make). I actually find it quite mind-boggling, and a tad infuriating, to have to jump through so many hoops so I don’t lose touch with people I knew in a different app (where you could easily just see posts from people you followed). This app really could be a little gem but it’s far too fiddly. My friends must think I’m doing the hokey cokey because I’m ‘in’ and then I’m ‘out’ but, to be honest, ‘shake it all about’ is something I would love to do to this app. It could be so, SO good. I want to like it, I really do, but I just can’t.
Great app but…
So this is a really great app that I use with my friends but, and I’m writing on behalf of all of us, we don’t like the fact that we can only have 3 photos a day without paying. I understand thats how you make money, but seriously? On other apps like this, you can post multiple photos and you pay for stuff like daily quotes or questions. I’m just saying, paying isn’t worth it.

Too short of videos
If you want to use the video diary part of it as an actual diary or journal don’t.It only lets you take three second videos. If you’re not going to pay. and if you are going to pay it only lets you take 30 second videos not worth it.
Great app
This is a great app I love it so much. It really helps me to focus on the good parts of my day when it is so easy to focus on the hard. I will say that the UI is very different and sometimes hard to use as well as the different sharing options. You think you have figured it out but then something happens and no you haven’t. But other than that it is a fantastic app that you can use for just the people in your life like social media was supposed to be in the first place
Boring but I can’t find anything better.
This has so much potential but it falls flat. Although I’ve posted everyday this week, it shows my streak as 1 day. I have looked for information on the app about this but can’t find anything. Oh well, not a big deal. I was excited about small pods to post to and encourage and engage with other people but so far there’s only been 2 other people posting once or twice. That’s boring. So I joined another pod with the same lack of engagement. I’ve now maxed out in the number of pods I can join. Within the pods, all we can do it react with emojis. Although it looks like we should be able to comment it’s not enabled. There’s only so much you can do with emojis. The pods are also random with no regard to languages spoken so its not very engaging when someone captions their photo in a language that not all others understand. There’s no translation available either. Again, not encouraging participation and engagement. At the end of the day, I can do everything this app offers on my iPhone without an app. I know there’s a paid version but I can’t justify paying money based on what I’ve seen so far. Don’t see myself staying here long term. Actively looking for something else.
Take more feedback
Ask for feedback. It’s impossible for me to give feedback except in this form. Make this like iPhone photos gallery where I can see all my photos in one. You make it so hard for me to use this thing.

Watermark, even if you pay
Why, even if I pay 5 euros a months for this app, I can not even export my photos without watermark?! That’s scandalous.

What happened?
I used to be able to tap on an icon in the upper right corner and see the fun facts and jokes and prompts from the past seven days. Once it updated now it’s a calendar icon. I really don’t care for it and want my old seven day list back. ☹️ It made it an unhappy feed.

Seit dem neuesten Update funktioniert das Widget wieder nicht. Es war eine zeitlang behoben, nun wieder nicht zu benutzen. Es ist eigentlich eine schöne App, die man super gestalten kann. Mit Fotos, Tagesemoij usw. Aber wenn es nicht einwandfrei funktioniert, ist ein Abo nicht sinnvoll.

I’m LOVING Orca gratitude journaling!! It’s so supportive and empowering. I love all the different features that help you; personalize, keep track of the joy, share joy, upload photos and track my mood. Especially love the adding photos aspect!
Other apps are more useful
I received a free trial of this app and would not ever choose to buy. There are so many other apps that contain actual useful information and prompts. This app is not intuitive either so people who don’t easily navigate apps would have difficulty. I’d keep searching if you’re looking for an app for better mental health.

I really enjoy this app. You post happy moments and no drama. It is very uplifting. I just wish we could comment on post, it would be great to encourage others. That’s the only reason why I rate a 4.

Will you give that a try? 📗You were flexible on the colour and that helped, can you be flexible like this too? 📗 Maybe use an index, ideas for pods; CATS/ MENOPAUSE / PUBERTY/ PERIODS/ GAY/ LGBT / STRESS with search hash tags for those of us who prefer not random but purposeful pods. I tried to link to one, one night and my WiFi drained the battery. Fancy trying that out? 📗 I’ll test it, but bear with me as I’ve just buried my 18 year old cat so I’m not in a happy place hence my request for irregular pods. I like the app but
I do have one thing I don’t like. I’d like to be able to scroll through more days than just 4. It’s a little annoying having to click on each day to see it. I like just going back through the days to see what I posted. Other than that the app is excellent and would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for the limit on the days you can scroll through.
Notification doesn't work
Great idea and lovely design. But, a key feature--notifications--doesn't work! I've tried different times and ensured my settings are right...Without notifications, I may as well be using the Notes app to write down my gratitude list. Too bad.

I love happyfeed as it allows me to think about all the things I’m grateful for. I do wish that you could add things from over 3 days ago, I often note down in my head what I am going to write and then forget & lose my streak as a result. I also wish you could leave pods with +2 people in it as it’s clogging up my feed a little bit. Other than that it’s fab!
