Best journaling app
This is the best journaling app for free I have ever seen. It’s super interactive very clean and simple. Good expression options and knowing how you truly felt in a moment being able to get it out and have it saved the good and the bad
AI is discriminatory
The AI is horrible with LGBTQ related entries. It’s discriminatory, harmful, and the opposite of what a journal touting mental health support should be aiming for. But clearly there’s a huge anti-LGBTQ AI push here.

I absolutely love this app! It’s very helpful, and helps relieve stress. Although, I don’t understand why so many quote themes are unavailable. I use a few of the themes and they have helped me to stay motivated and to deal with anxiety better, but there are a lot of things, like dealing with break-ups, stress, and more that shouldn’t have to be paid for. If you made this app to help with this stuff, then the resources should be available to all. Yes keep some to be paid for with your premium plan or whatever it’s called, but at least near half should be available completely.

Fantastic Journal App
I have used Reflectly for years. The free version is very good and I highly recommend it to people I know! I love the daily reflections, and how the check ins track your mood and what’s going on in life. It’s super easy to use and also somehow I like it better than journaling in a notebook nowadays. Highly recommend!
Paying for Nothing???
I really loved this app and have been using it for almost 8 years, so I decided to upgrade to the premium version as I felt I would only enjoy it more. But after purchasing, none of the premium features were unlocked. It just kept telling me I had to upgrade to premium to access them. I ended up emailing customer their customer service with screen shots proving that I did subscribe but was still not gaining access to the features. I got no response. This was a year ago and I’ve barely touched the app since. I reported the charge as fraud to get my money back since I never heard anything back. I’m writing this review now because I recently opened the app and was prompted once again to upgrade to premium. I still have no reply to my email a year later.
Using it for years now
This app has been my diary off&on for years now. This app has really helped me recognize my mental health patterns and become more self-aware. Admittedly I use it inconsistently but the daily check-ins & reading my old ones help me become more stable whenever I’m in an unstable time. The tags you can use on each entry is super helpful. Sometimes I’m not sure what else to say but “Ugh” “Meh” but having the tags I can explain more what I mean without actually having to. Which is super helpful when you’re reading whatever you wrote months ago😅 I love the selection of quotes they have!
Erased
Journaled almost daily for two years and it logged me out and wont let me sign back in so i js lost everything
good app but my premium not working
i’d give 5 stars but i paid $30 for the app to not work pleeease fix or refund bcuz the chart is t working. i paid but i still can’t see my charts. i used to use this app when i was down and seeing a chart if my mood helped a lot but now it doesn’t work for some reason. idk if it’s apple or the app but the chart screen is glitched for me
User Friendly
Simple to learn and assess the features that may work for you. It’s a very easily navigable app and user - friendly for all. I also love the motivational quotes throughout the day!
Weird Anti Vaxxer quote
I got a quote from the general category from Jenny McCarthy who said she looks at autism like a bus accident, and that you don’t become cured but can recover. I thought the quote was a bit weird so I did some research. After looking her up, I found out she herself doesn’t have autism, but her son does, and she promotes the idea that vaccines cause autism. I’ve had this app for a few years and have gotten a few weird quotes, but this is the one that’s making me delete it. I look for inspiration or funny quotes, not weird anti vaxxer opinions. I know I’m just one person and my one uninstall doesn’t matter, but I just thought I’d share.

I love this app but I have paid for Premium and it still is not allowing me to access Premium features. I contacted the support team but I never got a response. It makes me think this is a scam. It’s frustrating because I paid £19.99.

Its not horrible.
Okay so, its honestly not a bad app. But its kinda boring, and not so much helpful. But if you like the more calm, check in chel out type of deal its this app fs. Althought the ai bot itself is kinda.. idk not so much helpful ig. It also wont let you freely talk, atleast in my opinion with the free option it gives you chances to actually type ur own words but usually its just a simple like "you missunderstood", "yes" "no" type of deal. Not my cup of tea, hope this helps!

“Could not sign in for an unknown reason.”
I was going to wait some more till I trusted this app and because I usually don’t write reviews. This could not wait—especially after membership purchase. I have been using this smart journal fine until today. I was really starting to use this more and about to recommend. Oh the disappointment. I read there is a new update, but has made the login for returning users bricked. I was randomly logged out and I didn’t even know it but the journal and quotes to me to the app fine. Additionally I went to see the developer website and support help. It’s a bad joke: the submit button is fake! I can’t even contact the support team on their own official support website looking cool and all, even mentioned here. IDK how others are having positive exp. still.

I actually use this app quite often~I use it as a grimoire and a journal! I love how you can add your own activities, and feelings, it’s helped me organize everything. I originally downloaded this app as a recommendation from a therapist, but I really love it! It’s super nice to just be able to note down some things.
Font too small is a dealbreaker
I would very likely purchase this app if the font weren’t so small and difficult to read. I wrote the developer a few days ago and asked if there’s a way to increase the font size or otherwise make it more readable and unfortunately haven’t received a reply, so I haven’t purchased. I’ll raise the stars if this gets changed.
Amazing
Honestly an amazing app, been using it for about 4-5 years now, even the free version works a charm if you’re just looking to journal. Pictures are kept and I’ve never had any problems with trying to get back my entries, they’re always there. The only suggestion I would have and would LOVE to see happen would be for better viewing of our entries and pictures. By this I mean there was a way to more easily view entires such as on a calendar so we can easily go back a year or two without having to scroll past infinite entires to get to them. Would honestly make this app perfect for me.

Thievery
Thievery I once was a big fan of this app — in fact, all the apps from this developer. Then they got greedy. Their Growth Bundle provided reasonable pricing for all of their apps and I've been a subscriber for five years. But my recently-renewed subscription is no longer active in any but one of the 10 apps I use — and I'm being gouged to the tune of $340+ every year if I want to continue using them. Developer support is nonexistent; my email messages are being ignored. Given the plethora of reasonably-priced apps that do what this app does, you're better off looking someplace else. And now it’s impossible to log in.

It would be good if there was a way we can share out account or updates/ Reflectly diary with our therapists. I love how I can journal each day and attach my moods to it. I don’t like that customer support never responds.

Great little handy app which helps you stay calm and tell your true feelings. Only giving it 3 stars for 1 reason which is that it is always asking if I’d like to upgrade… which I do not wish to do! It’s £399.99 for a lifetime access but I don’t understand why you can’t do that for free? I’ve been using for only a week so I guess I’m on a trial? Maybe there’s a monthly subscription or payment or fee or something! I’m not sure if I will continue if it asks for payment because I think there are quite a few other apps which will let me do this for free or I think you could possibly even just right down your feelings in your notes. I’m not sure if there is any other laps exactly like this but I would recommend but you should understand it is a lot of money and it dose try to get you to upgrade a lot!
No response from Support!!
Last year, I did a free trial of their growth bundle, and it is due to charge my account for another year in less than a week. I have now sent three emails due to the fact that there is no way for me to cancel this growth bundle in their app. It has been 4 days and 3 emails and I have received zero response from them. I would rate the app a lot higher f there was attentive Support for it. Right now I am very disappointed with my experience as I do not know if they have honored my request and cancelled the subscription. I am actively looking for another way to combat this unresponsive APP. BUYER BEWARE.

Great Daily Tracker
This journal is more than just a way to track your daily life. It offers quotes throughout to day specific to what you need. I like the apps ability to alert me to the quotes for reflection on my Apple Watch. The liking of favorite quotes is nice, maybe a dislike to quotes I’m not fond of would be helpful so they aren’t repeated? I look forward to seeing how this app performs and grows overtime. Great App!

Lost potential
Mood tracker have a lot of potential. It would be nice to drill down and explore more specially when you have a lot of data. Also the smily emoji at the top could even be used to communicate with us some stuff, or the daily phrases. I see those points as lost potential that could be worked on. I am a premium user that does not feels premium but Ill continue using anyway

There's a free and a paid version. I don't know anything about either because they both require an account so I couldn't try it beyond the first page. In case the devs answer back. No I won't understand that you need blah blah blah. I don't want an account for a freemium plan and if I paid, I wouldn't want this stuff on the cloud anyways.

I’m a paid subscriber to this app for some years. Support is non-existent. So no matter how good and useful its features are, when there’s a glitch you’re on your own. I have emailed repeatedly over a sustained period and haven’t had a single response. As a result, I doubt I’ll renew my subscription.
