FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
This isn’t what was shown in the social media ad. Did a free trial to see what it was about and got charged $10 immediately. 0/10 Don’t even download
Love the App, Please Add Folders!
Excellent app and very easy to use. One feature I’d love to see is the ability to create folders for organizing saved items. As my saved content grows, folders would make it much easier to keep everything organized and find things quickly. Other than that, the app has been great!
Strong concept, wonky execution
This is such a cool concept and would be very useful! The mapping works but the search, reels, and infinite scrolling doesn’t. Once bugs are worked out, it’d be killer. When searching, the screen is white against transparent buttons making it hard to see anything. Once search happens, it correctly pulls reels about the city, but many don’t load. Once you have one that loads, you can’t scroll and remain on that city. It start to randomize it. For example, search NYC, one reel later you’re in Japan. That’s not helpful. Being able to search niche topics like “nightlife in London” would help a lot, too. Other than that, if working and enhanced this is an easy $50/year purchase. Good luck!
An App with potential
Interesting idea, but after checking it looks like this is in a pretty early stage. Eg my hometown (not that small) doesn’t offer the real highlights… idea: start a limited early-phase for 6mths with points/life-long membership feeding your app with good tips and built on that
Charged after free trial [SOLVED]
UPDATE: CHARGE REFUNDED, CHANGING REVIEW
Bad App & Sneaky Subscription
Absolutely awful experience. I tried the app once during the free trial, immediately decided it wasn’t worth using and never opened it again. A week later, I was charged for a $60 yearly subscription. I appealed the charge and it was denied and when I appealed, denied again. I received no value from the app but apparently their business model relies on people forgetting to cancel and get stuck with a $60 bill. That should tell you everything you need to know. The app is forgettable but their billing practices are not. Save yourself the headache or cancel the free trial immediately when you realize ChatGPT is a better trip planner.
Needs a few tweaks
I like the app. Though it says to add from Tictok and instagram, it then priorities tictok which I never use. It doesn’t seem to be importing anything personal to me, just searching through each and every clip. It would be super useful to import from my own instagram collections and favourites. The killer feature it’s missing is proximity alerts. I often find myself wondering streets for hours on vacation. Then the following day, I’ll visit some saved places from apps like this or instagram, and realise it was 10 yards from it the day before, which would have saved a ton of time, had I known. So alert me if I’m a 5 minute walk from one of my saved places
Zero Support
Sadly this app has potential but I’ve had an issue that my account t was erased was trying to contact support for 15 days not one response . Seem like my account was erased when they went from Roamy to Rhyme and have not heard from anyone .
Dommage
L’app est pas mal. J’ai payé pour un abonnement et pour fluidifier mes voyages à venir en fonction de mes lieux d’intérêt. Mais un bug constant ne dérange et l’app crash.
Saves so much time!
Wish I found this sooner! As someone who travels a lot, this is exactly the kind of app I’ve been looking for. Instead of spending hours searching TikTok, Google and travel blogs, I can get ideas and build an itinerary all in one place, and in a matter of seconds. Super easy to use and perfect for discovering things to do in a new destination!
Subscription renews by itself Scam!!
I canceled subscription 5 days ago & was still charged & it’s no way to cancel subscription. Subscription are handled through stripe and not Apple so they continuously try to charge you randomly.
Très cool
L’appli est vraiment très sympa et simple d’utilisation. Petite amélioration à prévoir : pouvoir ajouter quelques notes persos aux adresses que l’on ajoute pour se souvenir des plats à prendre
Disappointed
What’s so good about this app? It has the same reels Instagram has of the usual overcrowded extra touristy places.
Good
I just don’t wanna pay I know there is a free trial tho
Planning a trip in SECONDS >
Ever since I found this app, I don't spend hours stressing over destinations anymore 😅 I just plug in my travel dates, wishlist and let AI do its thing, and it builds the perfect itinerary for me. Rhyme has saved me so much time and bad experiences and helped me make the most of every trip. 🎉✈️ THANK YOUUU
Never uninstalled an app so fast
3 minutes of answering questions only to be told the app has a significant subscription charge. Bye Felicia.
Good but needs work
Honestly I’ve been using a similar app and this one is much easier to use FOR THE MOST PART. The biggest issue I have with the app is the fact that it categorizes locations very weirdly. Why does “Utah” not encompass all the cities within the state? It’s much harder to look back through my saved locations when things either get shelved to Utah alone or to SLC or to Holladay or do some other small town. Even some things located within the same town (Mount washington railway counted as its own city???) get their own little tab which makes looking back through tabs impossible without making your own folders
The BEST
I love this app! As a type A girl who does a lot of traveling solo and on group trips, this takes so much stress away from planning the perfect itinerary and hitting all the spots I want to. Works so well and makes trips 10x better
Don’t Download
Tried to cancel and was still charged for free trial. Awful/no customer service - honestly do not even download or try. You get more info off google or social media posts. Terrible experience!!
I see how it can work, but…
I am planing a trip to one of the small islands of the Azores (which is a beautiful but not common tourist destination) and the app will not show me any hotels/trips on the island I am planning on going on and brings me to mainland Portugal. I did try changing the hotels into different areas around the place I will actually be staying but that still did not work. However, I did like how it was set up for everything and I would recommend this if you are planning a trip to visit a bigger area.
Great, missing potential
This app is great for having a planned route of highlights to see on your trip. I think it’s missing potential when it comes to not having expected prices of the attractions
five stars!
i’ve tried a lot of travel planning apps, and this is the first one that’s actually changed how i plan trips. instead of spending hours with dozens of tabs open trying to figure out where to stay, eat, and what to do, everything is in one place. I especially love that it helps you find places that feel more authentic instead of just the same tourist spots you see everywhere. the itineraries are easy to customize, the app is super intuitive, and being able to keep my plans and bookings organized together makes traveling so much less stressful. it’s become one of the few apps i genuinely use every time i travel. it’s literally perfect for both type b and type a people like me!! highly recommend.
Might as well use google.
Personally don’t like this app because everything isn’t user friendly. I was trying to plan a 16 day trip in Spain and all it gave me was beaches. No personal food to try, no museums, no personality questions, nothing. It’s so basic that it was a waste of money to spend the 4 dollars for a 30 day subscription. I think it’s a good idea, but this app is not executed well.
Not customisable
It’s a good idea. There was no where to put preferences like wheelchair access, time frames (hours you want to be out etc.) or amend the places it picked
Ok but limited
Doesn’t allow you to amend really, i can’t delete a trip or select multiple destinations that I’m no longer going to, would be better if it gave that freedom to edit
Total time saver
Rhyme has saved me SO much time and freed up a ton of my photo memory because I’m not screenshotting and losing 1,000 locations I’ll never visit anymore. It has made planning trips easier as well as remembering local spots for where I live easier too!
Super buggy
Tried to create a trip and it kept changing the dates of the hotels and the trip. I deleted and started over twice and it kept changing the dates. Love the concept and it was super easy to share reels and TikToks which I loved, but when I tried to plan a trip, it got too frustrating and wasn’t worth the headache.
Not great
Seemed like a great idea and huge help but it not at all user friendly. Your editi mg then your not. Buttons won’t click so frustrating! There is not a way to list all you want to do while there and then have the app sort it out for you. It has No sense of timing or reality. No help really planning anything just another way to compile the list! No matter how many times I tried to edit and re plan it kept putting us at DISNEY plus 8 other spots that day! How?!?
issue its not opening in apple map
i tried to open in apple map but its opening in google map why i am using apple map fix please
Travel is easy now
I seriously hate planning stuff and this app has helped a lot
Scam AI messages
You give 5 messages free. But the app will automatically send the message when you speak and have not finished speaking.
Good idea
Loved the idea of this as I am going on a trip with lots of legs to it and wanted help organizing it. I spent a long time inputting the cities I wanted to go to and places I wanted to see in each place in hopes it could help organize it for me and it ignored all the places I imputed and chose completely different cities with completely different types of activities. I’m very frustrated and it doesn’t let me change it easily so fixing it on here would waste more time than just figuring it out myself
Fav travel hack
Rhyme has been really helpful for planning trips and keeping ideas organized in one place. It makes travel planning feel easier, especially when comparing places and building an itinerary. Simple to use and genuinely useful for anyone who loves planning trips.
Scam
Was charged for a free trial and there is no way to cancel.
Lacking featurs
Can’t delete lists. Can’t add notes to any places. Still lacking. Wanderlog still offers more features.
The best travel planning app
This app has saved me hours in planning and has showed me places I wouldn’t have otherwise considered traveling to! If you hate planning or it stresses you out, Rhyme is going to be your best friend!!
Terrible
I asked for an itinerary in Ireland and 80% of the options are for shopping at stores that are worldwide. Why the heck would I wanna go to Disney store Dublin and Levi’s and ZARA?!?!!!!
Great concept but not worth the free version
The app only allows 12 free imports. I even waited 2 days to check if there is a daily limit that gets replenished. But no, you need to pay for pro. As an avid traveller I was so excited by the app and the UI is great but they should add some more free features that nudge you to keep using it.
