Only idiots think this is real! This is more like gambling since you must first purchase money with money! A 4.2 rating doesn’t mean it’s good or legitimate! Beware!

Dice seam sketchy
It seems when I’m out playing a player and they only have one possible role that they could get to win the game, It always happens. I have just completed a losing streak, taking pretty much all of the money away that I have won. I have never had a losing streak of such magnitude. Every one of those games was lost to a lucky role at the very end of the game. That role was enough to change the outcome of the game. This needs to be addressed before I continue playing on this platform.

I have been playing backgammon apps for years and I can’t even discuss how much I have spent on them. It is really embarrassing. As a result of this app, I have deleted Lord of the Board and am so glad to be rid of it and its bots and unfair rolls. This app is such a refreshing change of pace. No crazy adds to get through every time you open the app. I also thought I was pretty decent, but LOFB is designed so that you can never really get ahead. I deposited $20 to get started a couple of weeks ago and my balance is now over $120. I’m sure I’ll hit a rough patch and go down some, but the games feel so much fairer. The only downside is that it sometimes takes a while to find a game. That problem is going to solve itself as more and more people find out how awesome this app is. Download this immediately and delete those money grubbing backgammon apps.
The dice are absolutely not fair as they claim
I have been playing backgammon for over 20 years. Seeing some good reviews, I gave this app a try. Interestingly, as a lot of you all out there also confirm via your reviewers, initially, you will see amazing dice rolling back to back. After they get your trust and you take the stakes up, you see wreck train entering the room. You will bump into really clueless players who will make the most random and counterintuitive moves - yet they will consistently roll the perfect dice to frame you. When I say consistently, I do really mean over 10-15 games. I see the owners of the app keep referring to their code. Having a pice a fair code somewhere does not in any shape of form prove that’s actually running in the app. Furthermore, any mediocre developer knows that they always have hooks in place to alter game state on demand - whether it’s for testing or for any other reason. If you are here to chill with free gold, good luck. However, do not fall into their trap. You don’t even need to have played gammon for over 20 years like myself to catch extremely skewed dice rolls over and over and over. Stay safe. PS: if you play with “Master”s, you will quickly notice how they are not the brightest players yet their dice is full of doubles such as 6s, 4s etc. At this point, I will call them out as a big SCAM. Just stay away.

This is a fun and legitimate game for anyone who enjoys backgammon, especially experienced and competitive players. The customer service is excellent, they are responsive and genuinely make every effort to help their customers and provide the best possible experience. I strongly recommend reading and fully understanding all the game rules before playing, particularly when real money is involved. If you are a beginner, start by learning the rules and practicing until you feel completely comfortable and confident. After that, you can consider playing the cash games. Overall, it’s a great backgammon app with a professional and caring customer-support team.

Seems when start to win all of a sudden a player comes in and doubles you and rolls doubles 6 it’s very odd… numerous times be careful cash out!!!

There are bots in this game. They seem to get special dice. For example, PrimeShaker23. If you play against this player, you’ll realize you’re actually playing against a bot.

No matter what you do or how good or bad you are your opponents will get like 6 doubles in the game and you will get maybe double ones this game is rigged!!!
Been playing for a bit
I’ve been playing for quite a while. Backgammon and this version is actually pretty good. I like the feature where I can actually play against other players since they’re usually had a lower level than me kind of feels like I’m still in their money but overall a good game keep it up.
Walk away this is a scam app
After spending $1000 the app is nothing more than a scam. Only fare games is the small ones but when you play the big ones the dice is rolling at there favorite
Best I’ve found!
I’ve tried 4 or 5 backgammon apps and this has the best interface by a mile! Very good graphics and interface mechanics. The several others I’ve tried ranged from poor to horrible. Tiny boards, junky / busy graphics and controls, and one with a board that didn’t even have alternately colored lanes. Backgammon cash rocks!

Dice/game is rigged. Says you are playing another person but I think you’re playing against their bots.
