So helpful
Sorted everything in a friendly helpful manner, explained everything clearly, and very happy with the advice also.
Terrible website
Does not work
Named driver
I can’t work out if I’ve removed a named driver
Named driver
I couldn’t remember if I still had my sister as a named driver on my policy, the app doesn’t show either way. my only option is to go through the process of adding a driver, filling in their details etc, just to see if she was on my policy or not.
Car insurance
Car insurance Really quick and easy to change details and no cost to me
Hopeless
The app used to be helpful for renewing etc, then all of a sudden it just doesn’t work. I reported the issue to Churchill as it caused my payment to renew my policy not going through. They seem unable to fix it. The app just continues to say it can’t send an email to enable log in. Please try to get it fixed, used to be good. 6 months later still doesn’t work and nobody seems to care!
Annoying
Changed my address. The new address doesn’t have a garage but I still keep the car at home but now it’s on the driveway. I couldn’t find a way of making this change.

Hard to cancel a policy
It shouldn’t be difficult to cancel a policy - FCA agrees with this too!!!! Be good to know why Churchill make it so difficult ??
Your car insurance policy at your fingertips
Churchill’s App is easy to use and very convenient.
Interminable Delays
Unfortunately Churchill place no value on their customer’s time; web chats have 10 minute pauses and can’t provide telephone assistance.
Very efficient and excellent insurance
Car insurance done properly able to speak to someone with queries quickly and my car repair was completed and turned around in two days cant say fairer than that superb job and repair was invisible too
