Asking to update, no option to update
Back to normal now, five star as it has worked perfectly fine Last week: The was used to be ok, now it is asking me to update it but there is no option in the app or marketplace. I have deleted the app and installed again and nothing happens. I cannot access my info, get a quote or use the discounts
App doesn’t even work
I just installed the app and the app is telling me I need to update the version. I clicked the button to go and update and it’s already up-to-date. What a surprise that is considering I’ve literally just installed the app.
Update
Latest update keeps taking you back to the open then update page again. Stuck in a loop. Now fixed by engineer. Good work
Annoying sign in
Please can you make an option to sign in with a password on the first screen instead of email. Also, rewards are not working which is a big reason most people use the app!
Can’t remove
Only works on android (and yes I tried storage) I made some space for it by putting it in an tab where it needs one room but YEAH

im a young man whos looking at quotes for fairly nice cars and this app has helped me find some exceptionally good quotes i would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quote on insurance
Update failure
Says need to update app, updated and still says requires and update .. poor as in the restaurant and no way to generate a code!
Rewards not working
I use this app without problems for comparing the market and purchasing insurance on a number of different products. One of the reasons I use this app is to get the rewards which don’t seem to work and appear to say there is a problem their end I have frequently deleted the app and reloaded it and it still isn’t working. However on my wife’s phone it does work. I have an iPhone 13 When I go online to seek Assistance, it says Are prompt currently having problems with their AI bot So great for the purpose of comparisons, but don’t think about necessarily getting the perks of rewards or being able to talk to Issue
Reward issues with Burger King
The staff at bk do not know how to use the discount code. 2 different towns , the same problem. Meerkat and bk need to get their act together and resolve this problem
Can’t log in to rewards App
App was working fine but now it doesn’t , can’t log in to rewards as comes up with error . Tried deleting and re installing, also changed password . Still no joy . Error code L-4.144 .

Rewards issue
Cannot activate all the rewards. Movies work but Nero’s instruction says to update app but I’m on the latest version. I’ve been to the App Store and there is no option to update

If your discount link is broken easily fix it by deleting app and re downloading 👍🏻.
Can get past update screen
I click the update button and it takes me to app store which just says open. Basically cant get past update scree
Annoying notifications
App is fine but I don’t need daily notifications encouraging me to sign up to a new credit card.

Sometimes it’s great but the rewards are strange as they give discount for some places to eat out but then don’t for the same place but in a different town! I don’t understand why the rewards aren’t widespread in the country. If I go to a hungry horse pub it probably only gives discount at 1 and not the rest ?

Just keeps bouncing me between update and open app - completely unusable atm. I am running latest software update on Apple.
